The salon was beautiful. Rachel has a quiet room back behind the front desk. It was a dark lit room with candle light. Soft music was played during my service helping me ease into a state of relaxation. My favorite part of the treatment was the arm and hand massage. Sooo relaxing and enjoyable. I really felt like my skin was glowing after this treatment. If I had an abundance of cash I would be visiting Rachel on a monthly basis! But as of now, facials are a bit out of my price range. Last week, I stopped by at the Cosmetic Company store in Niagra Falls, NY, when I was in the area. What incredible service by Ms. Anna, the Store Manager, and Ms. Jadin, the sales associate. Anna spent a long time (patiently) helping me with the perfume selection. She was genuinely interested in my needs and gave honest opinions as I tried multiple products. Jadin was also generous with her recommendations. The store offers a vast range of products that I have not found in the three CCO stores in my area, or they have run out of merchandise. I highly recommend this store to any of my fellow makeup fans.

She customizes her facials based on every client and uses essential oils to help you relax. The room the facials are done in isnt the most relaxing space and is quite bright, but she has everything she needs to perform a great facial so I can look past that. I bought a Groupon for 4 60 minute facials and have loved how my skin felt after my first two sessions. She has over 30 years of experience and it shows. She has given me great advice to up my skin game. I do prefer a more relaxing facial typically, but Vanessa is always so friendly and chipper that I don't mind talking to her. It was fine. The body scrub part was good but the massage was meh. She described it as helping you relax as to getting out any knots or helping with body therapy. So maybe some folks would like this but it really wasn't my thing. Vanessa herself is delightful. She is cheery and friendly (perhaps a bit too chatty if you are just trying to relax). I find that skin people tend to be more chatty than massage therapists though -- makes it feel a little like they are trying to sell you on their products and services. I probably won't be back but if you are into facials, give her a try. After your first visit, I think she gives you a break on the prices compared to what is listed on her website. I really love love love my eyelashes , thank you Madison …read more I wore extension lashes a few time in the pass , but these lashes feel very natural , they even look natural on me , I don't think anyone even notice that I had extensions on , which is what I love most about my lashes. It's a nice atmosphere there as well . I love the pink sofa in the lobby " comfy cozy" . The staff was welcoming and polite . I made a follow up appointment and that says a lot about the service I received there because that a rarity customer service is a big deal for me. I like when a business treat me like a customer, I appreciated that.
