It's sad to say, but good to say. This is the best BBW in the Country! Here in VA they are absolutely trash! So coming here I was skeptical! The potato wedges are so so so good, the boneless wings (I had half BBQ half Teriyaki) and they tasted SO GOOD. They way they should taste! The sauce was mixed properly, the meat was tender and not all breading. I wish I didn't live almost exactly 2,000 miles away. I would eat here, EVERY DAY. In terms of bar food...this is great! Love the new hatch chile con queso, the street tacos, boneless wings, and french fries (these are the typical things we order). Service is great with friendly wait staff. We've been here several times and have not had a bad experience. They brought out the wrong appetizer once, but apologies were made and we quickly received the correction. They have done a few upgrades to the menu recently and I like it! When we got home we opened our food and the boneless wings we had ordered had barely any sauce on them basically plain, my bonein wings were awfully disgusting and I got sick. We payed for sauces and didn't even receive them. We called them and they put us on hold for awhile after I told the First Lady the issue. Terrible meal from Buffalo Wild Wings. The good parts were the onion rings, but everything else was a disappointment. The wings were tender but flavorless. The buffalo mac and cheese was dry, not cheesy, and overpriced because the portion was extremely small. Breadsticks were soggy, salty, and unevenly seasoned. Buffalo chicken salad had limp lettuce with cold, hard, overly sauced chicken. The cheeseburger was thin and well done when we'd requested medium rare. Makes me furious because now I cannot eat my salad due to the bacon and can only have so many of the wings because the Parmesan garlic sauce is so strong. The food was good. However the drinks tasted weird. We informed the waitress but the replacement drink taste bad as well. We asked the waitress to change the channel to a hockey playoff game. The stated it was not on so we showed them the game was on a local channel. They said they would change the channel but never did. One of the people in my party told the waitress and still nothing was done. Thanks for the poor customer service the waitress never offered to refill our drinks either. The menu is pretty substantial here. I was almost overwhelmed until I spotted a "lunch" menu with 6 items on it and stuck to that. We sat outside which is nice if the weather is favorable, but during lunchtime, there's a lot of street noise so just expect that. The tables and area outside are nice enough. Nothing fancy. Metal and a little dusty with three flat screen tv's on ESPN. Our service was very good. Our hostess and primary server were far above average. Our drinks never got below half empty and the empty plates were ushered away promptly. We ordered a basket of boneless chicken wings with fries. The fries are thin, and good. The boneless wings come with a choice of 16 sauces. I recommend being a little daring here. We went with their most popular, Honey BBQ, and it was the same as anything you'd get at say, an Applebee's. The food was brought out piping hot, albeit a little slow (25 minute wait with an empty restaurant). Overall, a mixed experience. We'll be back, but we'll be a little more bold when it comes to picking one of the 16 sauces. read more

The wings are delicious as always, and they are much bigger than Pizza Hut's wing street. I really enjoyed coming here every time and tried different kinds of drinks they have. However, the service is slow, we wait a long time to get our food (I think because they are always so crowded all the time, especially in the weekend, there will be no parking lot available).
