Absolute worst experience. 1/2 of our order was "misplaced." Reordered the missing items and 1/2 of that order was "lost." Manager said he would not charge for missing item, but we were charged. Ok...got a little busy today so cooking dinner was not on the agenda. So I ordered buffalo wild wings delivered via WAITR food delivery. Everything arrived warm and ready to eat without reheat. Again same quality as if we had dined in. The wings and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. When ordering delivery, I prefer the potato wedges to French fries. The wedges were still warm and firm. This was the sixth time too many that we will be going to this restaurant. Every single time we go there is something wrong, my food always comes comes after my husbands, and we always have to wait about 20 minutes before getting drinks ordered. Last night for a late Father's Day dinner since I worked all weekend I took my husband here. Everything was great until I then again got my food after my husband, he was done eating prior to me receiving my wings, my wings were freezing cold like they have been sitting in the fridge. I ask for new ones to take home, and did not complain. I only had cheese curds so I was hungry an hour later, so I go to heat up my wings. I had two wings and so did my husband and about 45 minutes later we had awful stomach problems with diarrhea and vomiting. I just called this restaurant to complain. The manager did not even apologize, and only took off the money I spent for my wings. I am no longer going to be paying the astronomical amount of money that their wings cost, and I would have much rather gone to Texas roadhouse and spent the same amount of money and had great food and not left hungry. If you want a great place to go to dinner, don't go here. Also, if it let me I would do 0/5 stars. read more

Order comes everything is fine with the wings. However i get to my queso and notice that some has leaked in the bag, weird right? I open the box and the dip and complete spilled all over the box. The sides of the box are soggy and covered in the queso. It's like they didn't even put a top on the queso before delivery. Been to this location a number of times and while the food is always good the service is inconsistent and subpar. The service our waitress, Bethenie, gave us tonight was unacceptable. Her attitude towards us was less than friendly and the way she spoke to us was disrespectful. We felt unwelcome. Not only was her attitude unenthusiastic but she took a long time bringing our orders out, forgot to bring straws twice, and made it seems like a hassle to serve our table. Pathetic! I pre-ordered wings for the Super Bowl. The order was for pick-up at 5:30 pm. I waited for 3 hours for the order to be ready. Sure, it is busy time, but that is excessive. Worse yet, the lack of willingness to help, to listen. "We are busy", "you and 300 other orders I have", "This other gentleman has been waiting longer" were the type of responses I received. You would think that any decent place would start looking at an order's status once you let them know they are 30 minutes or one hour late, but no such interest. Really disappointed with tonight's service as we're here to enjoy the UFC Fight Night. We were expecting long wait times but we weren't expecting bad service. After everyone was seated and things started to slow down, our waitress was very negligent. We stayed here for 3 hours and saw her a total of 4 times. I ordered the Loaded Ice Cream and it took 40 minutes for it to be sent to our table just for it to be melted. I asked for a replacement and she stated that all the ice cream in the freezer was melted. Uhhhh, ok? My mom had a gift card and wanted to come here for lunch. Thank god there wasn't a game on because she wouldn't be able to handle the noise. I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings a couple years back, at a different location and thought it was okay. Their chicken wraps were decent. We were seated and waited on immediately. The server was very helpful. My mom had a lot of questions since it was her first time dining. She was very patient and even brought some sauces for her to try before we ordered. I got the BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad which is topped with Honey BBQ sauce and my mom got the fish tacos with teriyaki sauce also had some wings (honey bbq sauce) to go for my dad. My BBQ Chicken Salad was okay, not too much taste- a little bland. However, my mom really liked her fish tacos. They were the right size (in portion) and tasted really good. The only time I would come back only if I wanted to watch a football game and have a couple of beers. Not too thrilled on their meals and I usually like bar and grill foods, not theirs. Awful experience tonight doing a normal delivery order at 120 Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy, Augusta, GA. I noticed the food wasn't hot. So, I politely asked if the food could be heated up or remade. Dora, food and beverage manager, tried to give me an excuse of why they could not. With a little bit of further talking, they took the food back to "heat it up". When I received the food back, I noticed that there was no change to the temperature of the food. There was a young man, who I asked to speak with about why the food was still cold. So, instead of talking to the young man about the food, Dora tried to deny me to talk to him and lied saying I was trying to disrespect him. Thank goodness there was a second manager who rectified the situation. Dora, food and beverage manager, has horrible customer service, trying to send cold food out, and insult my integrity by lying on me as well. I will start this out by saying basically you may have to be your own judge of this because it was a bad day for this place to us. We decided to stop here because its proximity to Best Buy. As we waited for our food, we watched two individual tables find their waitress or waiters for incorrect orders. I knew this as we sat next to them. So we waited and sipped our waters and when we go to when the water over halfway gone...30 minutes later (and that was only after I started watching) we did begin to wonder where our food was. Our waitress came by once before our food was delivered to see how things were. Between the look on her face and her saying your food should be out soon, told us something was up. Ten minutes later....forty minutes after ordering, we receive our meals. My husbands chicken was warm, skinny skinny bacon strips and a chicken patty. His fries were slender and thin but we enjoy fries any type. Overall his sandwich to him was just "Ok". Average at best. My wings were small, I mean not just that there were five of them, the size of them. They are small. If you go there and want to fill up on wings, I recommend the medium or large. You can take them home! Now for the taste, average. Since they were small they had little meat on them. Very little. Plus they were Luke warm at best. Plus no celery or carrots were initially served so our waitress had to be flagged down. She said I will get that for you and when she came back then apologized for missing that. She was a sweet girl overall but either they were short staffed on the floor or kitchen or had really bad staff on the floor or kitchen. You be the judge. We were almost done with meal and waters almost gone and she brings fresh waters. Almost a waste. The onion rings, now those were the true star of our meal. Hot, crisp, tasty. My wings were "Ok". I have truly had better and meatier. I just expected more of a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. Again, to repeat it may have been a bad afternoon...either short staffed on floor or kitchen or just bad staff on floor or kitchen. But nothing seemed to be flowing right this fternoon. So will we be coming it back? No. If you choose to and get the wings, order a large portion and what you don't eat, take home. But I bet you will eat them all. read more

Waited in the hallway for 40 minutes after pickup time to be told that the food was never prepared (total of 1 hour after ordering). A couple minutes after asking for the manager, my order was found in the kitchen and stone cold. The staff wanted me to take the food and leave, but I asked and waited for management. They have different happy hour specials and Tues is cheap wing night. I like their street tacos for an appetizer and I like the outdoor patio, but sometimes they will enclose it so may be smokey. Plenty of tvs with good sound. Expect sports and fans, and the spirited crowd on game nights. I also really like they do alot of 10% of sales to community groups.
