I love this place. Sometimes my food comes out so fast I am surprised so I don't understand the other reviews saying service was slow. I am a regular and they also know me so it is what it is but I love it and always have an awesome experience. The beer is cold, smiles big, and during football the cheering loud. A super fun time and I love watching all the football games at the same time. I like the rewards/points program I get tons of great free stuff. Honestly I almost do not like wings from anywhere else. Well my last 2 visits at locations outside of NM were horrible. Seen this location down road and around corner from hotel decided I'd give it one last try before I swore Bdubs off for good. I was amazed at the quality of the wings I received, fresh nice sized not over cooked and under sauced wings. I'd have to say it was probably the best wings I've had from a BDubs in over 5 years. My waitress was great came to the table with in probably 3 minutes of siting down took my drink order and my food order at same time. Wings came out fairly quick not sure how long as I didn't pay attention to time but expected it to be a while from past visits at other locations and it wasn't. Music wasn't insanely loud place actually looked like the floor had been mopped unlike others and all the empty tables I seen were all cleaned and ready to go which also isn't normal. No salsa included and the chips were burnt awfully to be no good. I had Teriyaki as the sauce and between that being way over salty there was hardly any lettuce and the chicken was over cooked and hard. Not to mention, way overpriced. Okay think it's time to give up on this chain. I ordered food to pick up. When I got home the order was a disaster. First the drink had no ice to start with. The sandwich was dripping in mayo. We waited about ten minutes before a server greeted us and took our beverage order. Then another five minutes we saw her again. We were ready to order but she wasn't and was off again. Our order was taking a while and when it finally arrived my husbands hamburger was dry with crusted cheese and wilted garnish and a burnt hard bun. So I could see a lot of people leaving with somewhat of a disgusted look. The staff was having a happy time with each other. I finally asked the waitress to come to our table. My husband asked if this is how the burger should be.... she apologized and was off to the kitchen. She returned with a fresh burger that was completely opposite of the one sent back. Our waitress apologized again and became much more attentive. She finally came over and explained the system had crashed and if we had cash great it not have a nice evening. It now made sense these poor young adults who depend on tips we not getting any. So when my husband paid with cash and left a generous tip, she had an absolute look of surprise. I love the location of this place. It's on my way to work and conveniently off the freeway exit. They've been consistently good, in all my experiences. I especially love walking in to greeting smiles. I tend to comment on the ones who aren't smiling in hopes to get one from them. Guys and gals are usually in great spirits! The service is always prompt and friendly. Refills and bringing of napkins and wet naps are always done with a great attitude. The scenery is amazing, what with all the brand new flatscreens! The seating is the best arrangement in town too. With ample space and no bad viewing angles, it's great for gameday. A pair of restrooms next to the entrance, before the hostess podium, are very convenient. There is also a lockable unisex restroom to the right of the bar! I love going for the wings and TVs. Grilled chicken salad with Southwest ranch also great! They used to not charge me for soft drinks, but that's changed, as of late. I tend to leave extra when they leave out the little stuff. Calling in for carry-out can be dicey. They sometimes leave out wings or sipping sauces. So, just make sure they show you the order before walking out. Napkins and wet naps, always a plus.
