Went to the hostess after she chatted to her co worker for 15 min before addressing me. Asked for the manager, while another person of my party asked for a manager. And manger never came out to even address the situation. Food was cold, never saw the play off game, and I stepped on a piece of glass in the parking lot. Laws told my order would be ready by 2:30 got to the restaurant & waited 45 more minutes! I also asked for all flats, mind you I paid extra for that and I did not get all flats! The fries were cold and they only gave me like 10 & they forgot my extra sauce that I also paid extra for! The wait is always long. Food is average and the customer service is ok. The cleanliness is awful. I'm surprised that they have not been addressed by the state for unsanitary conditions. My friend and I came here for a girls night out and after we were seated it took our server David about 15 minutes to greet us after we got our drinks one of the straws were broken we ask for another one and never received even asking three other times( had to ask another server) then we order the bottomless appetizers to start and it took almost and hour for a couple of appetizers to come out. We received most of our order but it was lukewarm at best. Then when he brought out the last of our food( still appetizers) he just set them down and walked away we were never even give a chance to order anything else( entrees or dessert) and we where never checked on after that. I'm not usually one to Karen and write up reviews but I'm pissed off w the way she treated my family, my wife and kids to be specific. now I don't want to be THAT person but now I need to be because of the way she treated us compared to other families. I can only assume because we're a multi racial family.. I seen this woman interact w other families and kids just fine and happy smiling. but coming to my table she made it very clear she was NOT speaking to my wife or kids but to me directly n only to me.. my wife asked her for extra napkins she ignored my wife and continued to ask me if there was anything she can get for "the table" , we let it slide... my wife then made a comment on the amazing servise we were receiving from staff and how great the food was this night and she was very rudly ignored by Rae (Ray)... I don't know why she thinks this kind of behavior is okay, when a man is at dinner w his wife address both kindly. okay at this point we're having desert my baby (2) accidentally spilled my drink as it did not go all over the table or make a huge mess it landed on me and baby and I even cleaned the entire thing my self- Rae walks over with a rag (doesn't ever use it or offer it to me) and proceeds to tell me to better watch my children and gives them both the ugliest look before walking away. after that I was already annoyed we got up to pay n go - guess who's standing by the door to I assume make sure we paid the bill.... Came here to eat and watch UFC. I really like the interior layout and the exterior design and patio. This location seems way more open and inviting than back in MN. The patio is nice and inviting as well with 6 TVs. I opted for the street tacos without the pico. I really liked them. They had seasoned grilled chicken, a zesty sauce, and a grilled tortilla. The presentation was nice as well. Also got some boneless wings. Asked for them to be ex wet but they weren't. The waitress was very attentive and friendly which made the experience wonderful. I recommend this location as a good place to eat and rest. It's also close to the freeway. read more

I always feel like I'm on an episode of Punk'd when I come here the service and management is so bad. Most recently came on a UFC fight night and was told there was a 30-45 minute wait. Totally fine and expected until I looked around the dining room and counted there were 12 tables seated and 14 tables open. That doesn't even account for the multiple open tables in the bar area. I spotted one table that was dirty as soon as we walked in and kept an eye on it...it took 28 minutes for the table to get bused. I understand that most restaurants don't have the staff to keep up with the customers but this is just insane how poorly run this place is. read more

I'm giving it a 2 as the waitress and manager were really 'on it' and busy. But hands-down the worst food I have ever eaten at a wing place. We've noticed BWW has been going downhill since 2015. Our food took 30-40 minutes to come out, no problem as we were watching football. But the wings were awful. Cold, chewy, and dry as a bone. I love dry-rubs and I order it every wing place I go to, so I realize that order will be a bit dryer than the sauces. But the chicken was super hard to cut and eat. My husband got the sauce type and he couldn't eat but 3 out of ten. I was able to eat 2 out of 10. I've never had ' fry-gum,' so that was a first. The french fries were old, cold and chewy ! Euw. I took a picture below. Simply bad. You really need to talk to upper management and discuss a new training for cooks and cooking to order, fresh, and serve hot! Th women's bathrooms, I was going to take a picture but chose not to, were gross. There was poop on two toilets and the third was OK. Need to get the hostesses or whoever was in charge of that to check (clean) every 1/2 hour or so when you are that busy. The cooks do okay here. Everything else, however, is awful. We don't eat in but have ordered out three times. If you want extra sauce or dressings and order them, you have to ask again when you go in. They haven't included ours every time we order. Curbside has only happened once, when the weather was nice. Otherwise you have to run in and get it. Expect your order later than you wanted as they are never on time. Last time they didn't give my kid his correct meal and only about half the Mac n cheese that my daughter got. We need a better wing place here in Brighton. read more
