Our group went on a Saturday around 1pm, it was not very busy. Booths and tables were all clean as we sat ourselves. There is outside seating with a covered area, we opted for inside. Server greeted us within a few minutes to order drinks and gave us menus. We ordered Club Sandwich, tacos, burger and kids chicken strips. All dishes were presented in less than 10 mins. This place has really gone downhill since it first opened. Our waitress was attentive and good at her job. The drinks were yummy, but the food was awful. Mozzarella wedges were actually sticks that tasted like they were from frozen and weren't cooked long enough. The worst though was the chicken tacos. We found multiple little bones on our chicken. Never have I had that happen. This could potentially be a serious chocking hazard. Our waitress did apologize and we did get our money back, but she took it to the manager and not once did a manager come by to check on us or ask about the meal. We also had the Brussel hustle (Brussel sprouts appetizer); they were average. They used to serve a Hawaiian jalapeño burger and it was a fan fave but they removed it from the menu so we don't visit as often. Service is ok depending on who your server is; however, their hosts are young and need a bit more training on customer service and problem solving. They spent a lot of time checking their phones instead of seating people. Its just down the street from us and is our new favorite Friday night "go to" All of the staff are friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. We have never had less than stellar service. The atmosphere is great too. It's hoppin on a Friday night but not so loud you can't hear each other. It has a great energy and a fun vibe. The food is ridiculously good. We have ordered something different each time and it's all been perfectly cooked and seasoned, huge portions and comes out quickly. They also have a fun and extensive cocktail list. We went in on 10/9/25 right at opening time. There were two other people in there. We had the WORST server ever. She served us our drinks and never came back to check if we wanted food or any other drinks. There were two ladies that came in 40 minutes later and she took care of them and never checked on us again. About 55 minutes later, she comes to check on us and I ask her for the ticket and left her no tip. Funny how it was so dead in there and she never checked on us. Friday night and time to eat. We picked Neighbors and glad we did. No wait to be seated & drinks came quick. The restaurant has numerous TVs over a bar which has over 75 different beers on tap. Meals are selected from a on-line menu. Disappointed that a lot of items on the menu were not available. I settled on the Islander burger with tater tots and a Swiss Burger with fries. Two bites and the Islander was a mess(good thing). The burger was topped with sweet and spicy slaw, teriyaki sauce, sautéed pineapple, mushrooms, jalapeños and onions. It was juicy with great taste. The Swiss burger came with Swiss cheese, well seasoned mushrooms & avocado. Not quite as messy, but still tasty. Overall a great meal for what is considered a good price. Finally got our food and 2 of the dishes wasn't even what we ordered but didn't want to send it back because we had already been waiting an hour at this point and was hungry. There were no paper towels in the men's bathroom to dry hands. Service was horrible. Will never go back to this establishment ever again. Huge let down! read more
