We called Darrin who came, identified and attempted to fix the problem. But was unsuccessful because it broke again. He promised to return but didn't. Now another shade has broken chain and we have no idea how to fix it. Needless to say we were very disappointed after paying $1175.00 to a not so Perfect Touch. We then called head quarters and reported the problem. We were told that the part was ordered by Darrin and he would return in approximately 2 weeks to install. Haven't heard from him. Install day came and we ran into a couple setbacks which I could understand being that I was doing the entire home. What I did like is Darrin was in communication every step of the way . He explained what was happening and for that I was ok. I do wish that it would have been a couple trips to my home instead of three but that's just me being critical. Another thing which had nothing to do with Darrin but more with me was the vinyl selection. After all I wish I would have gone with a more weighted product that felt closer to wood without being wood. They are easy to clean and maintain and that's what I like with high winds here in Fontana. So my selection would probably have changed in their lineup with that being said. After the shutters were installed there was an issue with the shutter over the kitchen sink. I messaged Christopher regarding that and he replied "Ricky, Didn't want to bother if you're sleeping. Call me when you can. Later is ok. My manufacturer has to remake the kitchen shutter. They made it wrong. I apologize for that. The other issue I can take a look at or my installer can stop by. How do they look besides those 2 issues. Thank you, Chris" Two months went by and I got another message about the delay and that they would be ready in a few weeks. I messaged several more times and just never got any replies anymore. Once the company installed, they essentially stopped caring. Won't use or recommend again. Customer service always goes along way and I'm very disappointed. The shutters look nice, but now due an error the kitchen shutter is not able to be opened as I would have liked it to.
