We had a great experience here tonight. It was packed but the wait for 2 was only 5-10 mins. The staff were amazing. Our server Nicole, including the servers all around us serving other tables, went above and beyond and were all very polite. The food was great! Chili's used to be consistent in their menu options but now see that they have paired down the menu. If paired down, then they need to make sure the execution is good if not exceptional. There's no reason the kitchen should have screwed up chicken fingers. They were rubbery and should not have left the kitchen. Server replaced them and they were much better. The Santa Fe salad with salmon upgrade is listed as 550 calories in the menu. No way. They poured so much spicy dressing all over it, it had to high. The ancho salmon was overcooked and smeared with the sauce. Good thing I like and handle spice. I cannot imagine anyone else attempting to eat it. Food runners were on top of it! My husband had a cheeseburger, soup and fries and I had 3 chicken strips, fries and chips and salsa. The tortilla chips were WARM and fresh, the salsa excellent but not too spicy. Our server, Erin, was pleasant and helpful. We never needed anything and our drinks were never empty. We spoke with the manager, Ashley, as we departed, letting her know of our excellent experience. Up until tonight, I thought that this chili's had great service. Now that I've h​ad Josh as a waiter, I'm afraid to go again. I was eating with my cousin after hoco. He gave us our apitizers after our actual meal, never refilled our drinks, and when we said we were paying cash, he left and never came to get the cash. I had to get my father (who was sitting at a different table) to pay for us via card. Furthermore, it took a really long time for everything. I wouldn't judge too hard, but Josh spent a lot of time walking around aimlessly and talking to the people in the table next to us while we waited. I'm greatful that the apitizers were exempt from the bill, but I hope I never have Josh again. You know it's bad when you have to leave a yelp review bc you are that mad. I set my order pick up time for 4:45, wasn't ready until 5. The two ladies working the to-go counter completely ignored me and everyone else standing there for 10 minutes. The one older lady was extremely rude. By the way there was water dripping on me from the ceiling the entire time, it was disgusting. So yeah my order was 15 minutes late (even though I ordered it over an hour in advance) and to top it all off, I get home, and every single thing in both triple dippers is wrong. Wrong sauces, wrong items, wrong food all together. I genuinely have no idea how you can mess up an order THIS BADLY. Whoever made/packaged it must not have even read the order whatsoever. Our server did come back to take our order until we put our menus down. We ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer and two chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla. A third person brought out our quesadilla with the ranch cups being empty and told us he would be back shortly with the ranch. A few minutes later he brought two small ramekins back. well the food took 40 minutes and the Fajita came on a plate not sizzling, very few vegtables, rice was hard and dry, the condiments were suppose to enough for several servings and only had a tablespoon of each so was difficult spreading on the 6 wraps. my friend had a Quesidillia that was suppose to have chicken on it and it hardly had anything in it and dry over cooked. said it had no flavor. After a short day of shopping in Rossford we decided to get lunch. They have a lunch special which was perfect. The Cajun Chicken was very delicious and would order it again. Went to the Fort Wayne, IN location for my son's birthday. We have had bad experiences lately at Chili's in the past few years but this is where he wanted to eat for his big day. So my family of 5 drove an hour to get to this location and it was not a good experience. The waitress was aloof and was not familiar with the menu. She was not attentive at all. My family ordered appetizers and burgers they were just ok..not great. I ordered a tex mex bowl with no chipotle seasoning. (I have ordered it this way before) The bowl arrived with all of the spice and the waitress walked away when I told her it was too spicy for me. They were out of 2 different beers my husband ordered so he ended up with something he didn't really want. We were halfway home when my husband informed me that the bill was $173.00 with a 20% tip! I looked at the receipt and we were charged for 2 meals that were not even ours! I called the restaurant and they assured me they would take the overcharge off our card. It's been 2 weeks now and they still have not refunded our money. I am done with Chili's. It used to be a great place to eat but not any more. I gave this chilis 3 different occasions to prove itself as an OK restaurant to eat at and this last visit today was far below my expectations of what a chilis should operate as. To start, we waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer of nachos only for them to come out as burnt and a portion of 10 chips. Next, the beer of one of our guests had a gnat in it which is just unappetizing itself. Everyone at the table ordered burgers. 3 out of the 4 burgers came out so thin, burnt, and unappetizing. If I wanted a thin sheet of beef with some white bread I would not have went to chilis. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The manager was unhelpful and had an attitude when we asked for our meals to be compensated. The beef for the 'patty' was charred, thin and full out holes, not at all what you expect when ordering from chilis. The bun of the burger was so caked full of mayo and mustard that the bottom bun had become so soggy that it too had holes in it. The fry portion was less than what I would expect to receive in happy meal. Save yourself the mental load, time and money and avoid dining at this chilis. read more

I think this was the first time I've ever ran into an IHOP that wasn't open 24/7. We had a five-hour drive from Cheboygan to Perrysburg and yes, I WAS HANGRY. I don't know if everything tasted okay because it was late and we were hungry, but it had to have been something. I got some steak with broccoli and southwest mac and cheese. I about gagged when I put the mac and cheese in my mouth. Very very bland. Not southwest at all... But then I drowned it in hot sauce and made it much better. I ended up eating the whole thing. As for the broccoli - it was overcooked. It was mushy and fell apart when I pressed my fork to it. Ate it anyway. The steak was pretty dang good, though. Cooked medium, just the way I liked it, and it came with a garlic glaze on top of it. Mmm~ Didn't need no A1, no nothing.
