The cooks do okay here. Everything else, however, is awful. We don't eat in but have ordered out three times. If you want extra sauce or dressings and order them, you have to ask again when you go in. They haven't included ours every time we order. Curbside has only happened once, when the weather was nice. Otherwise you have to run in and get it. Expect your order later than you wanted as they are never on time. Last time they didn't give my kid his correct meal and only about half the Mac n cheese that my daughter got. We need a better wing place here in Brighton. read more

This is a solid B Dubs and just like many you'll find scattered about the US. Great wings and a whole host of other poultry and non chicken items. I've been here several time for lunch and dinner over the last month while in Brighton for work and every time the people working have taken great care of me. The food is what you'd expect from a B dubs. The burgers are okay, the fish sandwiches don't sucks but the wings are consistently epic. It's hard to go wrong with a place like this. This establishment is more concerned with enforcing mask mandate than they are with the cleanliness of their restaurant and quality of their food. ------------------------------------------------ Just some highlights from our experience The bathrooms were disgusting, paper towels and other trash were discarded in the base of their troth style sink. Toilet paper discards all over the floor and the place looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped since COVID hit last year. The table where we were sat hadn't been wiped down. Sticky residue from the previous patrons were visible and the benches were lined with crumbs. But thankfully everyone in the world now carries sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer. Lol. The blaring noise from all the TVs and their different sports were fine but could be tuned down a few notches. The kicker, and partially why I'm leaving the review is because the waitress when told the sandwich was the wrong asked "what would you like me to do?" People love BWW and every time I just don't understand. This one was extremely messy, sticky and trash on the ground.

I had a gift card here so I my son and I ordered lunch for curbside pick up. It took about 45 minutes for the order to be ready, which I think is reasonable for ordering right at lunchtime. We pulled right up and saw a sign that said to call or text when we were there. Right as I was about to send the message, an employee came out and asked for my name. They returned with my order just a few minutes later. I always worry that my order won't be right because I don't really like the confrontation of going back and I don't want to open the food there because who wants to eat cold fries? But when I got home, our order was just how we wanted it. We enjoyed our meal and it was still warm by the time we got home within about 15 minutes. For now its 3.5 SOLID Stars... Why?? Was here with my good fren S and her daughter T for lunch. TUESDAY June 14th 2011. Time : 11:55hrs onwards. We opt to seat at the booth. Near to the entrance of this establishment. Service was prompt though I feel something was A-Miss. At least my frens daughter is entertained not with the food, but with the game console something like a tablet where you swipe your Credit Card and gets credits to play some games. The establishment was clean. Man this place is indeed filled with BIG SCREEN FLAT TVs. Perhaps its good for some and not for others. Thankfully, one of the flat TV screen was featuring something from FUEL-TV, so at least that makes some distraction and entertainment for me. Okies here is now the review for the FOOD. These were what I order for my LUNCH. * Roasted Garlic Mushroom. Its whole button mushrooms breaded and fried. I opt for the Southwestern sauce. I like this appetizer. So wish I could have more, or perhaps they should offer it as free refill appetizers.. * 6 piece of Traditonal wings with Carribean Jerk sauce. For this, I dont fancy that much. So for this dish I rate 2 stars and definitely a MEH. * Traditional wings with Mango Habanero sauce. This option I opt for comes with Celery, Ranch dressing and Fries. For the wings, alone I like it. Like alot. The sauce that coats the wings, is spicy and and sweet . It gives a GOOD Tantalizing GOOD burn in my mouth. I like the SPECIALS they have. If I am not mistaken the wings I have comes with their LUNCH specials. Now the "after-service"... I almost ran out of water and Soda from my meal. The waitstaff was no where to be seen though I know she has been "running around" to other patrons alike. So I have no choice to "flag" another waitstaff and request for refills of the water and my soda. If its not for this, I would rate this establishment 4 stars. I'll be very surprised if this restaurant is able to stay open much longer. I get that the COVID restrictions have created unprecedented issues for restaurants, but this one in particular has not adapted well at all. Their takeout system was a disaster from day one and they've made zero effort to increase capacity through outdoor seating options. Went in on our weekly work lunch outing with co - workers. Parking: 4/5 Ample shared parking with various food options located within the prairie view shopping center. Inside 2/5: Typical B-Dubs establishment. I usually sit in a booth, for some reason the hostess really wanted us to sit at the bar. She asked "do you want to sit at the bar" while nodding yes and smiling. So we said okay. Quickly regretting taking her advice as the wooden chairs were awkward and uncomfortable. Service: 2/5 It wasn't quick, and it wasn't slow. It wasn't attentive yet we weren't ignored. It was just okay. What stood out is they didn't come back once we began eating to refill on the dipping sauces, or see if we wanted to order another beer or needed more water. Also i asked my burger to be cut in half. A simple request that went unfulfilled. I cut it myself with a butter knife and made a mess of my burger. Food: 3/5 The burger was decent. About a step up from a fast food chain but i don't think it's better than chick - fil - a next door. The wings were pretty good, I asked for the blazing sauce and it satisfied my spicy food needs. Overall: I would only order wings from here. and go in to watch a ufc or football game. Going in to grab lunch is not time effective. Took us over an hour and 25 minutes to eat there. Most people only get 30 minutes for lunch, luckily we get 60. But still did not make it back on time and we work about 5 miles down the road. They carry a lot of domestic beers and offer little to no local craft breweries so i didn't get one. Not the worst dining experience but i prefer the B-dubs in Thornton way more over this one. Wish I would have read the reviews before we went. (Crazy, because I'm usually pretty diligent about it.) The ratings are right on, it's BAD! Let's start with the awful smell the moment you walk in the door. It smelled like the bar had never been properly cleaned. The bathrooms were disgusting!! Service was okay, I guess, the waiter was semi attentive. However, he couldn't be bothered to take off the meal we had to send back due to a long dark hair. YUCK! The rest of the staff was very young and seems way more worried about socializing than their customers. We certainly weren't expecting a five star dining experience, but from the apps to the dinner it was all bad. We ordered the chips and trio dip; the cheese dip was cold, the chips were cold, the guacamole was bland and the salsa I kid you not was like ketchup with a spoonful of pico added to the top. The pretzel knots were actually pretty good, though. Once our meal came it continued down hill. Our burgers were bland and the texture of the patty was like cardboard. Ok, in all honesty, we have been coming here at least once a week for like 6 years. That will bias a lot of you from the start so I'm just gonna be honest. I know they aren't the best wings in the world, but I live in Henderson and this is my option. That being said, I was actually moved to write a review tonight. The dream team of Alexis and Marcus earned this review. I am super picky about wings and she didn't get irritated, and actually made sure the kitchen cooked them like I love them (I order the same every time, and only 50% come out where I can eat them). They were personable, our drinks never emptied, and the food was great. It's hard to find consistency in chains, but Alexis is awesome and Marcus will make sure any additional requests are fulfilled. This location is one of the worst run restaurants I've ever been to. We live in the area and will go back about once a year to see if it has changed because we enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings and everytime we are astounded how bad this location is! Today we went in- no one greeting in the front. Told us a 20-30 minute wait. There were probably 8 door dash drivers waiting for food. The men's bathroom was completely flooded- so we were sitting there waiting and watching everyone walk out leaving a wet trail and it got so bad people were almost slipping and not going into the bathroom. There was not a slip sign up- I was worried someone would get injured. We ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes knowing we probably wouldn't get food for over an hour. The wings were hot juicy well cooked and delicious. Served with the tastiest ranch dressing I ever had... YUM. My daughters boneless with sweet BBQ were crisp on the outside but moist tender and juicy on the inside. Fries were cooked to perfection and were upon arrival. I'm only giving them one star because I have too. I'm NOT a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but my husband is that is the only reason I eat at this establishment. After tonight I will NOT return to the Brighton Location. My husband, my four children and I were having dinner. All the sudden the ceiling started pouring water about a glass full of water and it went right into my 2 week old NICU sons car seat. My son had to ride home in his car seat wet. My husband went and got a manager, and all she said was "I'm sorry, we know the ceiling leaks when it rains and we just won't sit anywhere here for the rest of the night" not once did she offer to do anything. I am extremely mad! So my sons brand new car seat is covered in nasty filthy water. I will also be contacting corporate because they are aware that their ceiling does that when it rains & they sat an entire family right there know it was raining outside. read more

We walked in with our group of 6. It was definitely not busy and at least 4 booths were open and clean. The host mentioned if we can wait while he gets a booth cleaned before seating us. So he took off and another host walked up. I just asked why another booth needed to be cleaned if 4 were ready. So we just waited while others came in and were seated immediately. Then it was explained about a rotation so we have to be seated accordingly. It just took longer than needed in my opinion. So we finally were seated and ordered all of our drinks and food. When our food came out the mango habanero wings my husband ordered were touching my medium wings because they were delivered on the same tray, so mine were too hot to eat but all of ours including my nieces were not even warm. My carrots also didn't look as fresh. Our waitress took awhile to come check on us but when we saw her we had to get the manager. The manager brought out fresh wings but some just still seemed drier than others. We just weren't satisfied and honestly the beers were the best part. Bww is one of my favorite, most frequented stops. But this location is the worst of worst! I've given this location 3 different chances and they have failed on all levels. The entrance is packed full of family's waiting to be seated. So much that no one can walk by. And you look over to the seating area and it's empty with all dirty tables and no one cleaning them. The manager sees the frustration on everyone's face and walks around smiling. Smh Once finally seated (1hr 5min) drinks come out fast and order is taken. Ok cool. One hour later our wings come out dry and cold. I send them back, added with dirty looks from the servers. The replacement wings come out warm and swimming in sauce. Very sarcastically wet! Firstly, I should say I haven't been in a BWW since I worked in one (2006) but it seems the standards have fallen tremendously. The hot garlic sauce was delicious but everyone at the tables food was cold, save mine and my small niece and nephew whose was so hot they couldn't eat for a while (10 minutes which is a lifetime to a 5 and 2 year old) after receiving their tenders. My sister and brother-in-law are too nice to comment so I had to. The waitress was mostly pleasant, attractive but seemingly bored....to say the least. I finally asked for a reheat, which they obliged, to go. My brother-in-law ordered 20 boneless and got 12 legit wings and 8 crumbs, like the bottom of the bag I assume. I included a picture. Unless you really need to watch a Sportsball game, I'd avoid this particular BWW. If you must enter for aforementioned Sportsball, stick to the bone-in wings. They were still as good as I remember.
