As with most BWW locations you get a nice atmosphere with many TVs for watching sports. Came for lunch and ordered 10 boneless wings with fries for a nice price. Service was kind of slow and it wasn't overly busy. Wings are decent, Thai Curry had good flavor and decent spice. Fries are average at best. If you are looking for atmosphere when watching sports this is your place, if you are going strictly for food you will be a bit underwhelmed. read more

Refused to seat me at a table because I was a party of 1, even though many tables through out the restaurant were open. Offered me a seat at the bar. This occurred at 1:00 PM 1/19. First and last time at this business, today. Business was *slow*. After 10 minutes a server finally asked what we'd like to drink. 15 minutes later she returned to take our order. The sauce on my wings did not taste right. After tasting and waiting 10 minutes I was able to tell my server. She doubted me at first and I asked her to just resubmit the order because it tasted like the wrong sauce. 15 more minutes and a man came from the kitchen and confronted me. He was very accusatory and insisting I didn't know what *I* was talking about. He let me know several times that he spun the sauce on my wings himself and that he even cooked my wings. After the fourth time he said "Well I know that's Honey Garlic sauce, BAW!" ...followed by "Not to sound rude but..." with a shoulder shrug as he walked away. Baw?? Went there for dinner...service was so slow that it took a hour before a server even came to our table. We then waited over an hour to get our food from the kitchen. By the time we were done eating I wasn't even sure who our server was because we had a different person wait on us the whole time. After our food was served no one ever came back to the table to check on us. The table next to where we were sitting had a pile of garbage at least a foot high and since the restaurant wasn't that busy I would have assumed someone would have cleaned the table. We waited forever for our bill and had to flag a server down to finally being it to our table. I had quite a few SERIOUS carnivores with me for a lunch outing so we headed to Buffalo Wild Wings. I am a vegetarian, but from experience I know they have a decent black bean burger for the non meat eaters. So, I knew I was good to go. Not only did we have a mixed bag of meat vs non meat, but one of my peeps had more eating restrictions. Happily, we all were able to find something. Not always easy at a chain restaurant. This is a nice welcoming location. It is clean and nicely divided into different dining sections. I think this also helps keep the background noise down, overall. We all enjoyed our meals. One of us enjoyed the usual...boneless wings. Can't go wrong especially with their variety of sauces with varying heat levels clearly identified in the menu. I had the black bean burger. I will not say that I think it is homemade, but it is a decent meal. My other friend had the pulled pork sandwich with out the bun. She enjoyed it as well. They have a nice selection of draft beers and other cocktails. Feeling sassy...(not classy) go from the frozen twisted margarita. The service was good overall. Can't complain. We had dinner for our 15 year old son at adrian wild wings and we bought $225 worth of gift cards and we were told by 2 employees that we could use the gift cards to pay our bill. After dinner we went to pay our bill with the cards and we were then told that you cant use the gifts cards so we asked to have the money for the gift cards refunded and then we were told that they cannot refund the money. I've been in Adrian for 5 years and every time I go or place a take-out order something goes wrong. Today I was just fed up. I placed a take-out order over the phone the lady took our order and told us how long til pick up. When I arrived they said they had never placed the order in the system and that they wouldn't make the order because their kitchen was closed. I asked the manager what they could do and he told me nothing which left me with no food coupons or anything to make up for their error. When we first walked in we were greeted then seated in the most annoying spot with a bright ass spot light on us before we can ask to move host was gone but we dealt with her seating choice. Then it took 10 minutes or more for a server to even greet us and start us off with drinks etc our server so happened to be the bartender as well , so of course it took her some time considering she has the bar and some of the dining as her section which is poor scheduling on the mangers behalf to be short staffed and to have a bartender deal with bar and restaurant. We ordered our food and got the lunch special and I guess it came with a drink ,I don't drink soda so I got water , when we received our bill I was charged for a drink I never ordered cause it came with the special but since I never got a soda I shouldn't of been charged for 3$ for something I didn't drink or get . We both got the snack size which was six Wings an a small amount of fries, it was the smallest portion of food, it looked like it was for kids for 30$ , ridiculous and I also ordered the mild wings and my Wings came so dry an I had to get extra sauce due to literally no sauce on my wings , over all poor service , low staff , overpriced , poor quality food . McKenzie, was amazing and super patient with me when I was trying to figure out what beer I wanted and while I was choosing my wings I was having trouble figuring out which sauces I wanted and helped steer me in the right direction. That said, someone in that building needs to figure out how to put a price on their liquors. They charge $10.50 for 2 ozs. of Bulleit Rye. A bottle would cost me $30! As for Kettle One, $13. Somehow, once you step through the doors of BW3's in Adrian, MI, you are transported to BW3's in Chicago. Summer and BB were great behind the bar with a lot of interaction and smiles.
