I have purchased 14 - 3 Ton FujiEco Mini Split AC Units here from Steve. 2 of them are defective (Reverse Valve Leak). Mr. Yoo (Owner) refuses to Honor the Warranty & Replace the Units even after months & months of back & forth. He only wants to provide parts & expects customers to replace part by part. First Reverse Valve then motherboard etc. I have spend several thousand trying to Fix these 2 Units. If you are facing a similar issue with any of FujiEco AC Units, contact me. Most unprofessional people I have ever come across. It is 5:20 on Friday Sept 3 and I just left this location after driving from over an hour away, because they said they closed at 6 pm.. EVERYWHERE ON THE INTERNET. I get there and they tell me they're closed. When I asked why they're hours online don't reflect that, the gentlemen with the beard said " the system to update the hours is down". Being someone who runs a business in DTLA, I know that's not how Google and Yelp work. They dont have systems that are down or ever out of order, hours can be updated at anytime, any day. When I said this to Him he laughed and said " yeah well that's the excuse I use with people". Obviously meaning I'm not the first upset person to come here outside work hours listed on Google. So after this Exchange,I get in my car and as I'm leaving I see what looks like the manager. I rolled my window down to ask him a question about whether he was the manager or not and he mumbled some Curse words under his breathe and walked away. I immediately got off my car and started recording him and then the gentleman inside the gates, same guy with the beard, of the building started recording me and in Spanish, BECAUSE HE ASSUMED I DONT SPEAK IT, began recording me and taking sh*t in Spanish. And I quote " let's record this Karen too bros". I acknowledged him immediately and addressed his comments, asking why he reacted the way he did and he said it was because I was taking pictures of him. I explained that I wasn't taking pics of him, but recording his rude manager and he switched from Spanish to English real quick Lol I'm not sure who runs this place or who this employee is, but I would avoid it all cost and If your the owner here I'm More then willing to share my minute a half video of my exchange with your team. When you have people talk sh*t about you in Spanish though, and they assume you don't speak it, when you do, is always. THEEEEEE BESSSSSTTTTTTT. Be better Buffalo electric, and myself and the multi million dollar venue I run in dtla ( who is in desperate need of electrical parts of upwards of 10k) , will take our business elsewhere, just like the bearded man suggested :) read more

I would like to say that I was extremely happy with how the boss Mr. Yoo here handled things. I was a little upset when I didn't get my call returned. I called back and the boss was notified of this, and he did everything to accommodate me and keep me a happy returning customer. He explained to me at times when there are a rush of walk in customers, the sales representative get really busy and he apologized to me numerous of times. They actually matched price over here and prices were better than Home Depot They were experts when it came down to electrical projects and gave me few great ideas on how to renovate, and build something new. They also gave me cheaper price than any other stores .....
