So, usually I love to go to this joint in search of some great brain on display. I've seen great brain of all colors and sizes in this place. Used to be my favorite bubblegum factory until one day a service spilled an entire order of blazin' wings into my naked brain. Definitely not for me. The wings always seem to be rubbery, as if they're just microwaved. Some are too heavily seasoned while others are just bland. Tables are a little too close together, and our order seems to get messed up every time we're there. Prices seem a bit high for the quality of food you receive as well. I assume he had the correct license to carry on his hip, but I had my kids in the restaurant and I have no desire to have some cowboy reach for his cell phone and shoot me in the face. Last week I ate at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids and I really enjoyed my meal! My server was Kelly and she did an excellent job of taking care of us. We were seated right away, which i thought would be tough with it being 7pm and having 5 people with me, but they found a way. My girlfriend and I split the large boneless and we got 1/2 Parmesan garlic, 1/4 mild, and 1/4 spicy garlic. I felt bad because I know how annoying specific orders can be, but it all came out very quickly and exactly what I was expecting! I will definitely be returning to this location soon. read more

I come here for a lovely meal and the queso dip shows up on the table... turns out they don't use actual queso anymore!! The "cheese" tastes/looks like it was a powder packet of cheese. It was disgusting, queso shouldn't be dripping... the salsa is so bad also, and the servers are so understaffed it takes forever to get one water or even see your waitress to ask for a water. Food is subpar. Never coming back again. I wouldn't stop here, better off at a wing stop. read more

Love their food and always get friendly service. Now that being said, the timeliness is not as good. There are times that it takes FOREVER to get our food. But, it is a neat place. My husband and I are Penguin fans and we have gone to watch the game before. The server put it on the big screen so it was easier to watch. Typically we get burgers and a side of wings to share. I liked their garage door that opened to the outdoor seating it was cool. There were a bunch of coin things to amuse children and it was fun to watch. Ordered food for Superbowl Sunday early in the day to be ready for pick-up before the game. I arrive 5min after my pick-up time is ready and ask for my food. They said they didn't have it done and that they would call me and I should wait in my car. So I go out to my car and wait 30min go by and I missed the kickoff of the Superbowl so I'm already upset I go inside to figure out what's taking so long and no one is there to greet anyone or myself. While I'm there they call me saying my food is ready. Then I spend 10 min trying to get ahold of a worker to get my food to me. When I did get ahold of one they were rude and not helpful. I go home right after getting my food, not checking the food before I left as I wanted to watch the game. When I get home the food is cold and I got some disgusting pieces of chicken wings in my traditional wings that should not of been served. Will not be going back to this BWW for awhile. read more

I have always enjoyed BWW. They boneless wings are the way to go IMO, Asian Zing is my go to sauce. All the TVs and drink specials make it a nice stay. They have a pretty diverse menu, my GF loves the chicken tenders. They have new sauces ever so often to help spice it up. The service is hit or miss but I haven't really ever had a bad experience here. read more

It was odd to come to a buffalo wild wings and not get seated by a hostess but maybe they were understaffed. Server and bartender were very friendly and on top of drink. The honey barbeque and garlic parmesan wings were uncharacteristically spicy. Overall a good experience, hoping they can staff more people and see what's going on with the wings. read more

We were up in Big Rapids looking at some lake front property when we stopped at the Bww's for lunch. This was a very clean place and friendly staff. We were waited on fast and the head server, I didn't catch exactly his title, came over and talked to us and was very cheerful and helpful. Our meals came fast (but then again they weren't busy either) and were very good. Food was hot and plenty of it. The only downfall was there were flys buzzing around which I know they can't help, but I'm just not used to seeing them at the places we usually go to eat. That wouldn't stop me from going again if we found a summer home up there. There were lots of TV's going to keep us entertained. It was an nice lunch that Sunday afternoon. read more

The service was fast and my food was good but I didn't feel special at all. I would describe my experience as an assembly line based on how fast non-interpersonal my time there was. Ordered a cheeseburger with onions,ketchup and lettuce with fries. My cheese burger arrived with mayo which I did not ask for. In spite of this I kept it as is because it tasted great. The boneless wings were really good at this location. They came out hot, on time, and had lots of sauce! They do not take reservations though so make sure there is room right before taking a big group. We were greated right away and taken to a seat in the bar section. The server was friendly and knowlagable about the menu items. The drink prices were reasonable and came out quickly. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bar section was pretty loud but that was expected. Overall it was a good experience! read more

I had an overall good experience at the Big Rapids Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was great and I really felt welcomed by the host staff. When I walked into the Big Rapids Buffalo Wild Wings I noticed it could use some cleaning. Especially the dirty windows. As well as the floors in the restaurant had a distracting amount of garbage on them. It took a while for our server to greet us once we were sat at our table but it was smooth sailing after that. The server was very attentive and got us refills without us having to ask. The food was out fairly shortly after we ordered and it was delicious! I'll definitely come back more to this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

This past Sunday, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch Game 4 of the Detroit Pistons game with a buddy. The food was really good, and our bartender did a great job taking care of us and making us feel important. The only reason this wasn't rated a 5 star was because we waited 10-15 minutes to receive our bill. I can definitely see myself visiting once more before graduating. read more

Overall a good experience at the Big Rapids BWW. I am more familiar with the BWW on Alpine in Grand Rapids, but this is not a bad location. The cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the outside, could use some work. The bathroom was decently clean, but I would recommend checking it more frequently to take the trash out and collect trash off the floor and sink. I was greeted well when I first came in. She asked for my table preference and was very fast in getting us a seat where we wanted. I was surprised our server did not offer any specials or recommendations for us. That was a missed opportunity! She delivered our appetizer and our meals much faster than expected. She also got us refills right away without us having to ask. The only problems were that I ordered cheese curds but got a much smaller portion than the one I received at a different BWW location. Also, I was short one wing for my entree. When I went to the bar, I was instantly greeted and told of the specials going on that night. She was able to answer all my questions with a lot of knowledge. read more
