This review is a little different. This is the chef in me coming out. No complaints about the service, food or cleanliness of the restaurant. We had a nice evening. The restaurant was about half full and we were settled in the back corner next to the waitress station, very disruptive. This is partly my fault for not speaking up. When you have setting in the center of the house you want your guess to experience the whole ambiance of your restaurant. The manager was well receptive in my suggestion. Everytime I come here I'm not disappointed by anything. The staff is very friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean and feels like a steakhouse should. The food is up to par. Any steak i order is cooked perfectly, so well in fact, the au jus front the steak almost enhances the flavor of whatever shares the plate with the steak. Its been awhile since I've had this but definitely give the parmesean crusted chicken a try as well. This had all the signs of things going bad. Picked up big sis for a weekday lunch to catch up and have a few cocktails. During the week, shouldn't be too busy. Wrong! They seated us right next to a table of 16 with 12 of them being kids under 10 living their best life. Singing, dancing, banging. My Sis took one look at my face and said look they are getting ready to leave. I was about to either leave or request another table like asap. Superman server to the rescue. I cant remember his name but he was handling that party and us. Got me a cold beer pronto and you would have thought we were his only table. So other than having to darn near yell to hear each other across the table while the party wrapped up and one of the hellions actually tapping on our table on the way out (what the heck parents?). Things were looking up. Lunch has some cheaper options at a smaller size. I got the yummy spinach dip and parmesan chicken. My sis who hates spinach ate half my appetizer lol. Food came out hot. I've ate at quite a few LongHorn Steakhouses this one is my least favorite. Customer service was great and it's clean so no issue there, but usually when I order wine and do the long pour I get a glass of wine and a separate container with the long pour. This location did not do that it was a long pour in one glass and was very full. Steaks were ok, I ordered medium well and got pinker than medium. The bread took awhile to come out and the table that had ordered well after my husband and I got their salads first before we got our salads. Overall 3/5 experience. read more

For the first time, I ordered my dinner to go. I used the online app, which was super easy. When I arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse, my order was brought out to my car within 2 minutes. My meal was hot and absolutely delicious! I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken with the half rack of ribs. What a great price for a meal that had a small loaf of bread, rice pilaf, salad, and ribs and chicken. This is definitely enough of a meal to share with my hubby next time. We met a couple there for dinner. Oddly, they don't take reservations but we were able to get seats in a decent amount of time. They have a nice bar and the seating area is clean and nice. The service was exceptional, the food fabulous. Ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, medium rare. Came out perfect. Ordered a ribeye, the same way, perfect. 6oz filet medium, again perfect. No need for any A-1, the meat was seasoned perfectly, just added a pinch of salt and pepper. Baked potatoes were hot and fluffy. Location was busy but the server stilled did at least 4 check backs to see if we needed anything or how everything tasted. Restaurant was clean, they were cleaning tables as guests left, and were prebussing while walking back to pass thru. Overall great experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Keep up the good work. I never eat at chain restaurants but my daughter and I stopped in at Longhorn in Maumee OH. The food was great for a chain restaurant. The steak was cooked perfectly and the salads were super fresh. The starter of chopped salad was very fresh and crisp, with tasty crunchy croutons and a very good house made ranch dressing. My husband and I both had "Lil's 6 oz filet". Had to be prime beef! Very tender and juicy, no gristle, very very little fat, and perfectly cooked medium rare! It came with a very nice loaded baked potato. (I jumped right in before remembering to take this picture.) Last night at this location the service was good and food was ok but we had to question some of the actions we seen while visiting. The thing that turned us off the most was the fact that we witnessed a staff member using a dirty broom to clean off the booth seats! Gross! He never followed back up to sanitize the seats. He also swept the floor and left piles of dirt right next to our table. Other employees walked right past without acknowledging the dirt. It gave me dirty vibes! read more

We were there today 12/19/2022 at 3pm. We were sat immediately next to a couple of other occupied tables. We were passed by several wait staff over the next 15 minutes. No one paused close enough for us to speak to. No one waited on us. I went to the bartender and asked who the manager was. He said JoAnn. I asked to speak to her. As he was walking away he muttered, "Do you want to know her name or do want to speak to her?" What terrible service! JoAnn just stood there when I voiced my complaint. With that said, a couple of co-workers told me that this particular Longhorn serves up the best steaks, so I thought I'd check it out. I hate to say it, but I don't know what the hell they were talking about. Yeah, my 16 oz. $22 ribeye was decent - but it wasn't great...especially not for the price. In my opinion, it was overly seasoned and way too salty. In addition, it wasn't as tender as it should have been. With my ribeye I ordered a sweet potato. Little did I know this was going to come out with a lump of butter loaded down with cinnamon and sugar. It was more of a desert than anything. I think if there were food descriptions on the menu I would have asked the waitress to hold off on the steak seasoning and the sugary-sweet potato. It was all a bit too much for me.
