Manager, Kacie Smith, came over and yelled at my friends for eating their food out of boxes. Food took over an hour (restaurant was half busy at best) None of our drinks were full whatsoever. Had to ask 4 times for a refill. The only nice person was Carly, the girl who sat us. read more

We arrived on a slow night and our server didn't come to our table for 10 minutes. It was another 10 minutes before she came back to take our order. We ordered the chips and guac to start. The guacamole is a flavorless green paste that no amount of salt could fix. The man who served it to us, slid the tray across the table, the mountain of chips slop tipped off the tray and onto the table. I ordered wings bone because the bones are their money and so are the worms. Wings were on point as usual. At one point I spilled my drink and the server was kind enough to make me a new one. Our nice waitress Olivia was the only positive thing about our visit. Queso came out cold and the grilled chicken came out over cooked and over seasoned. Waitress apologized and attempted to fix the issues. Manager Kyle Brown came over to speak with us, but immediately had a defensive attitude. Claimed it's impossible that our food (queso) is cold because he "personally heated it up himself". It's very much possible because it was still cold when brought out again. If it were hot, we would have eaten it! Kyle then kicked us out when asked if he was calling all of us liars over food being cold. Epic power trip for manager Kyle. Just got kicked out after 1. Waiting for our meal, watching 3 other tables get their food and 1 or them eat it and leave, before we even get ours. 2. We finally get our 2 year old grandaughters grilled chicken and fries (plain because she's allergic to dairy and egg) and it's seasoned so much that it's spicy, so spicy her mum couldn't eat it. (We were told it's just salt and pepper) it was also so cooked we could bang it on the plate and creare a noise. Our waitress was very nice and said she would get it remade and ask for no seasoning. 3. The rest of the food came out. No problem with the other grandaughters chicken tenders or sons chicken sandwich. 4. Our cauliflower wings were lukewarm warm and lacking in buffalo sauce 5. Our queso dip was just warm so we asked that it be heated up. Our waitress said it would be remade. 6. Cauliflower Wings came out hot but still a little lacking sauce so my husband asked for a little more sauce. But said please just take back the queso as it's exactly the same. 7. Grilled chicken still hasn't come out. 8. We get the sauce and are eating that, waiting for the 2year olds chicken. 9. Manager (I think) Kyle Brown came out and asked what the problem was. Explained all the above. When asked if the crusty chicken served to our 2year old was acceptable he said it was.. blaming the hardness to the weather!! We were in Bowling Green for a soccer tournament (us and 376 other soccer teams)! And we figured it would be unlikely to go anywhere as a whole team. We asked BWW if they could accommodate all 40 of us and not only could they, but they had a whole private room we could use. Mind you half of the guests were 9 years old or younger. Kylie, our server, was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, efficient and incredibly kind. She had a smile on her face the entire time. There wasn't a single issue with anything we ordered, she got everything right and she even did separate checks. She took the kids orders separately (they were at their own table) and had so much patience with them. I can't compliment her more if I tried. She is an absolute gem and BWW is so lucky to have her!! Absolutely terrible service. My fiancé and I sat at the bar. There were 4 other customers at the bar and very few tables in the rest of the restaurant. It was a meal. What can I say? My family and I arrived on 7/20 after driving 8.5 hours and we were hungry. We went for dinner with our kids. Buffalo Wild Wings is everywhere so we figured we'd stick with a chain. The hostess was definitely not the one with the moestest. I turned to make sure the kids were close behind and when I looked back to follow her she was gone and a pile of menus were laying on the table. Nothing at all. No have a good meal. I placed a takeout order in-store on my way home from work. I waited a half hour in plain sight waiting for someone to let me know it was ready and when I finally asked about the food she went back to look and it was already done but she didn't say anything.
