We took a pink Jeep tour (which we adored) and since our amazing guide Mel knew everything there is to know, we had to know where the best AK place was within reasonable driving distance. We found many treasures and ordered delivery's food including a prime rib French dip with goat cheese, oh my worrrrrrrd !!!! We told the glorious ladies we wanted an amazing AK experience so they recommended the possum pie. We were told it was heaven in a cup...... and that was accurate!! I think it was heated in the microwave because it was sooo hot. The crust was flaky and buttery, delicious! The only downside was some of it was on the hard side I am assuming from a microwave. Overall it was very good. My husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were the lightest fluffiest biscuit I've ever had! He thought that they exceptional but couldn't eat it all! I don't mind the use of a microwave except when it changes the quality of the food.
