BMG contains all my physicians from primary care to all my specialist as well. Been coming here…read moreforever, between 325 and 295 Essjay. 325 is definitely more updated and modern, while 295 could use some updates. Check in is always easy, I use the MyChart app and do everything from my phone, so upon arrival I just go up to my doctor's office. The stand out for me is the lab services. It is quick and I have not had a bad blood draw yet. Which I am prone to at other spots. I was not use to getting pricked just once until here, to big shout out to them for hiring competent blood draw folks!! I love all the doctors I see and have seen here at the facilities.

I was informed X-rays did not show any issues and following a Pulmonary Function Test in 2023 Dr. Edelson's advice was to get more exercise. Never suggested any further testing or pulmonary rehab! After continuous searching for causes of my breathing issue my primary doctor suggested making an appointment with a different pulmonologist at Buffalo Medical Group; however, I was refused to see that doctor because I had previously been seen by Edelson. Finally, summer of 2025 I located an excellent Pulmonologist who is "wonderful" - sent me for CT scan revealing I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and referred me for rehab to a great Pulmonary physical therapy group which has been a tremendous help teaching breathing exercises.

Second update - after my last/final appointment at UBMD Endo, I informed the office that I would…read morenot be scheduling the follow-up visit that the provider requested because "I will be seeing an Endocrinologist closer to my home." (Code for: your office sucks and your not-even-a-doctor/student to be a PA prescribed me the wrong medication and insisted that I keep taking it despite the horrible side effects and I would not come back here even if I was paid to do so). I handed them a records release form and informed them that I already had an appointment with another Endo. I was home from that appointment for less than 2 hours and UBMD Endo called me and said that I had 'forgotten' to schedule the follow-up appointment. Um, no. I *told* you I was going elsewhere and would not be scheduling the appointment. Then *a different* person called me not even a full hour after that, and said that *they* forgot to schedule my follow-up. I had to tell that person, too, that I was not coming back there ever again. Good riddance. Please do not go here, ever. They're awful.

I would give negative stars if possible, they should be paying patients to endure their BS. I used…read morethem for ONE appointment in fall of 2023. You are assigned an intern so they can practice on you before becoming a real healthcare professional. I have an extremely complex history. When intern introduced I said "NO! I have a complex history and an intern not appropriate!" They wanted to argue and I keep showing my list of diagnosed condition. I had 30 diagnosed conditions at that point and now 34! I left that appointment with blood boiling. Then the real fun started. I got notification that my health record had been uploaded. I have a lot going on and want to make sure correct. 80% of entered data was completely incorrect. They conflated current data with historical data, created conditions I did not have and left off ones I do and made a nonsensical health record. After MANY phone calls and portal messages they just made it worse! On top of all this you cannot contact "Dr of record" in portal. I had to do a browser search on her name, find her on UB Med school site and get her phone and email. I phoned and emailed and she refused to respond! I then went on to General Physians PC in May 2024. MUCH better practice. Children playing hospital do a much more admirable job of it!!

Posting my review here too, so that this company CAN NOT DELETE MY REAL EXPERIENCE!…read more BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I had a deeply upsetting experience with Kelsey Garvell, who runs the Fitness for Kids program. Not only was she dishonest and manipulative, but she also displayed racist and discriminatory behavior toward me because of my disability. Her actions were unprofessional and hurtful, and I would never recommend this program to anyone. This company is headed in the wrong direction, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for services that are more inclusive and respectful. I would give 0 stars if I could!

I do not use any medical facilities/doctors. I have not had any office visits/testing/ preventive measures. I PAY BIG TIME into health insurance which I do not use. Someone is getting rich while I get poorer for services not rendered, by choice. My husband, of 41 years, on the other hand does indeed utilise and pay major dollars for a very high deductible plan through his employer. He does see a physician, I use that term loosely, for routine(?) care. Long story short. He ended up in the hospital for something that wasn't there or happening. A SLEW of bills ensued. The high deductible was met and everything, theoretically, went to co pay. Not in my world. I handle all the bill paying. Called about a bill that I received for follow up care that was relatively expensive. I called the provider and was told to contact Independent Health. This invoice should have been a co-pay. Simple process? Nope. No record of me on hipa. Really? After 41 years? When I've been doing this freaking bill paying for ever? IH - get your stuff together. Lose the stupids who man the phones and cool it with the top dollar salaries for the higher ups. I wish we had socialized medicine.

Surgery was suggested & why. dr Cavagnaro explained what that would look like & gave me time to think on my choices. My referral Ortho had suggested surgery was my outcome due to severe complete tear. I have seen him a couple times & agreed to surgery, which is in 2 days of this review. I would recommend him because I feel confident he will do a successful surgery & his surgery scheduler Christy has been above Amazing with my calls an answering my questions. My periods were getting closer together, I was fatigued, having hot flashes, and getting horrible sleep. I had mood swings, too. I saw a Doctor who I will call 'Doctor C.' I'm not going to list her full name, because I think that'd be mean, despite the way she treated me. When I told 'Dr. C' that I was in for perimenopause issues, she laughed dismissively and said: 'You're too young for menopause, let's do some bloodwork,' even though I had *just* had bloodwork done for these issues three weeks prior AND had brought those results with me AND had showed them to her. Note that I said **PERI** menopause, not MENOPAUSE. Big red flag that she didn't seem to know that there is a difference. She will experience the above, eventually. I hope she'll recall how ignorant she was. I hope she realizes: 'I should have listened, she was right, this is a horrible way to feel!' Maybe someone will dismiss her, too, with a: 'You are too young for that!' and a laugh. The receptionist at Buffalo Medical Group was great, though. As was the nice energetic lady who takes your vitals. I really liked both of them. The 'wait time' was good, too, from walking in and being taken back to wait to be seen. Aside from 'Doctor C', everything & everyone was great. But because of 'Doctor C', I'd never go back there.
