When I was receiving service (laser hair removal) it was great. Unfortunately this location has closed and apparently is under new ownership according the Better Business Bureau complaint I have opened. They will not advise who the new owners are, who now has my protected health information, and will not refund or return any phone calls (either voicemails or calls placed during what are supposedly their open hours). Should have came here first because google has them highly rated I had made an appointment for lip filler based on the feb sale, which I was told would be honored. They had to reschedule my appointment at which time i was told no they would not honor the price then I cancelled. They called me right back because they were able to get the price down but I had to pay immediately, fine. Day of appointment they start asking about things that would preclude me from treatment, none of which I was told about. I then required a medical clearance again I wasn't told about and why wouldn't they do that upfront? I was not medically cleared so they said I could get a refund the "office manager" put through the request and it would take "10 days to hit my account", it has now been 16 BUSINESS days 22 calendar days and no refund. Called yesterday "no it take 10 days for the billing department to approve the refund, then 10 days for it to hit your account" but it has even been approved for refund yet. This isn't difficult, I paid for a service, your company refused me that service, Give Me My Money Back. What a shitty experience, this place is a joke. read more

I came here for a lip consult (Rejuviderm). I knew nothing about injections and the staff was professional and not pushy. I am still up in the air, as they do not offer half syringes at this establishment. However, for $600 for a full, they do offer to save the rest for you. I was pleased with the customer service, the information, and not being backed into a corner. I was also offered the option to further speak to a nurse. If I do end up pulling the trigger, it will be here. I might wait for a special if that ever comes up. But overall, a great experience and put my anxiety at ease. Update: I have since had the injections and really was pleased with the service. You are medically cleared via Skype with a PA before anything starts and you are talked through the entire process. I enjoyed that my RN doing my procedure was training someone because that meant I actually had an extra set of eyes on me for my procedure. I looked far less wild than I thought I would upon the procedure being over, and am already pleased with my results. Customer service told me they don't handle this. Carolynn at the Amherst location said that my photos didn't come out and then I needed to come back in but they couldn't schedule me for two months out. I purchased a bbl package and scheduled my first two appointments right away to get the evening and Saturday appointments I need. That plan went south after my first appointment! Employees leaving, no one trained on the bbl machine the excuses are endless. AND I'm not happy with my results. The pictures showed flawless complexions after the series of treatments. I wasn't expecting flawless but I was hoping for dramatic improvement which hasn't happened. I have two more treatments to go and can't get an appointment at a convenient time. I recently got my lips done here and I love it! The workers are very nice and my nurse, Erin, is a sweet heart! I would love to come back to this place and continue with their services. At the start of the appointment they greeted me and I just had to answer a few questions about my health. They put numbing cream on me and it was smooth sailing for me! I have been getting laser hair removal from ideal image for two years now and after covid I understand it was hard to get everything re scheduled but they continue to book new clients and are not scheduling the existing clients. With laser hair removal it's time sensitive and my appointments NEED to be 8 weeks apart. My last 4 appointments were 8 months, 4 month, 5 months and now again 4 months. My hair is growing back thick and I paid 10,000 dollars for this to work and they don't seem to care at all because they already got my money. I have had several appointments for dermal fillers this year, all that have had to be rescheduled. First reschedule was my appointment had been booked incorrectly. Second time was covid vaccine. 3rd a dental cleaning, and now a tetanus shot. I began this process in February, just rescheduled again and can't get in until October! I went for Laser Hair removal and decided to do the EZ Pay. They double charged me for the down payment on the EZ Pay, then are trying to beat around the bush on giving me a refund saying they don't have the payment records and I have to talk to someone in corporate. When you call corporate, it just sends you to the help desk that told me I have to talk to corporate. I contacted my bank and am disputing the charge. I'm done with this place. I had taken laser hair removal service for my face right before the pandemic hit. I took a couple sessions that year and then bam! The clinic was closed due to covid (which is valid) but even after re-opening they couldn't schedule my appointments for nearly 3 months. They were always overbooked and unable to give me timely appointments. Recently, when I tried to book my leftover sessions, they told me that my 16 month contract had expired and I'll have to co-pay in order to get my next set of sessions. Adding to that, I didn't really see much difference in my hair growth as well as the coarseness. Their laser was painful and ineffective. The staff was rude and was not ready to co-operate. The staff at this location is horrible. They only had one competent provider and she left. The one I had at my last appointment was rude from the start and kept worrying about losing her license if she strayed 2mm outside of the area she was supposed to be treating. I am half way through my treatments now and she asked me to pay extra in order to continue with the same service that I already paid for. I asked to speak with her superior and even she asked me to pay more. I did not pay more but I also got a half assed treatment for that reason. I 1000% do not recommend Ideal Image for laser hair removal services. I have spent $3600 on four different areas for laser hair removal and NONE of these areas responded to the treatment. I have dark brown hair on all locations that were treated and the laser hair removal was COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE and I am left with the same amount of hair as before I dropped $3600 on these treatments. Ideal Image FALSELY advertises successful laser hair removal for all hair types in multiple areas on their website. Do not believe this inaccurate information/sales pitch on their website. Unless you have black, coarse hair, laser hair removal at Ideal Image will not work. I contacted Ideal Image in MARCH of 2022 to address these failed treatments to see what could be done, and after almost a year of an open case and at least 4 or 5 customer service reps ghosting me and failing to do their jobs, there has still been nothing done. Despite my numerous efforts to move this case forward, I am repeatedly ignored by Ideal Image's customer service representatives. Ideal Image has stolen $3600 from me for failed laser hair removal treatments, despite their website advertising successful laser hair removal for all hair types. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am not sure how they get away with operating their business like this and fooling thousands of people into dropping thousands on a service that clearly does not work. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am extremely disappointed that Ideal Image has failed to resolve this matter after I have spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal services that were 100% ineffective in multiple areas. read more

I am not one to go on yelp or any social media site and say anything nasty or untrue about an establishment. BUT, for the first time, I feel like I've been lied to numerous times and do NOT want anyone else to feel the same way. *DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE FOR ANY TREATMENTS!!!!* First, back in July (when I paid for the entire package), I was told by the sales woman, that Cool sculpting helps Cellulite but it DOESN"T. Also, that 85 vials of Botox will last me at least 3+ treatments, including touchups (which wasn't even close to be correct.) Then, she told me that I will be receiving a call the next day to make my appointment.......they NEVER called. I waited 3 days and called myself. They weren't able to get me in for 3 weeks. which made me mad because the sale woman told me, I should be able to get in within the week (I had a wedding in 2 weeks and wanted to make sure I had the botox treatment before the wedding).......that didn't happen. I still stayed hopeful and though..... The Botox and cool sculpting treatment cost me $3,650 and Ideal Image had no problem taking my money that night without any cause for concern, only to be lied to many times. When I went in for the "banana rolls" treatment and Botox, the nurse told me that it doesn't help with cellulite. She actually said, that it may make the cellulite worse with cool sculpting but it will decrease the rolls. So, I agreed to have it done, since I was already there and waited 4 weeks for the appointment. After 3 months, she was correct. It didn't do anything for my cellulite and I see no difference. After my office visit for Botox and Cool sculpting my "Banana Rolls", the receptionist told me the only available date they have for Cool sculpting my outer thighs (which was an area that Cool sculpting could help me), was Saturday, Sept 5th (Labor day weekend.) If I didn't take that appointment, they wouldn't be able to get me in until mid October. So, I reluctantly took the 9:50am appointment, labor day weekend and didn't go away with my family for vacation. At, 8:30am THAT Saturday morning, I got a phone call from the Buffalo Ideal Image location, telling me that their nurse just called in sick and they had to cancel my appointment. This was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and I was BEYOND LIVID!!!!! I understand that people get "sick" on holiday weekends, but this was completely unacceptable. I believe Ideal should have had another nurse as back up or accommodated me in some way. Wanting a refund was a WHOLE different debacle!!!!! Like I said, the Botox and 4 cool sculpting treatment cost me $3,650 and Ideal Image had no problem taking my money that night but then they disappear! When I asked for a refund of my outer thigh treatment, which I never received, they told me, I signed a contract and I would have to call cooperate. After calling at least 7-8 times, I spoke with a person who did refund me $2,000 but could take up to 45 days. Fine! Thank you! Now, I have approximately 30 vial of Botox left. I called to make an appointment with my remaining vials and they are booking out until JANUARY 21, 2021! What?!?!?! I paid for these treatments in July and I can't be seen until January 21st for a 15 min Botox treatment? I asked if there were any other locations that I could go to, in another city.....she said "no everyone is booked out 3 months too." I asked if I could come pick up the Vials and take them to my dermatologist, since I already paid for them and she said no. You ae not allowed to do that. This entire situation was horrible!!! I was lied to by Customer Service, made to wait for weeks for an appointment, just to have them cancel my appointment. I am warning anyone who wants to get Cool Sculpting or Botox, to go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start off with saying I've had success with ideal image in the past. This time is not the case. I went in to the office about 4 months ago. My mom, sister, and I went together. We purchased 2 syringes each of Juvederm. I called today to make the appointment. The receptionist told me unfortunately they are fully booked until December. When I asked to make an appointment, she said that the schedule was fully booked and I couldn't even get on the schedule to make a future appointment. Apparently now they have only 1 injector. (When I purchased they had several.)We were placed on a cancellation list but not on the schedule. I tried to get into the Rochester location. (Buffalo is a much more convenient location.)They informed me I could not even reserve a time slot with out signing an agreement to go to another office. Now being placed on a waiting list (at least 4 months out) and not being guaranteed a convenient appointment for all of us at this point we would just like to get our money refunded. read more

I am a little disappointed. First, I tried to email them and didn't get a response. While having my consultation for Ultheropy I was told if I got the membership I would receive one free service. Great! I purchased the membership and went with the IPL photofacial as my free service. I was told I would see results immediately from the facial and then I could get one once a year for upkeep. While getting the facial I was told that was not true and I would need 3 to 5 to get the results I want and then once I got said results I could do it once a year for upkeep. Here is why it is such a problem. If the person who did the consultation with me would have been honest I would have been more than happy to purchase a facial package and add it to my interest-free financing. Apparently, after calling and feeling like I was getting the runaround, I now know they can not just add a facial package to my interest-free financing and I would have to pay the interest. What I would like is a facial package interest-free, but I can't get that because I would have to spend $1000 or more. At least that is what I was told. This doesn't seem fair to me. You would think because Ideal Image mislead me during my consultation they would do anything to make it right. That is not the case. When I called to try and work something out, the person I spoke to seemed to get irritated with me and after talking in circles couldn't do a thing to satisfy my needs. I'm hoping at some point things will work out and I will be able to give a good review, but as of right now I am not satisfied at all. It would be nice if I could call the location I get the services from and make an appointment, but that doesn't seem to be an option. read more

I purchased my package in summer 2019. The laser works great and I'm seeing results. My review is for how understaffed they are. Getting an appointment is terrible. 2 Apt's had to be cancelled during Covid (not their fault) but nobody ever called to rebook when things were opened again. They had no system in place for getting you back on the schedule. After at least 10 calls and an email to my sales person, I reached a receptionist. It took many weeks to get in for a makeup appointment This week they call a few hours before my apt to cancel this one. I understand employees get sick, but the next soonest apt on their cancellation is 2nd week of Dec. That's 11 weeks from now. It's insane. But I still seeing them advertise and sell the heck out of their services when they can't accommodate the customers they currently have. Beware your 18 month contract may expire before even 1/2 your appointments because they just can't get you in. read more

Ideal Image should be upfront and honest regarding their lack of appointments. I talked to a person in office who said I had to talk to someone who knew about pricing first. This person needed all payments (for membership and procedure) & contracts needed to be signed before an appointment could be made, however I had to wait for someone in Local office to call me back because this person didn't know their schedule. I already had an appointment for the procedure I wanted within 5 days at another place which I cancelled after signing membership. I ended up calling the local office back, left message then someone calls me back for me then to find out there are NO APPOINTMENTS UNTIL 2 months later! I have professional headshots that I needed to take and I would not have signed for a membership or cancelled my appointment with the other place for an appointment 2 months later. I am disappointed, angry and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IDEAL IMAGE. I recently visited Ideal image and had Ultherapy done . My RN was Larissa . The entire staff from hello to goodbye were professional and really took in to account that I was spending a lot of money for a relatively uncomfortable procedure . The girls at the the front desk were very professional and not snooty (if you know what I mean) Larissa was kind and very experienced. She took time to talk with me and really get to know what I wanted and gave me her opinion . I feel as if we together were a team and I was the total benefactor. She was concerned about my comfort during the whole experience while keeping her eye on the outcome we agreed upon In this day and age of horrible customer service and not taking others into consideration due to being over scheduled ; it was refreshing to feel as if I mattered . I just finished my 3rd treatment and I am very pleased with my results so far.
