I always love Buffalo Wild Wings-and this location is no exception. There was a 30 minute wait on a Friday night, but I walked into the bar area and grabbed a table from a group that was leaving-no wait. :) The service was very good and the food came out quickly, I ordered the chicken salad and put mango habanero wing sauce on the chicken instead of the dressing. I started this review over a year ago... I was in town for the Packers-Cowboys game and we stopped in here because we knew what to expect. A chain menu with fairly consistent offerings... Food that hovers in the area of 3 stars. I'm upset I didn't get this in earlier, as our waitress Katrina was a rock star. She was warm, friendly, and helpful... Very attentive and shared her local knowledge (my second trip to GB and my buddy's first). This level of service made the already fun atmosphere great and elevated the food. She helped with all selections and gave her insight on what she liked, instead of the standard "everything is good here" I'm not sure if she still works there. I have given Buffalo Wild Wings six chances, and only one time, my first visit, was passable. The next time we went to dinner there, our server forgot about us for about 20 minutes, then failed to bring all our party's drinks. All right, we thought, that was just one bad experience. Had the same experience the next time we went to dine in. Slow service, forgot items, and worst yet, no apologies. During the Covid shutdown of our state, we ordered carryout twice. Both times they forgot the fries for all of us--a family of six! How do you forget six orders of fries? I called and the manager said since we paid with a gift card, she could either give me a gift card with the price of the fries on it, or a cash refund. Since we're unemployed right now, we took the cash. She said it would be in the safe with my name on it and to drop by anytime to pick it up. Well, it was about three weeks later, since the state was shutdown, and I was picking up another order. I inquired about my refund and it could not be found. Well, all right, whatever, I thought, shady but it had been a few weeks. Brought home that order and not only were 4 fries missing, but a kid's meal as well. Didn't even bother complaining that time. But we still had some gift cards to use up, so we ordered takeout again two weeks ago. Once again, our order was screwed up. Essentially, they forgot a 20-piece boneless chicken order entirely, forgot the two blue cheese dips to go with the veggies, and had sauce on my husband's 10-piece (that was supposed to be a 20-piece traditional) when he asked for the sauce on the side. Called right away and was told the manager was too busy to talk at that moment, but the young lady on the phone said she took down all our information and the manager would call later that night. Never got a phone call, so a few days later I wrote corporate and got an auto reply that they would respond in 3-5 business days. It has been over ten. Crickets. read more

We just went to this BDubs location and it was the worst experience and bad service. The waitress, Michaela, was terrible. She spilled a beer on a person in our party and then proceeded to walk away and not give us anything to clean up the mess. She got our meals tickets all wrong when we were specific about it. Charged us for the beer she spilled and the replacement. Didn't clean up the beer mess or our trays. The food came out here and there and didn't come out as a whole table. Bdubs is amazing. This place, not so much. Every time we come to this location it is always packed. Packed to the point of us not even wanting to go out there to eat. We have never had an issue with the food or the service when we have been there, but the wait time has always been awful. Maybe it has just been on the days we have gone. Recently this location changed their boneless Thursday's to boneless Wednesday's, not a fan. You have to choose because snack, small, medium, or large. You can't choose by amount of wings. Possibly the worst dinning experience in my memory. Used to frequent before Covid and kids but has been a few years and never had a problem years ago. We were seated pretty quick not too busy several open tables. Ordered beer and both were draft and quite flat. Ordered naked tenders and 12 traditional wings and took exactly an hour for the traditional wings to come out. Tables around us were clearly all annoyed with wrong orders and length of time to get food. It was so bad people were actually laughing since it was beyond repair. Twice orders were brought to our table but not our food. Half the order finally came out and was correct but wings and fries very cold. Server said oh the naked tenders take longer so we just bring it out as it comes up they'll be there soon. Wife and I ate the unseasoned fries but wings were cold. Finished beers. 25 minutes later her order of naked tenders came out and really a new definition of naked. Literally just the tenders very cold and clearly dry and sat there for a long time, had no sauce and no fries. At that point we just asked for the bill and left. No apology or concern from the server and seemed from the staff these incorrect orders are normal. 56 dollars for 3 beers, 12 cold traditional wings and fries and 6 naked tenders (supposed to have fries and sauce but just came out shriveled up alone). Left a tip still since I still have a heart but will not return and can't possibly recommend. Terrible-ALL AROUND My family and I came to BWW because advertised all over the website was Monday night kids menu for $1.99. No such deal at this one. We were seated and ordered promptly....wings and fries for everyone. I had a beer. Over 25 min wait for our food when the restaurant was practically empty...again, disappointing. While my playing the trivia, we noticed the shade on the window and how it was covered in miscellaneous sauces which was pretty disgusting. One of the female servers (who was not our regular waitress) then stopped by the table and asked me directly if I would like to try any of the other beers they had on tap as a free sampler. I declined but my wife was interested and before she could speak up, the waitress walked away and completely ignored her. I was kind of surprised at this "sexist" type of approach, as we are both clearly of drinking age. The food came and I had ordered the hot wings. My 3 year old and my 12 year old both ordered the kids baskets. The 3 year old's came with about 10-15 crusty pieces and remnants of French fries and the 12 year old's came with a full basket of delicious fries. Needless to say my 3 year old thought they were "gross" and didn't eat any of hers. My hot wings came dry and overcooked. They were tough and barely had any sauce on them, to the point I had to send them back to add sauce. Once they came back, they were better, but barely edible. Finally, the bill came and I was in awe. A beer (during happy hour), fries, and wings....$20. Total being almost $60 for 3 kids and 2 adults to have a less than mediocre meal. For a restaurant that focuses on chicken wings, it was awful. Not only awful, but extremely overpriced. I now realize why I haven't been there in over 6 years. Nothing memorable about this place except that I would like to forget I ever went again, and won't be back. This is your average Buffalo Wild Wings. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars. Biggest complaint was that we called ahead to get our game turned on and it still took about 20 minutes once we got there to have our game turned on. Other than that, the service was quite good. Amy was our server and she was very attentive. Food: boneless wings and sauce is hard to go wrong. It came quick and tasted delightful. Beer list: I'm always amazed that they can have a tap beer for 6.00 on special in Green Bay! Whoa is that ever a lot to pay for a beer anywhere, especially in Green Bay. Strange. Plus every time we have ordered out there's some nasty tendon in at least one or more of the wings so whoever their supplier is needs to up the quality control. We actually threw out our leftovers tonight the food was that bad, and we always love reheating food for later. My family ordered delivery from BWW website. The website went down during the order so we placed it again. J was impressed because they called us seeing a double order to confirm we only needed one order. The food came in a timely fashion but some was missing. I called the store because my son wanted the missed item. The person who answered the phone transferred me to the cashier. The cashier said I need to contact the company who delivered the food. I contacted that company. They put me on hold and called the restaurant who said I need to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and was told they don't send their employees out delivering. I told them they need to call the delivery company back and have them come back to get the missed item and deliver it to us. They agreed to that. I didn't want any retribution - I just what we ordered and were charged for delivered to us. Less than an hour later we received a text message stating there was an issue with the order and the driver cancelled and someone will be in touch with me. That was 2 hours ago and still nothing. I believe BWW has successfully created a new way of disappointing their customers and removing themselves from all responsibility. read more
