Shannon and Sam did an awesome job running the program! They were extremely knowledgable, and classes were both fun and educational. I also really appreciated the friendly environment in the classroom; I never felt concerned about my dog's safety like I have at other programs. Obviously training is all about repetition and the work you put in at home, but Shannon's classes were a great way for me to gain some knowledge about my dog and her behaviors so that I can continue to work with her. They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. They've given us the run around for weeks now, saying they'll pass it on to the CEO as they're the only one who can process refunds - we've heard nothing. Again, no service provided and kept our money (and $750 is not a small amount!).
