The young lady greeted me with a wonderful smile, and paperwork to fill out. The waiting area was clean, and offered many products for sale. The service room was neat, and tidy. Kat offered a warm bed, clean robe and hair band. The service was amazing. Kat not only did a wonderful job with my facial Dermaplane, she offered a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! My face wasn't bright red and I was able to continue on with my day as if Dermaplane didn't happen 30 minutes prior. I highly recommend Kat, and her team. My next 6-week appointment is booked.

If this company had another branch in my area, it would be great, but I still travel because I know my brows will be cleaned up. Usually come in weekends and it's usually 1 or 2 ladies. The first time I got it done was with an older lady. Although, she did okay, she pulled my eyebrows hard where the thread cut me and then she put sanitizer on which burned even more. I have extremely sensitive skin. Next time, I always got it done with the younger lady and I LOVE it when she does it. I just can't recall her name. I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and someone else did it, she did a good job. I didn't tell her how I liked it because one my eyebrows was thicker than the other so she even it out and I loved the end result. The service itself is quick and speedy, it usually takes me maybe 5-7 mins and this salon offers other services. Check in store or online. I had soft wax for the suprapubic area and then chocolate hard wax for everything else. As a result, it was more painful than it needed to be (the slow initial pull itself and also the hot application of the wax itself) and there were bits of hair around the anus that was left behind (noticed it the next day). From this I've learned to call ahead of time and figure out how the particular salon does its waxing.
