The texture was tough and chewy. The carrots are teeny tiny and you can barely dip them. My fiance ordered a cheesesteak that came out looking nothing like the menu picture. You could only see a tiny bit of meat peeking out of the bun. He was still hungry after that and ordered the sliders which tasted good but nothing spectacular. Nothing would draw me back. We assumed the salads would come out first and we were hoping since we were so hungry. Unfortunately it all came together, which was about 25 minutes. The salads were nice and some of the sample items were good like the mozzarella sticks. The teriyaki on the boneless wings was super salty and I didn't love the honey mustard side... Been going to the AL BW3 for years. While I live closer to Winking Lizard, I find BW3 has better quality wings and food all-around. We always order our wings 3x crispy - and they always nail our order - until last night. Not sure what the problem was, but our server had the kitchen remake them with specific instructions and they came out less than 10 minutes later, still rubbery and underdone (zero crisp). Triple crispy takes a long time, much longer than 10 minutes, so I knew the kitchen disregarded the instructions and rushed our order the 2nd time. Maybe it was an off night, but either way I'll ask for a manager next time so it's done correctly if need be, but it would be great if the servers and kitchen worked together to get it right without having to involve one. read more

We (a party of three) visited on a late Saturday afternoon. There was no wait for seating, and while the restaurant was busy, it was not overcrowded. Things started off fine, with our waitress promptly taking our drink and appetizer orders. However, everything went downhill from there. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for a simple order of wings--completely unreasonable given the circumstances, especially as other customers who arrived after us were being served their meals. Our waitress apologized repeatedly for the delay but had no explanation for the long wait. Clearly, the issue wasn't her fault, as she did her best under the circumstances. The fault lies squarely with management. Good management ensures employees have the tools and resources needed to succeed and meet customers' expectations. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. We eventually paid for what we received (drinks and appetizers) with a 50% discount, which we appreciated, and then left. I am not a chain restaurant kind of person, but somebody gave us a gift card so we decided to use it. First, this might only be my second time in this chain, and I didn't remember it being so loud. Between all the TVs, the crowds of people, and the babies, we could barely hear one another. This place too,is short on servers, so we give everyone a break right now on service. Our server did finally come and after checking out the menu, we gave our drink and food order at the same time. The menu has some interesting items, with burgers, wings and chicken being high on the list. I opted for the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich with fries. I love Buffalo sauce and hoped this would be a good place to try. Our food came fairly quickly and I can't believe I forgot to take a picture. The sandwich was presented well, and the tomato I had requested not be served, wasn't there! Woo hoo! The bun was fresh and the chicken was thick and I loved the sauce. The fries were supposed to be fresh cut, but looked frozen, and were only warmish. Overall, good sandwich and okay service considering how things are in our world right now. I've been to BWW about 20 times in my life in locations in PA, MI, NJ and NY. This is my first time at a location in Ohio and this was easily my favorite. From time if placing wings order to table was about 15-20 minutes, which means they just made it, which was apparent by how well done the wings were but also juicy. We got 4 different flavors including spicy garlic, desert heat, honey barbecue, Asian zing. They were able to honor the 20/20 bundle even though we dined in. We also got fried pickles and one of the bird dawgs. All of it was fresh. Like I mentioned we have had wings that clearly have been sitting under the lamp because of how dried up it is but these were fresh and well sauced. read more

My fiance and I stopped in on Friday night to watch some football and have a drink. We found the last table available in the bar and took a seat. Our server came over and wiped our table down, as it had just been cleared. We ended up ordering a Traditional & Boneless Wing Combo to share, along with a beer and a cocktail called Black Cherry Bourbon Smash. I haven't been to BW3 in a long time, as I've never really enjoyed it even though it's in my neighborhood - it's always been really loud and has tons of kids running around. The same applied this Friday. The dining room was full of preteens and teens and the bar was full of adults. I actually felt bad for the servers because it seemed like parents dumped their kids in the dining room while they went to the bar - like a preteen babysitting service. And there were a lot of kids standing around tables, rather than sitting. Our server was great. Our food was ok...we actually had to send our boneless wings back because they weren't hot. As for the cocktail, it wasn't as described - it had one maraschino cherry in it, as opposed to black cherries, which is a huge difference, and the lemon and mint had seen better days. I will say their fries on the combo platter were absolutely delicious! The wings that were replaced ended up being good, but nothing spectacular. The celery and carrots were fresh & crisp, which is a must for wings. All in all, good service, decent food but the atmosphere is not one that appeals to adults on a date. read more

BW3 BURGERS are best kept secret in America. Somebody told me that. Hey man. The smash burger at B Dubs is like one of the top chain burgs in America. Seems like every road warrior knows about it. So listen I went up there last year and got the bacon bleu burg and it was great! 2 patties grilled up smash burg style. The crumbled bleu, bacon & toppings. Really a good black bleu burg. The bun is great. It's so important. And great fries. So today I was at the oil change and had lunch. The all American cheeseburger lunch special. Double burg melted American cheese lettuce mayo mustard. really really good. Good looking sandwich. Great fries. Made plans with some friends to watch the Ohio State vs Michigan State game at BW3 in Avon Lake on walker rd. Got to the restaurant had to clear and wipe down the table ourselves. Not a big deal but then we waited a very long time for a waitress. Again, not a big deal but as we approached game time, the game was not on a single tv. Thought to myself, huh this is weird. So we flagged down a waitress and she said she would check on it. As the first quarter ended, still no game! At this point we are ready to leave and then the game pops on. I think at this point we should be good. Nope, game is frozen and on the smallest of the TV's. Seems to me no one gives a crap about all the patrons in the restaurant who are there to watch the game. So after repeated requests to the server and even going to check with the manager, they finally get the game on and on a large tv. I should have left earlier and regret the time wasted there. One last gripe, when to food arrived it was cold and over cooked. Not sure how you over cook a boneless chicken nugget but they were cold and rock hard. I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings since they since 2004. Always had great service. About a year ago, service turned for the worse. Servers and bartenders are too busy socializing rather than taking orders. I went to talk to the manager only to find out she is like19 years old. Today, there kitchen was backed up and hour and a half. Now getting to the food... ordered fries, they came out cold, I sent them back. Had to walk to the bar to order re-order drinks since the server were no where to be found. Finally, I had to go to find the server to get my check. This place has gone downhill over the last year. Secondly, the fries with cheese were cold - initially looked like they had been reheated in a microwave. The wings were okay but completely cold. Fifteen traditional wings were $22.50 or about $1.50 per. A lot. Ten onion rings, about half of a large onion, cost $6.50, 65 cents per. Also a lot. The topper, however, was that I asked the server for blue cheese, both for the wings and rings. She brought four little cups of the condiment. I used maybe two. Disappointing. It's not hard to make a sandwich that only wanted 3 out of 4 toppings on it. It's not hard to figure out the difference between lettuce and tarter sauce. Fries that are included in a bundle should be in the bag which I had to drive back to pick up. Not to mention the terrible smell coming from the coleslaw container and the slimy celery missing the dips. The wings were good as they they usually are. Thankfully I had another form of payment since they couldn't figure out how to use a brand new gift card either. This Bw3's is the worst! I've ordered from them through door dash about 6 or 7 times and they have literally never got my order right and the food i do get is usually cold and undercooked! I just spent about 50 bucks on a super simple and straight forward order and they still messed it up and they won't make it rite. Where do I begin? I ordered at 152pm for a 7pm pick-up for the NFL draft last night. I got there 645ish to see 40-50 people outside, in what I assumed was a line to get in - off to a great start. I quickly found out they were texting customers when their orders were ready to come in, pay & pick up food because we weren't allowed to pre-pay when ordering for some insane reason which would have really helped. Mind you it's Thursday when boneless wings are BOGO and it's the NFL Draft - they had to know they'd be busy well in advance. Come 8pm I went back up and talked to, what I'm assuming was a manager, about how my pick up was set for 7pm and she had no real response. Of the 10 names she called, maybe 2 were actually there - assuming they were some of the many people I saw leaving in frustration. I'd guess they made several orders for people who were no longer there delaying those of us waiting. Manager says she'll look into it and assured me I'd get a text with an update per their process. I left to watch the draft & figured I'd just come back once I got the text. Well, shockingly, I never got a text. I ordered 5 hours in advance of pickup and never got my food. Friends ordered from other area locations and no where near this disaster. I realize the world is crazy right now but can't comprehend how a restaurant could fail so miserably like this. The manager gave me a $10 coupon for a $95 order. Then corporate sent another $35. Tried again and they didn't give us a burger and an order of Wings, went back and they gave me the wrong burger and the wrong size and sauce on the wings. I haven't been in Bdubs in a long time(years), it didn't disappoint. They changed the menu dramatically since I was in one last. The sauces we got on our wings were on point. The summer platter for $15 is a steal, wings, three apps, and three sauces.
