This was an awful experience. This location has gotten worse each time we have been there. Called ahead for a table of 7. When we got there was told we couldn't be seated until shift change was complete, even though there were tons of open tables. After about 10 minutes and watching another party of 5 or 6 get seated I asked again. She said the table was not put together yet. So after waiting 15+ minutes (which is usually not unreasonable but this place was almost empty!) we got seated. Our server was rude at times and would just disappear. Beer cheese on apps were cold and started to solidify by the time it made it to the table. Drinks sat empty most of the time, after over an hour we finally got our main food order and everyone's food was Luke warm at best. Our food arrived and the wings and the onion rings were great, but the loaded french fries were cold and hard when we got them, my husband had to saw through them with a knife to divide them up, there was no way they would just pull apart. When we told the waiter about them, he said nothing except to tell us to order the queso cheese over the fries next time. We then received our bill, wrong bill, informed the waiter, 20 minutes later he said that his manager had to use the incorrect bill because our bill was already cashed out, but deducted money to make it the right price for our meal. We were here on opening day, and I was not disippointed. Normaly you would think that opening day would gave a bunch if flaws, but not today. I ordered the grilled Chicken Buffalitos, and an order of 6 traditional wings with hot garlic sauce. The Buffalitos were great, and so were the wings. My wife ordered the black bean burger, and commented on it being one of the best she had ever had. We came to this BWW location over the weekend to watch the UFC fight. We got there a little bit before the fight and ordered food and drinks. However, it seemed as if the wait staff were taking turns trying to change the music (even mid-song) and its volume as a joke to themselves, or a joke on us. The music kept getting louder and louder with more and more obscene music until finally enough people started making comments to their waitresses to have it stop. Buffalo wild wings has always been known for their wings, and with good reason. Their sauces are excellent. I've bought bottles of the Garlic Parmesan sauce from the front many times, and I've just found how great the Caribbean jerk sauce is. Unfortunately, when they stray from that successful formula, things aren't so great. You'd think that the Chicken Caesar salad would be good, since my favorite sauce is so similar to Caesar dressing, and there is chicken, after all. Apparently the sauce part of the kitchen doesn't talk to the dressing part of the kitchen. The dressing has a weird acridness to it, and the chicken is bland. At least the lettuce was good. The Po Boy shows how some places repackage ingredients they already have, and try to pass it off as a new menu item. The shrimp in the sandwich was OK, but not crispy the way true Po Boy shrimp would be. Rather than a remoulade, the sauce was basically just an orange mayo. The shoestring fries that came with it, however, were good and plentiful. The service we received was good, and the food came out pretty quickly. But, next time, I think I'll just go pick up my Garlic Parmesan sauce from the front and skip the meal. read more

I just tried to get bdubs for dinner. I ordered it and it was supposed to be ready at 6:10 I got there at 6:15 and waited until 650 because their computers were down. Our food was sitting right on the counter in front of me along with about 10 other people and we couldn't pay. So after 25 min I asked if he would cancel my order and he asked for my name on my order he wrote cancel on the ticket and kept the food. So they were just gonna throw it away. So after my food sitting on the counter for 25 minutes if the computers would've come back up they would've given me my food cold. Atmosphere Walking in that door to Hear that "Welcome to B Dubs!" or "You again..." or "(whispered) it's that Mormon guy that doesn't drink" is like coming Home. I LOVE sports, but I am also classy. B dubs really has both and you can feel it. And the staff just gets it. This place inhales Class and exhales Sports; it's beautiful. Food To call what is served here 'food' doesn't do Justice to actual food. What Buffalo Wild Wings serves is Something More, Something Better. The number of ways that Frozen Chicken can be bathed in 'partially hydrogenated corn oil'-based sauces is simply astonishing. The Methods that BWW's Classically Trained Chefs' use to play with temperature, taste and mouthfeel pushes the boundaries of what a 'Buffalo Wing' really is. In a true testament to their skills, no two meals are the same - even if you order the same dish! Service A test I often use to gauge the level of service at a restaurant is to place a complicated drink order. My preferred order is a 'Seltzer with a splash of Cranberry Juice'. It is a more complicated drink that it's two ingredients make it seem, and the staff here gets it right Every Time! The staff's deep knowledge of the menu, helpful suggestions and unflinching professionalism when I order multiple rounds of Corn Dogs and Fried Cheese is truly exceptional.
