New direction is lacking substance. Too congested and doctors are leaving at a higher than normal rate.

The vaccine tent that they have set up for the covid vaccine is top notch. Veterans schedule your appointment to get your shot soon...

At one point I asked about a B-12 test, because my last GP had tested for it as a routine. I was berated for asking for it and was questioned in an accusatory tone why I needed it and what was I not telling her. When I said well, I don't really know and that my GP had always tested for it, she reluctantly agreed. (Since then I understand that Vitamin absorption is a concern with my specific thyroid issues.) From here she continued to display an arrogant attitude that I just completely just wanted to get the visit over with. It was hands down, the worst Dr. visit I've had in my life. (53 years) I left with the intention of never going back. Since then I've sought out a Functional medicine NP, which I am paying out of pocket for, because I just don't think most physicians, (including my Gyno), have the time to truly ask the thoughtful questions, prescribe enough tests and do a good follow-up. I like my gyno NP, she is nice and professional (who is also with Buffalo Medical group) she just seems to be on a short time schedule.

They had her go a whole month without a shower because in two separate weeks she went into the hospital and missed her shower day, yes that's right they only give them a shower once a week! The nurses don't bother asking if they need to use the bathroom so they leave them for hours in urine and feces soaked pants. My mother had an accident on her cloth chair with urine and feces and they left that chair in her room and still put her in it everyday! Obviously DO NOT RECCOMEND! Horrible!

My relative, I will not even mention the gender of this person because if they find out you talk poorly of them the nurses will treat your family member like crap, is stuck in the rehab section of this facility. They have left this person sitting sitting in their own urine for hours causing sores. They left this person low on oxygen, they left this person with a uti for days causing them to be hospitalized. We thought our relative was being dramatic saying they think the nurses are trying to kill them. Well, obviously the staff isn't doing it on purpose but they're neglecting their patients. There are other elderly there that we have heard from some of the helpful aids there that have experienced similar neglect to what my relative is experiencing. We are currently looking for another place for our relative but they are stuck there for now. If you can avoid this place, I would.

The nursing staff and doctors when I was there, were awesome. They were a huge help and reassurance in a time of new adventures as this was my first child. The facility is modern and very nice, and the staff was attentive while allowing us space to enjoy the first days with our new baby. Maybe this is typical at other hospitals but I was pretty impressed with the food. They had menus for me to order and while it did feel like cafeteria style food. It was much more enjoyable than I would have expected. The staff here really seems to care, and made my experience pleasant.

When we are in pain, sick, and vulnerable. When we are where we don't want to be, but need to be to receave the care and treatment for us to live and get well. This was the case for me on April 13th-19th when I found myself in a serious medical situation that could have, if not for the timely intervention of the doctors, techs, PA's, and nurses, seen me lose my foot at best and very likely my life at worst. My foot was swollen up like a grapefruit, discolored (black, purple, and red), and was agony to the touch - in short, it was severely infected. From the first moment of my arrival via mercy flight ambulance I was treated with care, compassion, and the quick thinking professionalism that saved me from a very unpleasant set of possible outcomes had the treatment been delayed even a moment longer. What stands out the most in my memory of this experience was how everyone took the time to not just treat me like a bed number, but as a person - I was made to feel like I mattered and assured every step of the way that they were going to help however they could. Moreover, as I was stabilized and admitted to the third floor, I was introduced to some of the most caring, compassionate, dedicated, and professional Healthcare professionals I've ever met. They cared about not just getting me better but caring about how I felt, my dignity, my feelings, and my comfort. From the moment I was brought into a room to the moment I was discharged , I felt safe, cared for, and confident in the treatment I received. And I will be forever grateful to every one of them. Some shoutouts to some amazing people who helped me through a difficult time: ER Nurse Luanne - she was there for my wife, who couldn't be there with me, keeping her in the loop with updates via phone calls. Moreover, as my ankle was being lanced she got me through it - as the numbing drugs didn't fully kick in in time to spare me some the worst of that experience. 3rd floor nurse John - amazing person, made some of my most uncomfortable moments bearable. 3rd floor Patient care tech Joan - she was the first to great me, and always there with smiles, encouragement, and kindness just when I needed it most. I won't forget those gingerale and ice cream treats that got me through some hard moments and gave me bright spots to look forward to during some nights that were very long and uncomfortable to endure. 3rd floor Nurse Kristen - thank you for the laughs when I didn't think I had it in me. 3rd floor Nurse Carey - always a bright light, great humor, and kept me going through the worst of it. Dr. Loffrado - no words can express how grateful I am for the surgery that likely saved my foot and possibly my life.

Dr. Brady has always been kind, professional, and efficient in treating my allergies. Today was just a check up because I haven't been seen in 4 years. I was seen promptly, all staff was super friendly. They even gave me a flu shot right away as I requested. I can't speak for other doctors or specialists here, but I can say if you are coming here for your allergies (or even asthma as Dr. Brady is helping me out with) you will have a great experience!

I handed them a records release form and informed them that I already had an appointment with another Endo. I was home from that appointment for less than 2 hours and UBMD Endo called me and said that I had 'forgotten' to schedule the follow-up appointment. Um, no. I *told* you I was going elsewhere and would not be scheduling the appointment. Then *a different* person called me not even a full hour after that, and said that *they* forgot to schedule my follow-up. I had to tell that person, too, that I was not coming back there ever again. Good riddance. Please do not go here, ever. They're awful.
