I was there over 45 mins walking around not sure what I needed. I walked past one worker 15 times while she held her phone under the counter looking at Instagram. I finally asked her a question and she pointed me in a direction. Then I asked a different person and she pointed me in a direction. Finally when I asked for a manager the one girl was talking away. But it was clear neither of them were interested in what I needed. A group of them got together and were laughing at the fact they weren't working. But a good point is I made a new friend who had also been trying to get assistance but couldn't. We worked together putting on make up and looking in mirrors literally all around the girls who worked there as they stood around doing nothing. Finally a manager came by and was a lot of help. Seriously not exaggerating. I hope the manager looks at cameras.

I had been ordering wigs online for a while, but I wanted a change -- especially when you're investing in real hair, you really need to see it in person and try it on before spending that kind of money. I had looked at a few other stores before, but hadn't had any luck. Beauty and Beyond wasn't far from me, so I decided to give it a try. Right away, I was impressed -- the store is huge, incredibly clean, and has an amazing assortment of lace wigs. I'll be honest, I was hoping to work with a woman, but then Khalifa stepped in to help me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was so patient and kind -- he told me to take my time, and when I asked how many wigs I could try on, he said three. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, not even for a single moment. I selected three to try, and honestly? The very first one was perfect. I tried all three just to be sure, but the first one was the one. Khalifa was genuine in his feedback -- when he said it looked great, it felt real, not like a sales pitch. While I was there, another customer came in who had purchased from the store before and was back for more -- she said her hair always gets compliments. That meant a lot to hear! The wig I purchased was 100% Remy human hair, and yes, it was an investment -- but absolutely worth every penny. That same evening I wore my new hair to a birthday party and got so many compliments! Then the next day at another event, people who know me well came up and said, "Did you cut your hair? You look amazing!" Nobody realized it wasn't my own hair -- they all thought it was! Gave me a break down of pricing and explained the specials that were going through the month of March (really a good deal). I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they are very friendly and provide stellar service.
