The wonderful man that suggested Murad, it made me skeptical when he started to sing its praises and how it would clear up a spot the next day when applied three times a day. While the spot treatment did not completely make the spot disappear the next day, but the spot treatment did drastically decreases the size of the spot. I am so glad I was able to stop here for the wonderful customer service the customer service/product specialist provided and helped me find the best product for my issue. Worst Experience Ever!! Very unprofessional and will not except accountability for anything. All…read morehis reviews are the same, disappointed patients and him discharging them when he's confronted. I paid over $8000 for implants that he encouraged me to get when I just came there for a lift because I was already a "D" size. The outcome looked horrible he did agree it needed to be revised, charged me another $2000 to do it then it was worse than the other. The lift was not done correctly, the implants were huge and I got an infection. I came back after getting 2nd opinions from 5 diff surgeons that told me he should deff want to fix the mess he made that the issues would get worse and it had to be redone. Of course he take offense and after acknowledges a revision is needed, tells me he is not happy with my complaint and is discharging me from the practice. Now several years later, I come in under a diff last name, he sees me and says I deff have a problem needing corrected and he would do it for $4000. I then tell him he done the initial surgery and he is responsible! He has his rude and unprofessional helper, Judy, find my old chart and then he tells me he will not see me again that he didn't realize who I was. Most surgeons I went to stated he is not board certified and they have corrected a lot of his work. By the reviews it is confirmed what type of person he is. Such a shame, patients waste their money and put their body in the hands of someone that will for sure take the money but will hold no accountability and discharge you if he feels insulted when confronted with his poor work. He has a history of this and if everyone he has done this to would report his bedside manner and work to the board, maybe others could be spared.
