Don't trust their text-to-pay system. I was double charged and brought to to the manager's attention while sitting there. They told me to wait three days to get my money back or return for my refund. 3 days later I return they tell me that they need all night to look it up on their system and call back the next day. My family and I had a not so pleasant experience this evening. Today my son choose this establishment to celebrate his 18th birthday. Here we are, a party of 6. We were seated pretty quickly and about 10 minutes later a young lady comes to take our order. I asked her to take our drink order first so we could look at the menu. When she came back, she brought the drinks, took the food order, and left. About 10 minutes later my husband asked for a refill; she took that order and left. Never once introducing herself either. Needless to say, that was the last time we seen her. (If she went on break or lunch, she never communicated that to us). Once the food comes out, another young lady shows up about 10 minutes later and asks if we need anything (she didn't introduce herself nor indicate if she was covering for the first young lady) . We asked for condiments for my daughter and other sons, per their food order, and my husband advised her about the refill. She brought the items back and needless to say, after that, we only seen her as she passed us by. We were there an additional 40 minutes and not once did she encounter us again. I took my daughter to the restroom and came back, still no encounter, from anyone. I went to the front counter to request my check to pay and a box to go. I waited about 5 minutes and a young lady who handles the to go/call in orders asked if could she help me. I explained why I came to the front to pay and requested the box. She said let me get my manager to assist you. I returned to the table (I'd been gone anywhere from 7-8 minutes at this point), still no encounter, from anyone. The manager comes over, brings the check and says, "here's your check (slid it to me on the table) and I understand you need a box?" I said, " yes". That was it. No mention of anything that has transpired that I've mentioned thus far. I just told my husband and children to let's go, I'll pay the bill up at the front counter. When I stopped at the counter to pay the other young lady says sorry about all that, took my card, charged it and gave it back with the receipt for me to sign. All I could think of is how rude of them and I really hope the lack of service and non-acknowledgement of treatment had nothing to do with our skin color! Other beers on happy hour prices were not available. Then, I asked for the game to be on tv's. The NFL network was put on. I told management through our waitress the game was on Prime Video. She came back and told me they don't have Prime Video. We have been here for other Thursday games, so I knew differently. The game was finally on the screen. Well to get this review started I will first talk about the drinks and service with the drinks. When sat down my group was asked for drinks we got 2 beers a soda and a water. On top of that I hate how no bar in the high desert does not have the proper glasses to make a Guinness pour perfect. The glass I was given was a Weizen Glasses for a stout wow I would prefer a tulip glass but it's ok doesn't help the beer still tasted horrible. Now to go to my plate well first I ordered the new bacon smashed hatch Chile burger the waitress did not even know that was on the menu and it seemed the cooks did not know either wow that's interested. So staff did know know menu great it's going to be a good burger. The burger now was dreadful that's all I can say. Overly greasy for one and a lack of ingredients. Felt like all the Chile was on one side of the burger. So ya not good but the idea flavors seem good but the execution was horrid. On top of that I only got a small handful of fries that is sad that was the only tasteful item on my plate it seemed and I didn't get much. The waitresses were welcoming, nice, on point and did everything correctly, except for the last one. We ordered some appetizers, which were good. I also ordered 15 boneless wings with a fry on the side. The fries seemed stale or double fried? I just knew they weren't fresh. The boneless wings were as expected, flavor was good and exactly as described. Upon dipping them in the "ranch", I noticed something was off about the flavor. It tasted like sour cream, no ranch flavor at all. I asked for new fries and a side of blue cheese instead. The waitress was quick with the fresh fries, only they still didn't seem fresh, just hot. Ugh. We ended up leaving our left overs there, didn't even wanna bring it home. My bill was 49.10, some random lady came up with the bill and came back with my change. I had given her 2 $50 bills, so I could tip the waitress with some of the change. She gave me $49.00 and change back. She shorted me a dollar, at that point, I was over it. It takes a lot of time to get the food once ordered and then it came out barely warm, hamburger was Luke warm, overcooked, fries were cold and over cooked. I really liked the chicken dawgs. It was very different and unique. The two dawgs I tired (the everything and Barbecue) was delicious.

I was there July 12th to watch the Baseball Home Run Derby Contest, there was about 25-30 other baseball fans their watching as well. I asked the bartender to ask if we can turn off the music and put the volume up for the contest and when he got back to me he told me the manager said " No". This is suppose to be a sports bar. What the heck!!!! Service was terrible....I left before the contest was over.....Sad....This place has gone soooo down hill. read more
