I'm a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters and this is my "little" brother's favorite spot to eat. If you go during happy hour (3-7) it's also Appy Hour and some appetizers are $4. We always get the chili con queso dip as an appetizer. If you have kids or you're a big kid like me (28) they have tablets that have a variety of games to keep them distracted. Out favorite game is countdown trivia. I've always had a really quick service that it's almost scary. One time they apologized for our food coming out late that our appetizer was free. We didn't even notice, we're too busy playing trivia. The food is decent and there's an alright selection of beers, regardless I always like going here no matter which location. read more

Worst restaurant experience ever. It was my sisters birthday and we were a group of 8. We arrived and ordered around 6:30pm and didn't get our appetizer until 7:15, then our dinner finally at 7:30. My son didn't get his milk with his kids meal, and when we asked for it, it was charged to our bill despite it being a kids meal. The waitress argued about the milk, and when confronted about the long wait gave no excuses other then "we are busy, sorry." Never again...I'll bring my business elsewhere. read more

Wings are great but the price has gotten outta control. 15 buck for 12 wings. That's mor then a dollar a wing. It use to be cheaper.

My wings are never saturated enough with sauce-- EVEN when I request them "extra wet". Isn't the point of having several different sauces to actually taste flavor? Now the only occasions I will ever eat at BWW is if I have a gift card. read more

I know it's a chain but this is one of my favorite restaurants. I go here weekly for their boneless wings at lunch. They have a big variety of sauces of all spice levels. The staff is friendly and service is usually pretty good. The wings are what keep me coming back. read more

To the general manager of b dub, Oneida st, Green Bay. Our take out Order is wrong 4. Out of every 5 times we order from your store. This time you offered to refund our order for the inconvenience but you didn't actually refund As you said you would do. Instead we were charged full price with no refund. Because at the last second you decided I Must have ordered incorrectly rather than you making the order incorrectly. You lost a loyal customer for choosing to stand your ground insisting I ordered wrong rather than just fixing the order and making things right. Horrible service. I wouldn't recommend you, nor will my family of six return. We can get wings. Number of places. You are not special. read more

We ordered take out and had the worst service. What is worse is that after speaking to the manager about the experience they asked for my address to send me coupons and they never came. I'm not one to be demanding free stuff after a bad experience but after being in customer service for 10+years I almost walked out. After we ordered the take out an hour ahead of time, got there and had to wait 20 mins. Longer than if we would have come in, sat down and ate, then the french fries were ice cold and soggy. They never apologized and we paid full price. After waiting a good 8 months for them to send anything in the mail I will not be coming back here and hopefully this helps from people expecting you are getting even remotely good service. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I would advise anyone not to go there and the owners should be ashamed of how that makes the franchise look. read more

Slow, waited an hour for food. The food came and was cold, not really worth the wait or cash.

Was in yesterday afternoon, and service was good. Food wasn't as hot as expected, but still one of my favorites nonetheless.

My daughter and I had date night at bw's. The food was okay as normal the beer was cold the wings were tasty. What really ticked me off was we forgot $20 in wings on our table and walked out. We realized we had forgotten them two minutes later I called them and they had already thrown them out. Would they have thrown out a purse? Would they have thrown out a jacket? Probably not. But they have no problem throwing out my food. Here's a suggestion, write the time on the box along with the table number and save it for I don't know, 30 minutes? Overall poor service. Went for lunch with coworkers. Went early. 50 minutes for food to arrive. And it was lukewarm. Dried out. Heat lamp much? Excuses were given about a large prior group or order. Don't care. Have an hour to go, eat, return. Can't do that and then bring me crappy food? Never going again. Feb 2016 I was forced to go again with a group. Busy night and choices 1 and 2 were too crowded. Server dumped a full margarita on my friend in his powered wheelchair. His wife and I also were splattered. Ok, stuff happens. Manager came around predictably a few minutes later and apologized. Did not offer anything to help smooth things over. Ate the typical overpriced wings and left. 7 more people who won't be going back. read more

OMG! The pulled pork sandwich is to die for! This place is fun during sports events or to play trivia with co-workers after a long day. The parking lot isn't my favorite as it shares with Moe's, Cold Stone and another place or 2. Sometimes you have to park in the back. My servers have always been pleasant and its a fun atmosphere for families when it isnt overly busy. Love the $3 apps. My fav: Chili Con Queso and pretzels! My boys LOVE the Spicy Garlic boneless wings and the ghost pepper sauce will burn your face off! read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I've lived in Green Bay for over 29 years. My son likes wings. 4 weeks ago we ordered for a regular. We sat for over an houur, while grub hub orders were filled. When I asked about my order, it had been sitting there that hour, and was freezing cold- just not their priority. So my 14 year old had a gift card and wanted to use it for the play off game- it was a birthday present. We ordered 10 hours in advance, waited forever. When we got home, the ordder was all bone in- which my 14 year old hates- wasted $80. Decided to try again for super bowl. Ordered at 2 pm for a 5 pm pickup. We sat until 5:30 - I asked a staff member why other people walked in and got their orders- she said they ordered 2 days in advance? I spoke to a manger who told me that was not true. I told my son to check the order before we left to make sure he got boneless. He did. When we got home I found out MY wings were boneless, even though the receipt said bone in. So another $80 order that was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager before we left, and he gave us a snack size coupon: there are so many places in Green Bay, by so much experience avoid this place. I wrote to them by e-mail, they sent an e-mail saying someone will contact you in 4 days but you cannot reply to their e-mail. Nobody contacted us. read more

Everytime I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, I'm disappointed! Went there with my family, after the dinner rush, around 7:00pm. I counted 5 empty tables and they asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. They stated the server had to catch up. What does that even mean? Don't let your customers know, your waitress is having trouble. If the waiter/waitress was having trouble catching up, how would the service be? They should've sat us down, got us some drinks, and pushed through their problems, without letting the customer know they're falling behind. Needless to say, I didn't wait around. I took the family to another restaurant. I wish I could catch a break at this place. I've been there 6 times and have been disappointed 4. I do love that sauce though. First: there are great people working here. However, I have to point out the worst is the manager who engages people really well, but only does it to turn conversations into his liking. Now, that can't be that bad, right? How about a guy who is so insecure or in to himself, that he has to constantly "one up" you on people he knows, sports figures he's met, overall sports IQ, etc. Puke! I've been here twice in the last month. The first time he engaged me, I was polite. But he's the type that you can't break out of the conversation because he's in your space. Hey dude, I can't watch my game while I eat and drink my beer. I don't want to hear about you and your while trophy case display of who you know and where you've been. I spend my money in your establishment. You should be putting me and the other guests on pedestal, not yourself. I have no personal vendetta against this person, but it has made me very uncomfortable to frequent the restaurant. So much, that this week he came around the bar and I responded to him while he engaged me, but was very short and made sure I focused on the baseball game I was watching. He then approached the guy next to me - poor guy. He couldn't shake him. He got sucked right in. The food is okay and lunch take out was convenient until I discovered they added a 20 dollar tip to an 11 dollar lunch. They steal here, always ask for a receipt or simply go somewhere else. When I first confronted them about the charge they took my info and were supposed to call me back but never did. They said it would take a while to find but when I called a second time they found it in a few seconds while I was on the phone. Didn't really seem upset or surprised by the theft and really only wondered why it took me 30 days to discover the theft. Usually long wait times and okay food. I love coming here for March Madness and the NBA playoffs. I really only come here for the TV's and loud atmosphere because I'm not a big fan of wings. I love the berry lemonade! Service is okay. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves to watch sports because there are countless TV's! read more

sorry others have had bad service here at times because this is was our go-to place when we lived in Green Bay. Always great service - never got halfway done with a soda before another was at my table. Just visited the BWW in my new town and it was ridiculous how bad the service was. Miss my GB BWW. read more
