I always am treated well there. Nice front office. My doc Brady runs a tight ship. Never have to wait for injections.

Posting my review here too, so that this company CAN NOT DELETE MY REAL EXPERIENCE!…read more BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I had a deeply upsetting experience with Kelsey Garvell, who runs the Fitness for Kids program. Not only was she dishonest and manipulative, but she also displayed racist and discriminatory behavior toward me because of my disability. Her actions were unprofessional and hurtful, and I would never recommend this program to anyone. This company is headed in the wrong direction, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for services that are more inclusive and respectful. I would give 0 stars if I could!

I do not use any medical facilities/doctors. I have not had any office visits/testing/ preventive measures. I PAY BIG TIME into health insurance which I do not use. Someone is getting rich while I get poorer for services not rendered, by choice. My husband, of 41 years, on the other hand does indeed utilise and pay major dollars for a very high deductible plan through his employer. He does see a physician, I use that term loosely, for routine(?) care. Long story short. He ended up in the hospital for something that wasn't there or happening. A SLEW of bills ensued. The high deductible was met and everything, theoretically, went to co pay. Not in my world. I handle all the bill paying. Called about a bill that I received for follow up care that was relatively expensive. I called the provider and was told to contact Independent Health. This invoice should have been a co-pay. Simple process? Nope. No record of me on hipa. Really? After 41 years? When I've been doing this freaking bill paying for ever? IH - get your stuff together. Lose the stupids who man the phones and cool it with the top dollar salaries for the higher ups. I wish we had socialized medicine.

I would recommend him because I feel confident he will do a successful surgery & his surgery scheduler Christy has been above Amazing with my calls an answering my questions. My periods were getting closer together, I was fatigued, having hot flashes, and getting horrible sleep. I had mood swings, too. I saw a Doctor who I will call 'Doctor C.' I'm not going to list her full name, because I think that'd be mean, despite the way she treated me. When I told 'Dr. C' that I was in for perimenopause issues, she laughed dismissively and said: 'You're too young for menopause, let's do some bloodwork,' even though I had *just* had bloodwork done for these issues three weeks prior AND had brought those results with me AND had showed them to her. Note that I said **PERI** menopause, not MENOPAUSE. Big red flag that she didn't seem to know that there is a difference. She will experience the above, eventually. I hope she'll recall how ignorant she was. I hope she realizes: 'I should have listened, she was right, this is a horrible way to feel!' Maybe someone will dismiss her, too, with a: 'You are too young for that!' and a laugh. The receptionist at Buffalo Medical Group was great, though. As was the nice energetic lady who takes your vitals. I really liked both of them. The 'wait time' was good, too, from walking in and being taken back to wait to be seen. Aside from 'Doctor C', everything & everyone was great. But because of 'Doctor C', I'd never go back there.

This will be my "GO TO HOSPITAL " in the future (if the need arises) . The doctors, nurses and technicians I rate HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest!!!! They were all so sweet, nice and professional in caring for my every need! I made sure that when I received high quality from any of my care takers, I let them all know what ANGELS they all have been at the time of their service!!!! I will recommend MF to everyone!!! Thank you all again!!!!!

As promised, I wanted to update my review since having my emergency surgery here (my only surgery…read morehere). First things first, they got me into an ER immediately. I was worried they wouldn't take me seriously as I had level 10 pain a few weeks back and then it suddenly dropped to a 1 or 2 and I signed myself out. However, what was wrong that day, did turn out to be an a urgent matter - one that couldn't be addressed due to waiting on my insurance to approve it - and so, back to ER I went and found out I needed emergency surgery (which I had 13 hours later). I will admit, I cried a bit out of fear. The older I get, and the more I fall in love with life, the more fearful I get. I'm also a mom. Upon expressing my fears, a staff of the surgery team assured me that although this is new and scary to me, it is something that is performed everyday and nothing new for my surgeon and I'll be ok. When I was brought up for surgery, I was a bit loopy ... I hadn't slept and was taking some pain medication to get by. I started blabbering from this combo to the lady checking me in .. A LOT. She was absolutely gracious and patient listening to me, even leaning in a bit when I started to whisper a bit for privacy. I wish I knew her name for a more personal thank you haha. I don't even remember being brought in to surgery to be honest. I remember 2 anesthesiologists coming to ask some questions and the next thing I knew, I woke up in my original hospital room. The hospital was good at treating my pain which allowed me to finally sleep that night (I was also fortunate my roommate left, and the next patient went bizerk in regards to sharing a room ... it was a while scene ... so I had peace and quiet too). When I woke up in the morning, I was brought a hardy but low fat breakfast and it was good (French Toast!). Some hours later, I ordered lunch but I was wheeled out to my car before it arrived by a very nice young man who had excellent manners. I waited to write my review to see how I was recovering. I am 2 months post-op, had a follow up today, and I am doing well! Thank you so much to the wonderful, friendly, and efficient staff here at my neighborhood hospital! You are all doing an amazing job, from the check in desk on through. Surgery can be scary, but you all made my stay here as good as it could be.

However, I was signed up for the mental health program through Integral Health. Nobody ever informed me how the billing would work and that it would be included in my Primary Care statement. After 6 months of seeing my "therapist" I got blindsided with a $500 bill for my 2025 sessions. I was never given a bill for the 2024 sessions or informed that it was covered by my insurance. My "therapist" was late to every session and I don't think I got a full 30 minute session ever. I've been with PCWNY for 15+ years and I'm so disappointed that I was bait and switched by this third party program that did nothing for my mental health other than make it worse.
