I just wanted to leave a review specially for Syd. She honestly was one of the nicest waitresses we had while we were in Green Bay. Other than being a wonderful server for us, I was watching her run around the restaurant. She was working really hard that night. It was a busy night being after a Packers game. Although she was hustling around the restaurant waiting on her tables, she maintained a fun and cheerful personality. I saw her several times get stuck behind crowds of people in the walk way holding 8+ drinks on her tray. But she stayed calm, pleasant, and respectful. This restaurant should be honored to have her working for them. She truly is incredible at what she does. Make sure you show appreciation to her! Protect Syd at all costs! For starters, what was once a waiting area for guests has been converted to a "to-go" staging area. Consequently, the space available for persons waiting for a table is almost non-existent. The quality of the food is unchanged from year after year; it is decent fare but over-priced for the quality and quantity. The staff is generally attentive but not highly skilled. The men's bathroom was as disgusting nightmare, with a lack of toilet tissue and copious amounts of trash on the floor. I don't recommend this place. read more

This was my first experience at a Texas Roadhouse, and overall I was not disappointed. The Cactus Blossom was served hot and savory. A perfect share for the table. The buns were so hot delicious (with a hint of sweetness) that you're probably not going to want to share! Being a ribs girl, I couldn't resist, and again was not disappointed. The sides I chose were the broccoli and baked potato. Unfortunately, the broccoli was a little too salty for me, and the cheese on the baked potato didn't really melt. I just took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We love it here! The atmosphere is fun and energizing. The waitstaff are great and accommodating as well. Look at the parking lot any day of the week. Our order included the herb crusted chicken with seasoned rice and a sweet potato, the top sirloin with chili and mac and cheese, and the jr. chicken tenders and steak fries. I have been so hungry for a good, medium rare steak & I have been so disappointed the last several times. I was not disappointed here! My steak was a nice cut of medium rare grilled perfectly. I got mushrooms on top which were also quite possibly the best mushrooms I have ever had. This coming from a girl from the Omaha Steaks area. Just amazing. If we were here another night I'd definitely go back even though we have Texas Road House back home. My family also had steaks, burger, onion bloom and chicken strips. It was really as Yelp says for 3 stars; A-OK. It's a standard chain, so I don't have high expectations. I got the grilled BBQ chicken which was fine. The chicken was a little on the dry side, so I was thankful for the BBQ sauce. The buttered corn side was pretty good, as was the side Cesar (nothing much notable about either, both just good). The service was okay, sometimes a tad on the slow side but it wasn't too bad. Prices were also fairly reasonable considering what you get. I normally don't do reviews but this was not a good experience at all. Went there on Mother's Day with call ahead and all was well. Sat down and ordered right away. Got rolls and drinks pretty quickly but the food seemed to be taking a really long time and when it showed up, we knew why. Steaks were way over done like well done for 2 medium rates and 2 mediums. They were dry and obviously sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. Manager came over and took all four plates back to the kitchen to "show them how over cooked they were" and returned 20 minutes later with new meals. Not even close again, now they were all way under cooked and the 2 medium rare steaks were rare at best. Waitress stayed clear and offered no assistance and we never saw the manager again. Oddly this was the worst experience that I have had at Texas Roadhouse. We all got steaks, a potato, and a salad. We also got an appetizer. Well after reminding that we haven't gotten the blooming onion yet, it came out hot and good. Then 25 min later our steaks and potatoes came out. I reminded the waitress that we never received the salads. She went and did them. It was odd because TR is always a well oiled machine but today they were off. (It wasn't that busy either!).
