New Apps are in ! I've never experienced an issue at this location. Ordered using the new Yelp connection to their line. It was super easy, user friendly, and the order was ready on time upon arrival. They have generous portion sizes. We really liked their Queso and Chips, a little heat but not too much, enjoyable. The fried pickles, I dip those in Ranch dip, so yummy. Their ranch tastes homemade, almost like the nice hidden valley ranch that you make yourself. Not to thick, so good! Bone In Wings , Buffalo Medium, perfect !!! I really enjoy that style. Not too spicy and just the right amount to really enjoy it. The bacon triple burger - wow. That one is packed high, the bacon is applewood, thick , the lettuce , tomato, pickles and sauce - works very well together . Their fries, I flipped the box, the season was at the bottom- little salt & pepper. I recommend a little cheese dip for your Tatar tots. Reasonable price point- the dinner for 2 starts at $19.99, with drinks. Then you add on as you like. Starry, this is my select beverage here. They are in a massive space, very big corner lot- many outside TVs, big space to entertain . Inside was busy, many tables- TVs to enjoy your favorite sport team's. When we walked in there was a sign to just seat ourselves , we sat down at an empty table , there was no person to greet us at the front , so again we sat down wherever . We had been seated for around 30-40 minutes and 3 waiters and a host who wasn't there when we arrived passed us multiple times, so we went to ask and they told us the section was closed. Placed an order online at this location @ about 1230pm, I literally did not get my order until 1:20pm. I've been inside the restaurant literally waiting for someone just to come to the desk for atleast 20min. The restaurant was not busy and my order was only 6wings & fries. Why did it take nearly an hour to retrieve my order only to be disappointment with COLD wings & hot fries. I immediately returned to notify who appeared to be a manager but definitely didn't reflect the title. Instead of apologizing for the long wait & cold food he kept cutting me off asking what I want him to do. Obviously I want hot food in a reasonable time if not a refund would've been in order. I had a great experience here with my son. The food came as expected and the service was fantastic.

I was so hungry and wanted to try this location for the first time. I ordered my food on the app and went over on my lunch break to pick my order up. Upon arrival the cashier was nice and professional. My order was ready and sitting in the warmer. I drove back to work which was literally across the street and 3 minutes away with Cermak traffic. I am totally displeased and disappointed with the quality of my food. The chicken tenders were not fresh and only warm. I thought about going back but it would have been a major inconvenience because I didn't have the time nor feel like going back and having to wait for fresh food. Last year, I wrote a review after I went to pick up an order that I had placed, Mind you, I'm in a wheelchair because I'm paralyzed, I had to wait I don't know how long for someone to open the door it wasn't until customers came out the establishment so I go in get my order and did the employees open me the door ? No ! I had to wait until some customers were polite and opened me the door. They reached out to me, thanked me for bringing it to their attention, and tried to reward me with giving another duplicate order, so they told me to click the page that they sent me and I did but it never took me to the reward page. Came here to eat with my father, and let me tell you, it was the worst service I've ever received--and I've had some bad service, but this just takes the cake. First, we walked into the establishment and had to wait for someone to come from the back to seat us. There should be a person at the front ready to seat people, as there is literally a desk where they are meant to be. Second, there was only one server on the floor at that point, which is odd considering the amount of people already seated. Third, the wait for the food was absolutely ridiculous. We came at 2:00 and ended up getting our food at 3:00. Now, I'm no cook, but I'm sure it doesn't take one hour to make 15 wings, a salad, an All-American burger, and a chicken sandwich--unless you're twiddling your thumbs and taking your sweet time staring at the wall instead of making the damn food, which mind you, should have already been in the making. Fourth, our food came warm, not hot--warm. You take one hour on my order and my food comes out half-assed? Absolutely not. Not to mention the fact that we had to wait another 10 minutes for the burger, only for it to come out missing lettuce, the main topping we asked for. The food was great and probably one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've had in a while. The atmosphere here is great the music is chill and just right. The host sat me wherever I felt comfortable which is always a plus. My waitress was Kay, she made sure I received all that I asked for. My last experience here wasn't as great. Also if you plan to come in and sit at the bar, they'll still make you wait for a seat. Defeats the purpose of open bar right? We always have to mention something about the food. WHY IS IT ALWAYS COLD?? Wings never have sauce either. They have plenty of sauce flavors but doesn't make up for the 30+ minute wait for COLD FRIES AND WINGS. During my most recent visit, I ordered a sampler. After waiting 40 minutes, my food arrived cold and several items were prepared incorrectly or missing. When I asked for management, Nico approached my table in a blatantly condescending manner first asking why I was yelling, which I was not. This was also a very sarcastic rhetorical question given the fact that the staff informed him of my request prior to him approaching my table. When I further advised him of the issue, he then asked, "Was anything made CORRECTLY?" as to suggest that I should give credit for partially correct orders. Coming from Atlanta, we've been disappointed by wings here in Chicago but Buffalo Wild Wings delivered! We asked for the wings crispy to ensure we didn't get soggy wings and they were definitely crispy (not burnt or dry). I got 6pc traditional Asian Zing and my wife got 10pc traditional, Asian Zing and Garlic Parm. I thought the 6pc was perfect. My wife didn't finish her 10pc but would do it again. We started with the everything seasoned pretzel knots with honey mustard and cheese sauce. They were fantastic and I would do those again. I know understand most peoples obsession with everything seasoning. I got a gin and tonic. They served it with a fresh bottle of Q Spectacular Tonic. This made a big difference! And I would do it again. My daughter got the kids cheeseburger with fries. She had no complaints but the burger was greasier than what I expected. The fries weren't good but I'd probably get them again for her. I ordered tater tots with my wings and they were perfectly crispy so that's what I'll get next time. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. Service wasn't great but I don't expect that from a chain. That said, I did not like that they brought out my food and my wife's food and we had to wait 6-8 minutes for my daughters. That's a long time for a toddler and I am not eating without her. I placed an order online for pick up. We ordered boneless wings and potato wedges. The online system said our order would be ready at 6:20pm. My boyfriend went to pick up our food and arrived at the restaurant at 6:21pm. When he arrived, the DoorDash & UberEats drivers were crowded around the pick up counter, there was a 2 HOUR wait to be seated and NO ONE was socially distancing or wearing masks properly. When he finally got his way to the counter, he was told that our food was ready, they were just boxing it up and it would be out in a minute. 20 minutes later he was still waiting and went back to the counter to inquire. They went in the back, came back out with a bag with our name on it and he came home. We live a 6 minute drive from the restaurant. When he got home, our food was ICE COLD, hard and rubbery as if it had been first overcooked and then sat out on the counter. I cannot understand how this location is still in business. With a 1.5/5 star rating on YELP, mediocre at best service when dining in and what can only be described as sub par product, I can tell you, I won't be back. EVERY time we order there, its 20 minutes longer than estimated to get our food. I understand it was Valentines Day, and I understand there's a pandemic so everyone is ordering for pick up or delivery. But we've been at this for 1 year now. This isn't March 2020 where no one knows what's going on or how we're going to make this work, it's February 2021. What you're doing isn't working and there should be a better plan in place by now that's actually being implemented. Clearly management doesn't care about it as they are doing nothing about making the situation better. We were there this time for our Son's 16th bday. We arrived there and the wait was 35 minutes. At first we didn't understand why, because there were empty tables. The Host informed us that they were short staff, we understood and plus this is my Son's favorite place. The wait actually wasn't that long. Our waiter Javon was awesome. Upon inquiring what that actually means, I was told 5-10 mins. Ok. I went outside, advised my partner that she would need to find a parking spot and not just the spot we had, waited another 5 mins to go in, and then waited approximately 15 minutes while seeing orders placed while I was there filled, and not ours. FINALLY, we received our food that was lukewarm at best. I am absolutely livid with the terrible customer service (as someone who spend 15 years in the food service industry) as well as the ridiculous temp of our food for waiting that long - without any explanation. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full and everyone waiting was waiting for takeout. This restaurant needs to fix their takeout setup because that was the worst I've seen. Shameful.
