I am very hesitant to give any establishment a "1". They have to perform stunningly awful to garner this rating from me. To put it succinctly: you do not want to go to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The other one star reviews on Yelp for this location are absolutely accurate. 1. The place is filthy. We arrived around 19:00 / 7:00 PM on a Saturday night. The dining room looked like it had been hit by a blast of some sort, almost every table was crowded with items that should have been bussed hours ago. We were told to sit in the back area. We wiped down a high top and sat down. 2. When told to sit in the bar area, a younger, hefty guy with a mustache yelled across the dining room at us, where we standing by the door. 3. The server was clearly overwhelmed. This place is woefully understaffed. 4. One of our sides was a side salad with the vinaigrette dressing. They brought out a teaspoon of the dressing in the cup, saying they were out, and they were going to make some more. After making more, the new dressing looked nothing like the old dressing and it was clearly sweet onion dressing. No dressing was going to bring life back into the wilted mess that they claimed to be a garden salad. We sent it back. 5. We had ordered boneless wings as an appetizer, they came after the entree after I reminded someone (not our server) that we ordered boneless wings. 6. The server stopped by once to check on us after the food came out about 30 minutes after it was ordered. I asked for a second beer. It never arrived. 7. The beer cheese cheesesteak has a "gone through the meat grinder" vibe to it and it was burned 8. There was a disheveled woman dressed in BWW clothing walking around with a cup of soup for no less than 10 minutes. Pity the soul that ended up with the soup. When server arrived I said, "we'd like to pay the check, please take off the salad". He did, however, no itemized receipt at all, so I did the mathematics in my head. I then asked for the second beer that never arrived to be removed from my check, he did that too, again the total went down but I never received an itemized check. This place is miserable. I don't know if it fits the vibe of Albuquerque or what, because I'm not from Albuquerque, but I have to think that the folks of this city deserve better than whatever this is suppose to be. read more

Wow...just wow. I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in so long because I find the food to be not that great. But I was desperate to watch a playoff baseball game and Monday Night Football at the same time while in Albuquerque for work on October 7, 2024. I walked in an hour before the first game started to get a spot and they were barely any customers. I mentioned this because a majority of the staff were all just messing around in the kitchen and not paying any attention to customers coming in. Then, when I asked for them to change one of the TVs I was facing to the right channel for one of the games the bartender gal gave me one of the worst stink eyes I've seen because I guess it was super inconvenient for her to change the channel. I asked her what the problem was and she refused to acknowledge me. She was in a bad mood the entire time for something that happened prior. Originally, she stood there complaining to one of her colleagues about whatever happened while visibly seeing me there waiting to put in my order for at least 5 minutes before I left the bar area to go track down a waiter. Which took a little bit because they are all still in the kitchen messing around. If it wasn't for the games I wanted to watch, I would have left immediately. Such a terrible terrible place. As a server and especially if it is your area addressing the customer is a part of serving! Trying to avoid making a drink or addressing the customer is a no no! Issue #1: Placed an online order via app for pick up at Albuquerque's Gibson location. When I walked up, there were three homeless people immediately outside the front door. It was evident they had been there a while, obviously the staff wasn't bothering to ask them to move along. I've lived in ABQ for a long time, so I'm used to the sheer numbers of homeless people we have, but it can be intimidating, as a woman, to pass through a group of unknown people in order to enter a business. I would have found somewhere else to eat tonight if I hadn't already paid for my food. Issue #2: After I walked in to pick up my food, I wait at the take-out counter with no attention for about 6-7 minutes. After I had been waiting for about 5 mins, a guy comes in to get his pick-up order, and he stands in line behind me. When the BWW employee finally comes out of the back, she asks my name and then asks his name, presumably so she only has to make one trip into the kitchen. When she returns, she packages up the man's food and hands it to him, while making me wait. WTF?!!?! read more

The people here have poor attitudes and can't be bothered to do their job correctly. I was here a year or more ago when one of your bar tenders served a woman who had a small child in the bar with her, and was so drunk she dropped him - TWICE. It took over 10 minutes for the server to inform me that there was no more Four Peaks, so I opted for the Sierra Nevada Hazy, what arrived was not at all Hazy, matter of fact almost clear... ugh, looks like I got the regular IPA instead. Finally the wings... oh the wings, I always order mine with sauce on the side to prevent any tampering of my prized chicken wings, which alas proved a success. Except, I'm near positive my husband got my Nashville hot wings dressed on his wings and I got a side of the original Buffalo, only because I like have a bottle of it in my own fridge at home and what we received wasn't identifiable by either of us or comparable. Getting dinner to go has been nothing short of a nightmare tonight and a complete waste of money just so we could deal with the rudest staff on the planet. Wow I'm so sad to see all these awful reviews. I've gotten food delivered from here twice and I have a glowing review! I can't comment on anything specific to the location because I've only had DoorDash pick it up and bring it to me at home. But, it always arrives in the time it says it will; their predicted delivery times (before the dasher has even arrived) are spot-on. I think the food is GREAT! Now, unfortunately a mistake in today's order takes a star off. :/ I ordered the black bean burger, which is described on DoorDash as Black bean patty / cheddar / avocado / southwestern ranch / Challah bun. The photo also shows lettuce onion and tomato. I ordered mine with no onions, no pickles (no idea if it comes with, but figured better safe than sorry) and the SW ranch on the side. I opened it up and it was a totally plain patty! The receipt that accompanied it said no to EVERYTHING! And she put in the dressing on the side part correctly, but then they forgot to throw any in! Also, I find this hilarious: I ordered a "veggie boat" which is described as "Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and flavored with sour cream and chive seasoning." All it was though is a baggie of some carrot and celery sticks. No complaints - it was only 99c - but I don't know what all that nonsense about crispy and chives is. I called to clarify which BWW the order had originated from and to find out what the problem with the burger was, and they are under the impression that we are supposed to order a cheese and that since I hadn't I wanted no cheese. On the DoorDash side though there is no place to select a type of cheese and since it's part of the burger's description I had expected it. Lots of miscommunication that I have no doubt would have been easily fixed had I been eating there. I definitely recommend this location! read more
