The service is so good but when my sister started working the whole empire started to bleed slowly causeing massive amounts of damage to a point where it was unrecognizable. Anyways the food is exquisite Gordon Ramsay would be proud yeah so like y'all should come here

Food was great and our server was good too with quickly service. We had an odd encounter with the hostess and several other staff members. One person in our party uses a walker a struggles with mobility. We requested a table and could only be accommodated with half table half booth. Okay we could make that work. Only our table access was blocked by another large group with a person sitting on the end. So in order to get to our seats we had to crawl over this other guest and try and get into the corner booth with 4 people and my dad sitting on the opposite side inline with the other guest. They seemed annoyed we wanted a better accessible table and were sat at a four top with person on the end which was not ideal but much better!! I understand things happen but the reaction from staff was not accommodating. The grab bars in the men's room are behind the toilet which caused another issue entirely. When my dad was walking out several staff kept cutting him off coming out of the kitchen and seemed annoyed despite him having issues. I think the restaurant could be more accommodating and sensitive for people with disabilities. Unfortunately this was my dad's one trip out in 6 months while we were home on a visit and it was a disappointing experience considering this is his favorite restaurant.

A birthday treat in a chilled glass.

Always as good as one hopes for. Everything hot and prepared as ordered. We had another couple join us and it was their first here. They'll be back!

Parker John BBQ And Pizza - Try one of the originals. A hickory smoked pulled pork sandwich. The pork is smoked for 14 hours and is tender and delicious.

Came here with family for dinner before a concert and left with pretty mixed feelings…read more The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we were seated immediately. We chose the patio, which ended up being one of the highlights of the visit. It was clean, comfortable, and well shaded, with a few yard games available that gave the space a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Service started off decent but unfortunately declined as the evening went on. Food took an unusually long time to come out, and to the server's credit, she recognized the delay before we even brought it up. She apologized and mentioned that a manager would be stopping by to speak with us. Unfortunately, that never happened, and service continued to deteriorate from there. We started with the nachos and cheese curds. The cheese curds were actually quite good. Crispy, flavorful, and probably one of the stronger items we had. The nachos were decent, though nothing particularly memorable. As for the BBQ, it was unfortunately pretty underwhelming. Especially considering BBQ pricing tends to come with expectations around quality and portion value. The ribs were the biggest disappointment. They were so dry they were nearly inedible, with meat crumbling apart from being overcooked. No amount of sauce could bring them back. The jalapeño cheddar sausage had a good texture, but flavor wise it was just okay and leaned overly salty without much depth. My side salad was forgotten entirely, and the cornbread, while having decent flavor, was very dry. The burnt ends also missed the mark. Rather than having the bark and caramelized texture you typically expect, they appeared to be stewed in BBQ sauce, leaving them mushy and overly sauced instead of smoky and textured. One bright spot was the BBQ sauce selection. There were several options, and they were tasty with enough variety to complement different meats. Overall, this feels like a place with good potential and a really pleasant setup, particularly the patio. I'm not sure if we caught them on an off night, but between the slow service and inconsistent food execution, the experience didn't live up to expectations. That said, I'd consider giving it another try in the future because the foundation is there.

Here's what I got: Armadillo eggs: 4.2/10 - really disappointed in these, dry & flavorless coating, and not much flavor on the inside, brisket was bland and there was no flavor burst from biting in. Barely tasted the cream cheese. Came on a good bed of onion strings though. Sat Dino Rib: 7.3/10 -- Really cool they do these on Saturday's and although they look awesome you'd expect better fat rendering/melting for the time cook. Wasn't fall off the bone but decent tenderness. Flavor wise good pairing with their sauces but not really worth the price. Wings (nashville): 8.1/10 -- probably best thing they have, texture & size are great. Got some spicy garlic sauce on side, that flavor is probably the best. The nashville rub is also good but could have more flavor. Mac & Cheese: 7.6/10 -- creamy & solid but nothing out of ordinary for Wisco. Good mac. Coleslaw: 7.8/10 -- Good creamy texture, pretty good slaw, on the sweeter side. Sauces: 8.2/10 -- I really liked their sauces actually, spicy garlic, mustard & pjs were my favorite, made the whole experience a lot better. Their cayenne ranch is great too. Cornbread: 7.5/10 -- solid taste but a little too crumbly. One dino rib, 2 sides, 6 wings and armadillo eggs ran me $60. Even in most major cities I've gotten far better bang for my buck on BBQ.

I got the pulled pork north carolins sandwich and a double order of the brisket. I got this for $25, it was was well worth it. It's a good amount of food for me, I'll be eating it tomorrow as well but that was the hope! My thoughts: 1.) $25 for the amount of food I got was EXCELLENT! It looks good and I'll be eating it tomorrow as well. 2.) sauce up the pulled pork, I liked the Chicago sauce. It was more like a honey bbq with more depth. Pulled pork needs salt & the sauce helps 3.) cold slaw (??) needs more tang to it, but it adds a nice texture 4.) the beef brisket looks amazing! I got the sampler with 2 choices & just chose double brisket. Haven't tried it yet, but I can tell it won't disappoint. 5.) is probably order my sandwiches saucy in the future, just cuz of the flavor boost. 6.) bun got a bit soggy on pulled pork. I just flipped it around. I guess this kind of sandwich is intended to be eaten messy anyway so it's ok Overall, I'll definitely be back! It's YUM for a good price, especially for the amount of food you receive!! Also, that woman was so gregarious and friendly!

Start out by having to chase the bartender down for a drink and to order, but hey...it's a Packer home weekend so I'm understanding. We ordered our wings "extra crispy" with 5 different types of sauces. I had a hunch when I placed the order that the bartender was like "yeah...ok.." to my crispy wing preference but figured since all they do is wings, they got this, right?! Wrong. Wings came out rubbery and gelatinous like I despise and the ranch/blue cheese would've been better at a 7-11. Since I was hungry and there was nobody who checked back anyways, I ate a few and I'm sure the rest will taste much better after I crisp them up in the air fryer. I paid my bill and the waitress asked "how was everything?" To which I responded "not very good" (which I NEVER DO" because I'm not a picky eater. She turned around and walked away without a word. Cool. Thanks. In summary, go to The Bar, make them at home, but don't waste your $ here. Can't believe they have such a cult following.
