absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service their pina colda drinks are wonderful along with the Boston mango tea, I wasn't a big fan of my food but that's do to personal preference not the way that they were prepared. The staff were very polite to me and my husband despite me sending my food back and I thank them for that I'm super excited to try their new seafood boils I also highly recommend the endless shrimp when it's available you can choose just one shrimp or three different shrimps. read more

Red Lobster, in our opinion, serves the great catfish! We just love their catfish! Often times, we will split the ultimate feast but this night we decided on catfish! We got the add on shrimp scampi. I had asparagus, and my husband had the corn on the cob. The asparagus was a little overcooked and mushy. I prefer my asparagus with a little crunch. My husband said the corn on the cob was very good. The shrimp scampi was great as always, and their biscuits are so yummy -- especially when they are hot and fresh! If you get cold easy, though, make sure to bring a jacket, long sleeve shirt, or sweater -- in the summer, they tend to keep it pretty cold in the building. Wonderful or we have been extremely lucky...we are from Indiana and go to this red lobster when we want hot food served quick by friendly servers. As we were walking in we passed a customer going out and they said the service was slow - not with our server. She was awesome !! We tipped her $20 for her awesome service. Starting off we (family of 4) were seated and asked for a booth and the hostess said there were no booths available, yet the next 2 groups (each a group of 2) were seated in booths right next to us. Told bread would be coming soon, table seated after us got their drinks and bread before us. Lobster artichoke dip was good. Seems like a new recipe, less spinach and artichoke and more creamy. Every time I've eaten here, it's been really good food and service. I've had two mishaps with the bill that the waitress cleared up and was really apologetic about both times. I usually get the create your own combination because it leaves me with a ton of leftovers. I always get the shrimp scampi because they give you two little dishes of them, (about 10 to 14 of them). My husband and I had a miserable day and decided to treat ourselves to dining out. Coming into Redlobster feeling welcome by a beautiful young lady named Reece welcoming us with a genuine smile and a "Hello" while thanking my husband for being a veteran. There was a little wait but Reece did a lovely job taking the time away by making jokes and talking to us in-between bussing tables and hosting. Normally I would start with the food. Been coming here for a while. The service is the key here. The servers are attentive. The mangers pitch in and keep a watchful eye on the tables. One odd thing is the few tables near the waiting area. You will certainly pay a few more dollars here for lunch or dinner. I won't try to convince you the food is better than what it is. The real hidden gem is the consistent service. If you want better service , wander in here and try out a classic chain restaurant with uncommonly nice staff. read more

The food is always good, however during COVID they should have RESERVATIONS! You are required to come to the restaurant and go inside to give your name. We arrived at 4:30 and were told an hour wait. So you either have to go do something or wait in your car wasting gas because it's cold out. They will text you when ready which was almost 2 hours later!!! REDICULOUS! What a great experience we had here. Jamie, our waitor, was very friendly and professional. He made us feel welcome and gave us plenty of options for side dishes. The restaurant was clean and the food was well prepared and quick. My daughter had the crab fest, my husband had the N.Y. strip and I had the Ulimate feast. I really, really like Red Lobster. As someone who only recently discovered her love for fish, this restaurant is an absolute delight to visit. With what might just be the best biscuits I've ever had, a wide array of menu options available, and a friendly staff, it's always a nice place to visit when I'm in the mood for seafood (I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp linguini alfredo). I have eaten here many times, usually have a good experience, although the service is sometimes a little slow. Recently, I came here for dinner and was not impressed. The server was great, but it took an hour to get dinner, and the lobster was over cooked. Server kept apologizing for the long wait and I heard other staff and customers complaining about it, so it was not just my table. My mom, grandma and I come to Red Lobster to celebrate my mom's birthday every year. This year was a milestone birthday, and I wanted everything to be perfect. The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. Our server was very energetic and friendly, although he seemed to disappear for long stretches of time. The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner, except for the lobster mac and cheese we had been wanting to try. The server was kind enough to have the dish be on the house, as it came out when we were finished with our meals almost. I would give a higher rating, but the wait for our bill was completely unacceptable. We were finished with our meals for over a half hour before the server returned to check on us. In total, we spent almost 2 hours at the facility. It was too much for my 90 year old grandmother, and it made my mom and I late for appointments. We went to Red Lobster for the Endless shrimp Saturday night, we expected a wait at 7pm, told us 30 mins, and we waited exactly 30 mins to be seated. Our waiter was right to our table to take our drink orders, this guy was amazing!! He brought us our extra biscuits right away, he surprised us with more shrimp right as we were finishing ours. My husband and I drove 40 miles to the Pueblo, Colorado Red Lobster for crabfest. We were seated immediately. No one ever came to get our drinks or order, we left after 25 minutes (we are 75 years old and very patient). We told the hostess we were leaving and why and she said I can seat you somewhere else. Bad enough the waitress never came, but the hostess could have cared less if we came or left. The manager of this location should be training it's people better because there are many nice restaurants in Pueblo where people are treated kindly. We will NOT be going back to this Red Lobster.
