What a great restaurant. The tacos were amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful and our server, Dalton was great! Highly recommend!!!

The Italian sandwich was wonderful. I picked shoestring fries for the side.

We only learned recently that the special events room at the Buffalo Nickel Brewery & Grill was transformed into a dining room with an extension completed on the bar. We went with friends for an early Tuesday dinner, and it was simply fantastic. Wonderful service from Tabitha. The menu was excellent, and we understand that they plan to extend the product offering. They have a nice variety of sides that come with the entree. If you only drink Budweiser, then this is not your place. They brew on site some outstanding beers. My dark black beer was wonderful. Wine is not served by the glass, but in small bottles. We enjoyed it so much that we will be back for a dinner on this Saturday. One thing for sure is that they will be packed this summer, thus we will be making a lot of reservations in advance.

We been meaning to try this out and was pretty good. The ambiance of the place was nice, service was excellent and the food was much better than expected. We had the 3 slider appetizer with onion rings. OR were awesome. Worth the stop.

As with everything Buffalo Bill's related, the ambiance is fantastic. The old west vibe carries over from the restaurant. They too have a great patio outside the taproom. Great selection of beer and pub fare.

Sitting outside in the wonderful Show Low weather.

The mango habanero wings are good, ceviche was good, and drinks awesome. Sitting outside in this beautiful weather made it all great.

Pretty mid. The clam chowder was pretty good, but was not impressed with the other options, especially the Caesar. :(

The beer was excellent. The pretzel bites not so much. After reading several reviews, I'd recommend coming thirsty but not hungry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Pinetop Brewing Co.! Our server was very attentive and sweet…read more We ordered the nachos to start and they were delectable! The creamy queso/ chipotle sauce on top sealed the deal for me. Add a protein and this could easily be a meal for me next time haha! For my entree I ordered the kale salad - I understand why it didn't, but I wish it came mixed. The bowl it came in was difficult to toss around and I kept getting dry kale leaves because of this. Maybe they will mix it if you ask, I'm not sure. :-) The patio is nice and large, and I loved the woodsy feeling throughout the place.

We arrived to see it packed and assumed we'd have a wait, but they got us in right away even as a party of 6. We sat in the bar area which does have tables and the door was open to the gorgeous weather. The overall vibe is very mountain chalet and cute without being cheesy. We were greeted right away and asked about drinks. I had the Mountain Fog hazy IPA and thought it was very good and a nice balance. I rarely order burgers and tend towards the classic but for some reason decided to get the Lakeside burger that has Swiss cheese, mushrooms, AND candied bacon, and it was delicious! The burger itself was juicy and still had some pink, and all the toppings were delicious. I actually finished it! Service was prompt and friendly throughout the night. Everyone in our group really enjoyed this place. If you're in the area, definitely go and get a great beer and a burger!

This little bottle packs a big punch. You might need a chaser if you aren't a fan of alcohol. For me though, it went down smooth. It was good. Pour me another and let's cheers.

Read about Atsuo Sakurai's labor of love, his personal love story too, in Smithsonian Magazine 2021* and immediately started to source his high-grade sake but to no avail. Being a sake fan, definitely not an aficionado, I shared what I'd read and my failed quest for Sakurai's USA made product with a relentless foodie friend. It reminded us both of our sake sipping days at the now closed Santa Monica Airport's restaurant, Typhoon **. Christmas gift exchange. I gave my friend sourdough starter. Hey, it was the tail end of the pandemic. My treat was a chilled bottle of Atsuo Sakurai's raw unprocessed, premium Junmai Ginjo sake. We shared, sipped, savored soul soothing elixir at my dining room table. I never did find out how that fine bottle made it there though. Photographed the bottle but self-editing me deleted it, didn't review Arizona Sake either concerned Yelp would 86 both because I didn't visit AZ. May still remove. Read it while it's here... Fortunately, Arizona Sake is now readily available through many US retailers in both AZ and CA like Whole Foods, Total Wine.
