Decided to go for a drive & ended up in Adrian. So many restaurants to choose from yet we chose BDubs. Food was just OK as wings are about the same everywhere. They do have a large selection of sauces or rubs so this is nice. Hubby asked for a 7 & 7. Believe it or not, bartender didn't know what is was & BDubs doesn't have 7 Crown Whiskey. WHAT ?!?!? Guess the younger crowd that frequents these places only drink beer. Oh well, they did mix him something close to it as he drank it. My Bloody Mary was uneventful other than the pickle slices, celery & olives adorning the rim. The best part of our visit was our server Lindsay. She was friendly & answered all our questions about the sauces. We could see that she wasn't feeling well & asked her. She told us she was just getting over being sick but felt she needed to work as she loved her job. I would say she has a very strong work ethic & her parents should be commended on this. Great job Lindsay. Our order was delivered hot & fast. Hub had a burger while I had wings. We finished with the cheesecake bits which were good. Wow what an awful place, we came here after work and sat at a table and ordered food. I specifically asked for wings a certain way and the opposite came so we had to send it back- worst of all we spent $70 on mistakes and bad service. I found the manager Rebekah rude when she decided that our overall drink consumption was too fast and told us to slow down and wait 45 minutes prior to reordering- we sat down to eat at 5.45 pm and at 9.45 pm I had 4 beers and one whiskey, so I was informed for my safety that 4 beers and a whiskey in 4 hours was too fast - I don't appreciate the lecture and BWW you have forever lost my business thanks to the Adrian, MI location, what absurd decision to cut off a customer like this. What an embarrassing experience we are having at this moment! We came out for my sons birthday and I made sure to ask before I bought my gift cards and was told by 2 different employees that yes I could buy them and pay my bill with them. Just spent $250 on gift cards and was just told that I can not use my gift cards! Now I have nothing to pay for our meal and are being told I have to sit here for 4 hours to wait for their grace period!!! Not a happy bunch we now have 10 people waiting!!!!! I do not go out often in adrian because of all the negative things I hear about customer service, i always tip and be the bigger person in any situations when in public and do not like complaining often. but when i decided to go to BWW today it definitely dissapointed me, after all the bad things i heard i still walked in with a smile when walked in the hostess which was also our waitress and bartender greeted us with a horrible attitude. we continued to order two basic mixed drinks when she brought them out she aggressively slammed them on our table, and walked away. when she came back we ordered our food and we felt as if we were being rushed and she was making us feel very uncomfortable. she then disappeared for a long period of time so we continued to ask another waitress if we could get our drinks, which we only took one sip and they were not to our liking , remade or changed for something different. while speaking with the girl our original waitress comes to our table and sets our food down and walks away with attitude once again. we order new drinks and everything is starting to smooth out when she gives us our bill and charged us for the drinks, normally you do not get charged for sending something back, and it wouldn't have been as much of a big deal if she would have had better customer service. she did not make it inviting or a good environment she did the opposite. and when us being charged for the drinks was brought to her attention she continued giving attitude and asked if i was okay. she said it was a management thing so we asked to speak to him, when he came out we addressed her customer service and he blew it off and made us seem as if we were in the wrong. after addressing both the manager and waitress about megan(the bartender) attitude they said that is their best worker and bartender they have and if that is the fact that explains the reviews and the bad name on customer service at BWW overall. read more

Maybe the prices are so high to pay for all the tvs.... Worst place ever. Very high prices for basic food. Very high price for the tall bud light I got. Even the salads are way overpriced. I went with a girlfriend and her son one afternoon and I ordered a tall bud light and we split a chili cheese dip appetizer. It was good, but it was literally chili cheese and chips for a unreal price. I wasn't too hungry so I wanted a salad, all the salads were around $10. I ended up getting a ceaser side salad because I didn't want to pay $10 for a salad, and they all had chicken, i didn't want chicken. They could have taken the chicken off but I'd still have to pay full price. No way! I love a good sports bar, but they have too may tvs. There is a tv on every inch of the place. Service was nice, we tipped well, but, I will be back again soon for a second review. It's a shame Adrian had to put a bad look on Buffalo Wild Wings. I recommend frickers. read more

My family & I were there on 10/27. They were not busy. We were seated shortly after they wiped down a table. The waitress was friendly. We had our 1st drinks & appetizers within 15 minutes. After placing our order that when they didnt go so great. Our waitress never checked in on us. I noticed that carry out ppl were waiting a long time for help. When we got our food, that's when we finally got refills. However that took awhile too. She started to fill them but took off. We asked for more ketchup & had to open our own bottle. Thought I was suppose to be at a restaurant. My man got wrong food. They said they couldn't toss my son's tenders due to peanut allergies. However, the same chicken is used for wraps & u can toss that. I blame the kitchen staff for being too lazy. The manager came by after our bill was ran & my man finally spoke up about his food. Hes a diabetic & HAD to eat so he just said screw it. We only got $20 in gift certificates to use at that location. We dont want to go back. I gave 3 stars cuz the first time we went it was good & they were busy then. Plus the waitress was friendly & the place seemed clean. read more

Good friend of mine had someone else's drinks dumped ALL OVER her and the staff actually wanted her to pay for the drinks they spilled! The staff itself is always rude, loud and lazy! They seem to mess up every order than comes there way and are more intent on pushing people out the door at closing time than actually providing any service. read more

the adrain location needs better customer service took them so much time to order my food then too when i did get it they didnt even give my silverware so my food got cold then i had to get my own drank refilled and then the order i place to go too almost 45 mins to get so now i came here at 630 leaveing at 830 horrible if didnt already pay for this food i would just leave read more

The BWW in Adrian, MI has been there for a few years, and every time (except maybe once) I have had a bad experience. Then I don't go back for a couple years. I went there with a small group tonight. The service was very slow (we'd ask for drinks and not get them) and the manager was not friendly(we made a request and he just threw back a "yeah."). Our waitress tried her best but she was overwhelmed. There was not a long line waiting to be seated, at times there was no one waiting. There was several tables empty. My party and I do not understand the terrible service we experience 90% of the time, are they understaffed, just unfriendly, what?! Every restaurant has its bad times, but this one has had it for several years. Same thing, every time! Something needs to be done. And the food takes long to get (about an hour) and comes out less than fresh and luke warm. Not tasty at all. Please BWW corporate, do something, I hate to see Adrian lose this restaurant. Bad food and service. Got the nachos about 6 weeks ago, they came with a hair in them. My wife tried Buffalo Wild Wings again tonight and once again they failed to deliver food and service for the cost. I can't recommend this place to anyone. I didn't care for the food. We had takeout so I don't know what the service is like.

Food was ok and the atmosphere was fun (local sports), but our waitress would disappear for long periods of time and return smelling like grape cigars, she kept wanting to touch our baby too.. (NOT COOL). We didn't order a lot of food so she wrote us off early, assuming we wouldn't too much. After she started to become rude and inappropriate she lost her tip entirely. We actually started working with the manager for beverage refills and others concerns. I would not recommend this B-Dub's for dine-in, Toledo or Ann Arbor are much nicer. read more

Unfortunately i've had multiple bad experiences here, but being a server myself I gave them numerous chances. The restaurant was empty and it took us an hour to receive food. Our food was cold and for our server to ask "Want us to make you some new wings?" Just for her to put them in the microwave and bring them out 30 seconds later with them being rubbery. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been too!! Order food including appetizer 30 minutes go by waiting just for my appetizer and NOTHING. After talking with The table next to us, they said they order there food at 6:45 and it was 8:15. I always have a pretty good experience when I come to Bdubs, but Sierra went above and beyond for us! She was able to answer all my questions and made sure our food was nothing less than perfect (and I am a very needy/picky person, so this is hard to do). Tried to do a to go order. I Was immediately put on hold. Held for 5 min. Then it took 10 min. To take the order because the waiter didn't know how to run the register. Arrived to pick up the food after 25 min. And had to wait an additional 20 min. To get the food. Once we got on the road we noticed that some of our food wasn't even in the bag. Me and a group of 7 others arrived around 5:30. We were greeted by the host and sat promptly. Unfortunately that's where the good part stops. We were sat for 10+ minutes before our server ever approached us to get our drink orders, and after he took the order it was another 10+ minutes before we received them. We immediately put in our order, noticing the slow service. We just had some wings and chips and salsa but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes before we got food. Our server throughout the whole time only checked on us once during the whole wait and we had to tell him that we wanted refills. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Stone cold. But but the trays they were on were hot because they had been sitting under the light for so long. We asked the server to speak to a manager and upon speaking to her, she told us that she would give us a 10% discount because of all the problems. When we received our bills, the 10% was nowhere to be seen, so understandably, we asked the server if we could talk to the manager. He scoffed and said sure and went to go get her but it took him 5 minutes to notify her. The manager came to us ,after she had already told us that we would get 10% off, and told us that she would in fact NOT be giving us is because we ordered a "promo" item. To the people that have been "cut off" I was here during that experience, saw this happen first hand. I have never seen this in a Buffalo Wild Wings. I live in town and know a ton of people and have told everyone about this experience and to avoid this establishment due to seeing this happen first hand with someone who WAS quiet. Have been back twice and the place is dead usually. Wonder how long they'll last here in Adrian. Additionally, wonder why no one works here - the complaints are true as far as the online ordering, they have messed up orders for me the two or three times. When called out on it, they have an attitude kind of like they are right customer is wrong. Seriously won't be back here and will tell anyone in the area who wants to go here to go to frickers or to Applebee's. Sucks you guys can't seem to get on the page of customers first. Not to mention the last time being in the establishment I witnessed an interview where the manager was mocking/discussing what had gone on during the interview with the bartender, waitresses, and cook I believe.... seems like the managers head is either too big or up her @$$ and seems to not know how to manage people correctly or professionally. I felt bad for the person who interviewed for a job. Then continued to hear how so and so had been through training and didn't show up. Sad to hear management talking about people behind their backs. Not super impressed with this BWW but very few options for date night, so this is usually where we go. They aren't very accurate with online orders and when corrected some of the employees seem rather irritable. I just want what I paid for, that's all. We've given this several shots since it is in our home town but no more. Husband ordered chicken sand and it came w/o bacon and pepper jack cheese as listed in menu. Told server and her comment was that she didn't know what came on burgers because she's a vegetarian. Sent it back and got it with bacon but American cheese. Really? American cheese on an $11 sandwich. So apparently servers don't know the menu and cooks don't either. My hamburger was ok but also not worth $11. I went here twice to give it a second try since the first time they had only been open a couple weeks and were insanely busy as most places are that come into town fresh and new. Once the dust settled I went back for a wing dinner. I like my wings crispy and not hot so I had a difficult time choosing a sauce to go with my wings. The nice waitress brought me a couple samples to try so I picked one and then ended up not liking it, sending my wings back and ending up with plain wings that they replaced for free. To be fair, all I had there was the wings and some fries and have not been back since. I am picky about how my wings are cooked and the portion size was not generous enough for me to justify going back again. Pricey but not really worth it. I think I ended up spending over $15 for wings, fries and a drink (not including tip) and for 20 tiny chicken pieces.. well, not worth it in my opinion. They are definitely not like the "other" well kn own chicken wings eatery. read more
