I brought my son to eat for a steak dinner. We both ordered our steaks medium rare. His steak was rare at best, and my steak was raw. The waitress did check on our table for over 20 minutes. My son finished his steak and fries. I ate my fries and when asked when she saw the steak if i wanted it to be put back on the grill i said we needed to leave because we had somewhere to be. In Green Bay for a fraternity conference and after the conference my wife and I went out to one our favorite restaurants Longhorn Steakhouse. I got my Outlaw ribeye, mashed potatoes, asparagus and I added an extra side of Brussel sprouts. My wife got the salmon, rice pilaf and broccoli. I couldn't convince her to get steak. My wife's meal was good, she didn't finish it, so she took the rest home. I ate all my sides and took most of my steak home. We ordered cheesecake and coffee for dessert. Worst steak experience that I have ever had. By the end I was hungry and annoyed. I ordered the flo tenderloin medium rare. The steak came medium well which has a little pink remaining. I showed the waitress and she brought it back to be corrected. A new steak comes out 15 min later (others in my party are almost done eating now) and the steak is rare. The waitress knew it was too as when she dropped it off she was nice about it and mentioned that it looked very rare. Well I was hungry, so I let it go and tried to eat it. It was terrible though. Food is great here and so is the service. Although this is a chain restaurant, it's still very good. We come here often and the food never disappoints. Today I had Lobster and steak and it was outstanding. I always enjoy their chopped green salad. It comes chilled and does that ever make a difference in taste to me! This particular location uses the company app, which told us there was a 45-50 minute wait, according to the app's wait list. So we put ourselves on the wait list, ran a couple errands, and arrived after 45 minutes...only to be told by the restaurant staff it was 45 minutes from when we checked in at the restaurant. The hostess' response to our confusion was condescending and quite rude. We were not the only customers told this and treated this way. We won't be going back. It's an issue of the restaurant staff being rude and not following the guidelines set forward by their own app. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. read more

We have always had a great experience here up until we came to dinner this evening. I always order the filet rare. We had a new waiter who was great his trainer, well let's just say she should t be a trainer or a waitress. My steak was overdone but I'm not the type to send it back when she asked how my steak was but told her it was a little too done and she corrected me and told me next time to send it back. Has dinner out with my son. Our server was sweet and attentive. She hit every mark for check ins!! I had a salad with my ribeye. Cooked Perfect, salad was fresh!
