First of all I just want to, say this never happens. Thank God for my waitress Dulce. If you want to have good service, request Dulce's schedule from management. There was a full bar, full tables, and she still took care of us..waited on us hand and foot. If I was going to write this review on simply the taste of food, then I would give it two stars, but the fact that we had her as our waitress made it to be five stars, and then some. Everyone here is really sweet. Great servers and staff. It's one of my favorite bdubs to go to. The only thing is the fountain drinks taste like the pipes are dirty and never cleaned. Since when did BWW become a club? The music was so loud that our party could hardly talk over it. The service was horrible as usual. Slow and inefficient (lots of employees who walk right past you and never acknowledge you). When you are sitting in the bar it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a beer, but it did. I have eaten here a couple of times because wings are sometimes a simple and savory meal. Unfortunately, I have been underwhelmed by this particular location. Came to eat with my family, visiting from out of town and experience was not good. We got sat at a dirty table and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Our server, Anahi, was very inattentive and unfocused on us as guests. We had to ask a few times for refills on drinks and our food was brought out, but not individually as we ordered. We had to ask to make sure that our food was combined and then we had to ask for trays to separate the items. Not all the food was brought out together, and the server said she'd be back with the rest, but then went to 2 other tables to take their order before finally coming out with the remaining items. One of the wing orders we placed did not come with carrots and celery so we also had to ask for that. The wings were cold, but we didn't have the energy to ask for anything else. I work as a server in the industry and I can definitely understand challenges in the workspace, but there is a difference between the effort one puts into their service and when you don't care. Never had a good experience coming here. I'm a waitress and have been for some time, so I'm very understanding when it comes to restaurants. However, the food always takes forever! I'm talking like 40 minutes at least. This last time my server had a horrible attitude and walked past my table numerous times while all of our drinks were clearly empty. When I nicely asked her for a refill (since she clearly wasn't gonna take any initiative and refill them herself) she gave me horrible attitude. Once the food finally came it was stale and gross. I asked my waitress for her manger and she snapped with "why, what do you need her for" I was shocked as I would never argue with a customer if they asked for my manager. Wow. After seeing the reviews, I guess I'm on point with this place... Pearl, the manager refused to honor the advertisement in the menu. I explained to her and showed her visually that the lemonade (blueberry mint) I was ordering had no cap on refills. She refused to allow me to have that drink as an unlimited refill past one full cup. This manager does not appear to have customer service etiquette. My waitress however, appeared to have a better presence in trying to accommodate my meal, however, she wanted to make sure she cleared with management. Which clearly, Pearl was not okay with. I don't appreciate how your business false advertises. This is the only BWW in the high desert. And this customer (me) works in the media. I will make sure I publicly share this experience I have had this evening so people locally will know how management treats a customer who just wanted a free refill on a drink that is advertised as free refill. For your convenience I took a picture of the menu for you to review. Perhaps an upper management program to educate on the values of proper customer service will help Pearl and others who run this location. ‍Food is good. Usually is. Tonight it was. While we were waiting for the rings, I asked to speak to the most senior management in the building since the GM, Sal, was not there. Crystal came over to my table. I explained to her the previous experience, the conversation with Sal, the gift card, my thoughts on the establishment, and my attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to return with a positive and open mind. She understood that my point was only being proven a second time on this trip. She also told me appetizers take 10 mins to do and send out to customers. That would make sense, because the family of four who entered our area 15 minutes after we sat down got all their multiple appetizers after 10 minutes. They switched out my waitress, who was nice to us but must have forgotten about us and had a nicer waitress named Bryana take care of us for the rest of the night. She was great. Food was great. But, I have now reached a conclusion. BWW in Apple Valley appears to have decent food. However, in order to avoid the experience, which I recommend, it's better to just order take out and pick it up at BWW. This without a doubt will eliminate any potential malable experiences one may have entering the establishment. Again, to sum up both trips, food is great. No complaints there. And that's why ordering it for pick up is the wisest decision when it comes to the Apple Valley location. Still a 2 star review. This place needs to shape up it seems. I spent $50 dollars for a 2 person dinner. There should be a more higher standard of service from everyone. Not just a couple people. I thought wedge salads are made with iceberg lettuce not romaine in my book. She didn't even offer a no charge on the salad, never took a bite. Very lazy server, asked for a knife she brought us one to share. She didn't offer towelettes not that I ate those wings and didn't even ask if my girlfriend wanted another cocktail. I've never experienced such a lazy waitress. The bill was $68 and all we had is wings and a salad and a $4 fountain Pepsi with no straw, that is the most I have ever paid for a fountain drink.
