Best Buffalo wild wings I've been to, ever. Clean, nice atmosphere, per every BWW lots of strategically placed TV's for every angle of viewing. Bartender I had (and regretfully her name has slipped my mind) 5'4ish, petite, blonde mid 30s, serious look on her face of a professional, was AMAZING!!!. All our food needs were catered to in a timely manner, drinks were never empty, she stirred up a Pina colada for me real late.. that's a pain in the butt drink to craft when all your stuff has been washed and put up for the night. (Blender, multiple glasses) I appreciate you bartender.. she made it seem like there was no problem to make it, even though deep down I know how she felt about me. So I had placed an online carry out order with BWW. I went inside to pick it up and stood at the pick-up counter for about 10min while 3 employees made eye contact with me while walking by. I was 3 feet away from the rack of where they keep online orders on but the rack was slightly placed behind the counter. I took one step to grab my order bc it was the only one there and when I did, this rude young lady stepped out of the kitchen whiling slinging the door open. She then yanked the bag out of my hand (the food I paid $40 for) and yelled at me to get back behind the counter. I stated to Tracy that I had been standing there waiting for someone to hand me my food (that was placed a foot away from where I was standing keep in mind) and she said well you can't grab this without an employee. Sorry but I'm not gonna sit there and watch my food get cold. She then slammed my food on the counter and started to walk back inside of the kitchen. I was trying to ask for a manager and to tell her how unprofessional she was about the situation. I stood there for another 2 minutes waiting for her to return but she did not come back out. I checked my food bc it's never right whenever I place an order with this place. She never returned to her post, So I left and called the restaurant to see if I could get this young ladies name. She answered me "Tracy" then hung up on me immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous. I still am in shock of how this little brat acted as an employee. Normally other locations are great, this spot in the Maryville/Alcoa area is just atrocious. Cold food, badly portioned. BWW is always a favorite of ours. This is our first visit to this location. It was very empty around 1:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Love the lunch discounts, the food was perfect and served hot and quick! Tons of TVs and drink refills were prompt! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. read more

This place was great when they first open but the food is not as good. The last couple of times I have been the wings have been super tough and chewy and I have questioned the doneness a few times. Drinks are over priced. And some the servers are really bad. I'm sitting in this restaurant right now and am having an awful time. The server is not paying attention to us whatsoever. When we got sat we asked for a booth and told us none were available, yet the two tables behind us got a booth? On top of that, we waited 7 minutes to get our drinks after waiting four minutes to get sat, even though there was no one else in the restaurant in front of us. The food here always takes upwards of 20 minutes to get and when they burn your wings they simply cover them with more sauce. My family is from the north where BW3s is a great place to hang out and eat. It's nice to have my favorites, but the wait and the extreme loud level of the TVs just doesn't make it worth it. By far the worst experience at a sit down restaurant I've ever had. Went with 5 other people and got seated immediately, but had our drink orders taken by another server after 20 minutes of sitting with no sevice. There was at least 4 or 5 waitresses standing around talking the entire time. Everyone's order came out wrong and cold and 30 minutes later. Appetizer came out with food and cold. Waitress took them back and microwaved them. Waitress made minimum visits (2). We had to ask other waitresses around for drink refills also. Went on opening night of college football season to have some beverages and watch a game. There was a 30 minute wait, not because it was busy, but because some genius of a manager didn't staff properly for an obviously potentially busy Saturday night. 9 empty, unbussed tables and booths, and a 30 minute wait. Once seated, the dining experience itself stretched out for over 2 hours; 15 minute waits for beers, 50 minute wait for food. Absolutely ridiculous wait, and ridiculously expensive food. The restaurant will be completely empty, and it still takes over 30 mins to get your food. I've been to a lot of BWW and always had the Asian Zing Traditional Chicken Wings. I noticed that their wings tasted a little different than before. Maybe not spicy enough and just different. Personally, I can't say enough bad things about this place. I wish there were an option for zero stars. The service is worse every time. We actually stopped dining in because it's so awful and decided to do a pick-up order, which was arguably worse than dining in. The servers need to be trained. The pick up workers need an attitude adjustment. The older, bald male manager should absolutely not be in a position of management. When we mentioned how we sat for 30 minutes without water, how our food took 45 mins (because the server forgot to ring it in and never mentioned it to us--it was NOT busy at all), and how just the day before we also received terrible service, he responded with "what do you want me to do about it." He then said "next time the food is on me" but didn't leave his name, didn't give us any way to have this confirmed by anyone else, and didn't even discount the food that took 45 mins. Yesterday, my pick up order was slung across the counter, and despite her being the least hospitable to-go worker probably ever, we tried to tip the girl who brought it, but she turned around and went to the back the second after she rudely slung our food. Not a "thank you".. not even eye contact. This is the most unprofessional establishment. Having 8+ negative dining experiences and a very negative pick up experience leaves us realizing that it's no coincidence we received poor service. The whole place needs to be shut down so people can learn how to serve, host, and MANAGE. read more

I don't know what has happened to this Buffalo Wild Wings but it is not the same. Used to be good! I have never seen such slow service and poor management like it is now. The last 3 Saturdays we have stopped in to catch some college football. We sit down at a table in bar area..no one comes to wait on us for a good 10 minutes at least, then wait another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Last Saturday, 11/24, was the worst. We waited 20 min for our drink refill, we were told the bartender is backed up on orders. Only one bartender working and she was having a hard time keeping up as the place was packed. Wait staff was flustered as their customers were complaining. Manager was just walking around and finally jumped in to help after bartender had words with him. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings over the weekend (Saturday, 4/9/16). Seating was open, but I was told there was a large party coming so sat at the bar high tables. The table was not cleaned so moved to the bar. Bartenders seemed to be out of their element; slow to take drink orders, and food orders. I ordered a beer and the wing combo platter (12 wings, fries, and coleslaw. I wanted to get two sauces and the combo in a half and half, but was told that I couldn't get it. You must have a minimum of four wings to change sauces. So, I asked if I could purchase the extra wings to get what I wanted and was told they don't do that anymore. I being the customer and paying for the meal should have been able to get whatever I was willing to pay for, for the meal. Anyway, when I got the meal, the wings were smaller than I remember them having, the chicken was over cooked, a little dry, and minimal sauce applied. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I won't be back. It is a shame that Buffalo Wild Wings has fallen so short on customer satisfaction. read more

I went to this location a week ago and to make a long story short, we basically waited 20 minutes to be greeted at the table and about an hour for our food that came out cold. There was no apology by a manager or explanation or anything. The place was about half full so they weren't super busy. I did not raise my concerns to the manager at the time, though looking back on it, I should have. I decided to fill out the survey on the receipt instead. On the survey, it asks if you would like to be contacted to which I replied yes and left my contact information. It has been a full week and I've not heard from anyone. I used to work at this location about 5 or 6 years ago and it is a shame to see what it is now as it used to be pretty good. Poor, impolite, slow, inattentive service. Menus and racks for holding condiments were dirty with crusty food stuck on surfaces. Decent drinks but overpriced beers. Even though place was empty and no incoming crowd was expected, host wanted to sit a party of two at a small table where only a view of small TVs was possible. Why not at a booth so that we could see big screen TVs? Started off on the wrong foot and service was short. It seems like servers were not trained well. Example: server was touching the tops of wine glasses and beer glasses when holding and placing them on table. Then, when drinks spilled on server's hands--after drinks placed on tables so that there was now wine all over tables, she shook her empty hands at the table to fling off the drink from her hands. Subjunctive verbs should be used by servers when talking to customers. I could hear servers talking with each other and making fun of customers. Street tacos were best thing on the menu. read more
