They do good work, offer lots of sound systems and up to 70 percent tinting. But the waiting area is freezingggg. No doors or windows are open but it's so cold with my coat on. And they overbook. Several appointments were made for 9am so when I was told 60-90 min, it turned into closer to 2 hours. It's not bad if you have time to drop your car off and come back for it later. read more

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!!!!!! I made an appointment a week in advance to get my windows tinted at 1pm on my only day off, a call the day before to CONFIRM the appointment, and when i went today, 15 mins early i was blatantly told to "go home and come back cause we're backed up right now." Excuse me? After driving almost 40 mins there, i was not wasting more gas to drive home and come back. I had an apt a WEEK in advance for this to be told to go home. When i asked to speak to a Manage for Supervisor, they said they're was none today - which showed. The unprofessionalism, disorganization, and rude employees made me decide to walk out and find a CLEANER shop who took me in right away and apologized on behalf of that slack shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Called them past Saturday for an appt. today to get my 5x7 ATV trailer taillight rewired or whatever it takes to get it working. Wiring, lights are 1 of their specialties. At 3 pm they call me to say they won't do it because its "remote starter season" I got shafted by the owners helpers who need to have their hands held when Boss is away. And after having it for 6 hours they drop that bomb on me...wth? I guess they thought my work wasn't important enough to please a long time customer like me. read more

Um I'm a little confused by all the positive reviews this place has gotten. I made a ten o'clock appointment, and dropped my car off to have the tints removed at 9:30. I told the guy I had to help my dad move so I'd be late to pick it up and he said that was fine and the car would be ready in under an hour. I returned at 1:30 pm- FOUR HOURS LATER and my car was still parked where I'd left it; no work had been done. That makes no sense to me at all. I would never recommend this place or ever go back there again. Ughhh. Bad time. read more

They have a wide selection of car audio, alarms and accessories with G O O D prices! Chose Rainbow for my window tints due to their spectacular reviews and was not disappointed! Called in advance and got a Saturday morning appointment at 9:00. I was told when I showed up that the tints would take approx. 1 hour and a half (cost: $179 for 5 windows). Ended up being only 45 minutes and the guys were extremely pleasant and professional. Service was so good I'm already considering additional work at Rainbow that I wouldn't have considered before visiting them. I highly recommend these guys! read more

I received a car starter for Christmas which I just had to bring in to have to be installed. Seemed really friendly when I called to make an appointment and when I went in to drop my car off. When I went back in a few hours to pick my car up and by the time i got home I realized they installed a different brand of car starter then the one I brought in. So I called and the guy said that they must have mixed them up but the one they installed on "accident" was better because it has 500 ft more range but also said that I could make another appointment to bring it back in and have the right one put in. So I check online to see if there was a price difference because if there wasn't then I didn't really care. After checking prices I found that the one they installed was about $50 cheaper then the one I received as the gift. A couple days later I went in to see if they could just give me the difference back instead of having to go through the whole process of making an appointment and having to drop my car off and going back a few hours to pick it up. The guy at the front desk immediately said the same thing after explaining their mix up that the one they put in was better anyways because I got more range with that one. So I asked if they could just give me the difference back instead and he told me that they were the same price anyways. I said that everywhere I checked online says that there's about a $50 price difference and the employee said no not here, their both the same price. So either this is the wrong place to go because their charging double for car starters you can get anywhere else that sells car starters or they are either doing this on purpose to customers hoping they don't notice that they are installing a cheaper product. read more
