One of the worst dining experiences at a steak house we have ever had. Husband ordered a medium well new york strip. After waiting 45 minutes to get a table, another 1/2 hour for waitress to take our order. & 1/2 hr to get food...he gets a bloody steak, cold in the middle. The waitress disappears for another 20 minutes after giving us our food. Eventually, the waitress reappears sees the bloody steak, orders him another one...another 20 minutes...comes out just as rare as the first one and the damn waitress is no where to be found....once she did make an appearance...everyone else was done eating. Food was delicious as usual. That is why we frequent LongHorn in GB and other locations in the south. We ate at the bar. Every server, regardless of delivering food or drinks should be trained that they take away used glasses or dinner ware that is no longer needed. No one wants to walk into an empty bar to see dinner plates and glasses left on the bar. Especially when the customers left the bar over 30 minutes ago. My opinion? Longhorn needs a better trainer or better management who addresses the very basics of food service. read more

Food was great and our server was good too with quickly service. We had an odd encounter with the hostess and several other staff members. One person in our party uses a walker a struggles with mobility. We requested a table and could only be accommodated with half table half booth. Okay we could make that work. Only our table access was blocked by another large group with a person sitting on the end. So in order to get to our seats we had to crawl over this other guest and try and get into the corner booth with 4 people and my dad sitting on the opposite side inline with the other guest. They seemed annoyed we wanted a better accessible table and were sat at a four top with person on the end which was not ideal but much better!! I understand things happen but the reaction from staff was not accommodating. The grab bars in the men's room are behind the toilet which caused another issue entirely. When my dad was walking out several staff kept cutting him off coming out of the kitchen and seemed annoyed despite him having issues. I think the restaurant could be more accommodating and sensitive for people with disabilities. Unfortunately this was my dad's one trip out in 6 months while we were home on a visit and it was a disappointing experience considering this is his favorite restaurant. read more

We come on for lunch when we do a shopping trip into Green Bay. The food is great, prices are great and April behind the bar is sweet & a wonderful asset. I brought my son to eat for a steak dinner. We both ordered our steaks medium rare. His steak was rare at best, and my steak was raw. The waitress did check on our table for over 20 minutes. My son finished his steak and fries. I ate my fries and when asked when she saw the steak if i wanted it to be put back on the grill i said we needed to leave because we had somewhere to be. In Green Bay for a fraternity conference and after the conference my wife and I went out to one our favorite restaurants Longhorn Steakhouse. I got my Outlaw ribeye, mashed potatoes, asparagus and I added an extra side of Brussel sprouts. My wife got the salmon, rice pilaf and broccoli. I couldn't convince her to get steak. My wife's meal was good, she didn't finish it, so she took the rest home. I ate all my sides and took most of my steak home. We ordered cheesecake and coffee for dessert. The cheesecake is shareable and quite good. Everything tonight was quite good and delicious. Our server was outstanding, its Longhorn at its best. read more

Worst steak experience that I have ever had. By the end I was hungry and annoyed. I ordered the flo tenderloin medium rare. The steak came medium well which has a little pink remaining. I showed the waitress and she brought it back to be corrected. A new steak comes out 15 min later (others in my party are almost done eating now) and the steak is rare. The waitress knew it was too as when she dropped it off she was nice about it and mentioned that it looked very rare. Well I was hungry, so I let it go and tried to eat it. It was terrible though. Food is great here and so is the service. Although this is a chain restaurant, it's still very good. We come here often and the food never disappoints. Today I had Lobster and steak and it was outstanding. I always enjoy their chopped green salad. It comes chilled and does that ever make a difference in taste to me! The perfect margarita was excellent. I was able to fill my glass 3 times with the shaker they give you. The steak and chicken were seasoned well. I would recommend this place. This particular location uses the company app, which told us there was a 45-50 minute wait, according to the app's wait list. So we put ourselves on the wait list, ran a couple errands, and arrived after 45 minutes...only to be told by the restaurant staff it was 45 minutes from when we checked in at the restaurant. The hostess' response to our confusion was condescending and quite rude. We were not the only customers told this and treated this way. We won't be going back. It's an issue of the restaurant staff being rude and not following the guidelines set forward by their own app. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. read more

Has dinner out with my son. Our server was sweet and attentive. She hit every mark for check ins!! I had a salad with my ribeye. Cooked Perfect, salad was fresh! My Baked Potato was a little too salty, I like the skin and it was covered in salt, but good! My sons chicken portion was huge and juicy. The Mac and cheese was wonderful! I'd go back just for that!! We have always had a great experience here up until we came to dinner this evening. I always order the filet rare. We had a new waiter who was great his trainer, well let's just say she should t be a trainer or a waitress. My steak was overdone but I'm not the type to send it back when she asked how my steak was but told her it was a little too done and she corrected me and told me next time to send it back. We also got an extra glass of wine by accident from the waiter who was training with the above b---ch I was talking about.
