Online Ordering Review: I ordered 20 wings!! TWENTY!! Somehow the "sauce on the side" option was chosen which I have never done and they sent our order with 3 TINY cups of sauce!! You know good and well it takes more sauce than that pathetic amount to coat 20 pieces of chicken!! I was so disgusted at this I didn't even eat. I paid over $50 for food I got none of. I have never been so disappointed with an online order in my life! We also ordered 2 orders of tots which I'm pretty sure we got jipped on. I just ate Boneless Wings at Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids with my folks and kids for Jerry's up-and-coming 13th birthday. Do not order Orange Chicken sauce () it's not good. The staff tried hard to make the experience good, they were reportedly understaffed in the kitchen. They brought me five out of six wings ordered, brought seven out of six wings my son ordered, and brought none of the ten wings my daughter ordered until it was time to leave. They did make restitutions with money off but still doesn't feed a hungry person when we each got different stuff. I still love this place and understand them just ramping back up after being released from Covid lockdown. read more

I have to say I've never been to this place before or any under the brand-name but my office decided to have lunch catered from here and I decided to have the lunch street tacos that was the pulled chicken. Super delicious I enjoyed every single bite they were packed full of chicken that was perfectly seasoned the pico de gallo was fantastic and fresh the fries were typical frozen fries the only thing is that they were very small and I wish instead of three maybe they gave you four or a little bit of a tossed salad on the side if they had done that a private afraid of them five star but all in all very good meal super happy with it and I would definitely get it again read more

Way overpriced and service is terrible, and that is all for online orders. I placed an order for ahead of time for dinner for my family. I scheduled a pick-up, and in the app, it told me it was being prepared. When we got there, they said they had just gotten the order when the app was already telling me they were preparing the food. 15 minutes after my scheduled time and they don't have good ready. I told them to cancel it, and I had to call to make sure they would refund my money. Good thing, too, because they wouldn't have. I doubt I will ever try to order again. Nothing could be worse than this establishment. If you dine in, the service is painfully slow and the waiters blatantly lie about any estimated time or whereabouts of your order. I've tried to avoid having to sit and wait 20 minutes to get a drink and just call my order in. I'm sure they gave me a deaf newborn who has never operated a phone or computer. Ordering online was my last resort, taking the deaf newborn possibility out of the equation. I ordered TWICE through DoorDash tonight. The first time we ordered I ordered a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich. The first time we had food delivered I was given a wrap, with tomatoes even though I ordered without. The girl assured me that the order would be double checked. Order arrives and surprise, it's another wrap! Called the store "Sorry, we can't do anything because you ordered through door dash". Exactly how much is door dash supposed to eat in fees because this store is inept to read a ticket and get the correct food out the door!? The last time we had this happen we ordered through the store and they left one meal completely out and gave us a completely wrong meal for one of the others. When all was said and done, door dash couldn't help us because we ordered through the store and I had to personally go pick up the correct food because the manager "Didn't know how to contact Door Dash to fix it". I was told this after I waited nearly an HOUR for the manager to even pick up the phone to speak with me about my order issue. This store and the managers running it are a complete joke. They shouldn't even be able to allow delivery through door dash, this is definitely our last time attempting. I highly suggest that if you order through them, you personally go pick up your meal up and check it thoroughly. 9/10 there will be something wrong or missing from your order. read more

I ordered a draft beer and when the beer got here the glass was filled with foam which was about 1/3 of the glass. This indicates that the barrel was almost empty. Beer tasted like brown water.
