    Cat area

Loved everything about this place. The man working there was so friendly. We played with the cats for an hour and then ate lunch. The chicken Caesar was excellent. The place is small but cute. I've been to a handful of other cat cafes and don't remember any of them having full meals...just drinks/snacks. The area with the cats has windows so you can still see the cats while you are eating. The lunch menu was not large but had a decent selection that should appeal to most people. There was also a breakfast menu which I believe is available all day. I highly recommend both eating here and also making a reservation to play with the cats.

Tuna salad sandwich and the California club.

Best meal we've had in Niagara Falls! We stopped in for lunch and were seriously impressed. I had the tuna salad sandwich with chips and coleslaw--everything was super fresh and flavorful. My partner ordered the California Club and couldn't stop raving about how stacked and satisfying it was. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted like they were prepped that day. The vibe of the place was cozy and welcoming, and to top it off--there was a cat sleeping peacefully nearby, which just made everything feel even more comforting. Honestly, this was the best food experience we've had during our trip. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area!

We had such a pleasant experience here! We were visiting and thought this would be a fun activity. We hung out with the cats for one hour. They were adorable and had such fun personalities. They enjoyed the playing and attention. Then we stayed for dinner. The charcuterie appetizer was excellent, as were the salad, soup, and grilled cheese. My daughter got the kids' waffles which were shaped like adorable fish. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and nice. And they are helping find homes for rescued cats. Definitely recommend!

We are cat lovers and tried this cute cafe out. We spent 30 minutes petting some sweet cats and had coffee/drinks. Afterwards we had a delicious lunch and the food tasted fresh! Wonderful experience!

I'm so glad places like this exist! We went for 10 am and spent some time playing with the cats - Cookie, Biscuit, Wisteria, Clematis and Carrie. While we were there Brad- from Pet's alive- came in with four new black kittens. He chatted with us and checked on all the fur babies. He was so kind and lovely to chat with. Our server was wonderful too! She continued to check on us while we were playing with the kittens. She reminded us of their names and told us a bit about each of them. We went out to the restaurant after playing with the kittens and had a delicious meal. They have a great menu and specialty coffees. Recommend making a reservation! You have to call to do so. We did confirm that they accept donations- toys, cat condos etc. This is such a great place. Thank you to the family who started this cafe, to the amazing friendly staff and to Pet's Alive!!

As other mentioned this is not your usual kitty cafe. You get your drinks, go in and sit in what is similar to a living room. If the kitty's want to see you, they will come to you. We had an unfortunate situation where our barista forgot our drinks and snacks, but overall it was a good experience.

It is occupied by the sweetest rescue cats in need of loving homes and the cafe is staffed by friendly folks who are animal lovers too. Their furry feline friends are full of personality, some more energetic (Arlo), some more affectionate (Bailey), and some more sleepy (Mama cat Catronia). A visit here costs an admission fee to pay a visit to this feline cafe especially if you are thinking of adopting a rescue cat. Be sure to read the rules ahead of time. Don't disturb sleeping cats. Don't pick up any of the cats. Bring an extra pair of socks to wear while walking inside. The ratio of people to cats was good which made it easier for guests to get an opportunity to interact with cats that were in a playful mood. Visits are limited to 50 minutes. My timed visit was made easier since I was given a buzzer which buzzed to notify guests that their time was up. The resident fur-balls will be happy you paid them a visit. The cafe's partner is Purrfect Companions of Norfolk Cat Rescue who help rescue cats find furrever homes.

After mixing I couldn't really taste the Sakura, but it was still a good rich matcha drink. The chewy pearls at the bottom had a nice texture. Poop waffle was warm & crisp & came in a Japanese style toilet. There was a choice of custard, red bean or Nutella but I chose to hew to the theme. The crumb was fluffy & quite fragrant. It could have more Nutella but it was free with a checkin so I really couldn't complain.

We wanted to experience the waffle but were fine with the Bing-Poo because it was good! -If you are tall, going to the bathroom (whether it be 1 or poo) it was not be fun with a shirt ceiling. -I asked if I could hold our six-year-old as they rolled the ice cream (toilet paper), which is something she's never seen before and they said "No, that's something we don't do." I don't think it would've harmed anybody and we wouldn't have been in anybody's way if I just held her and let her watch the process. I know I've watched, other places as they have done this. Our 2 year old spilled the entire Lychee Sakura Soda before we even took a sip and they cleaned it up for us and gave us a new one!

She got to pick the booth she wanted and there's even a chair for that picture perfect moment. There are unicorn onesies for adults but I didn't try it on. I did buy her a unicorn headband from the restaurant which we took turns wearing (I'm living out my dream too). They sell unicorn Fanny packs (which I wish I saw earlier-- we'll get matching ones next time), purses, popsicle molds, etc. We ordered: - rainbow grilled cheese (amazing length when pulling- mozzarella) - strawberry milkshake (plenty to share, cotton candy unicorn hair, cupcake to hold the marshmallow horn, marshmallow ears, etc). Adorable and she loved the taste. - crispy fries with a soft inside. It's like Costco fries but more crispy on the outside. It was a hit for us. Housemade ketchup or not your typical Heinz ketchup which I appreciated. - flying magic noodle (typical noodles but it had that wow factor for my niece. The noodles were tender which makes it easier for her to chew. My only suggestion is more noodles so there's more magic in the bowl as my kids don't often eat their veggies). - I did grab a banh mi takeout but it wasn't very authentic as expected. Just wanted to try my luck! In terms of how we order, we scan the QR code that's linked with our table. We look at the menu and choose our quantity/selections. Then they bring the food to your table. You pay at the end. Food came out in about 20 mins. Overall-- 10/10 "best day ever" from my adorable niece. The joy from her face made this visit priceless. I'd come again!!!!

My friend and I stumbled upon this fantastic cat adoption centre in the otherwise dead mall that is Niagara Centre. In the front area, they stock odds and ends (water bottles, t-shirts, etc) to raise proceeds for their efforts. The back of the store is the really impressive part; it's divided by a floor-to-ceiling chain link fence with a gate, and they have dozens of cats wandering free. The area is the size of a large living room, and it's filled with all sort of furniture for the cats to climb/sleep on, as well as toys. There's an area in the very back marked "employees only" where the cats are free to retreat to if they need the litter box, food, or just a quiet place to hide. The employees are happy to let anyone in with the cats to visit, and you're free to pet or play with them, or just let them come to you. It's a great setup, almost like a cat cafe, where you can get to know your future pet on their home turf. No cages, so the cats aren't stressed out. One cat in particular approached us for attention, and we happily petted her and fed her some treats while she purred non-stop. The other cats casually strolled around or slept, not bothered by us in the slightest. I only wish I lived nearby, because I'd love to visit all the time. It's probably for the best, since I'd want to take all of the cats home.
