This location has been getting progressively worse since they opened. Floors without carpet are always slick with grease, and wait times are usually outrageous no matter what time you are there. Servers are usually friendly and trying hard, but the service is always undermined by the order being incorrect or unavailable. My wife ordered a cheeseburger that was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions, but all it had on it was cheese. She asked for it medium well, and it came out overdone, and stiff around the edges as though it was not only frozen, but old. My wings were overcooked to the point of almost being like jerky. Sadly, it's not worth it to send anything back, because you'll either be waiting forever, or (as other reviewers have noted), you'll get under-cooked food in their effort to quickly try and make things right. I fell in love with Buffalo Wild Wings back when they were BW3, but this place is not up to the high standards they have set at other locations (New Rochelle, NY and Charlottesville, VA immediately come to mind). read more

Eek- this place is a bit of a hot mess. I've been here 2x. The first time, our food took a long time, but at least they give your kids iPads to play with, so it was fine. Our food was decent the first time. Today, however, was a disaster. The poor waiter was way overbooked. It took 30 minutes to even get water. It took about an hour and a 1/2 to get our food (all orders except 1 came out wrong). When it did come, there was no silverware to use and nobody to ask. After a good 10 minutes, I found some sitting the waiters station and went and got it myself (my husband ordered a salad so he needed it). The room was very hot- don't sit by the big windows overlooking the Deegan, it's not cool over there. The area by the back bar seemed much cooler. The food was lame- no onions in the onion rings, no salad dressing, none of the sauces we ordered, and missing sides. I gave it 2 stars because for some reason my picky kids love it (?). Place is a huge, loud, chaotic cavern. I lost count of how many TVs were on, all on very different channels with sound turned on. Food was horrible - wings were rubbery and gummy, with the texture you get if you microwave them. There was barely any sauce on them and while the celery sticks were crunchy, the carrot sticks were so old you could bend them into a circle. Onion rings were disgusting. I took one bite and oil sprayed out. French fries were the thin, and small. We waited over 20 minutes after ordering before we were served-same thing going on at other tables. We will never be back. On the plus side, the waiter was nice. Do yourself a favor, if you are hungry and find yourself in the area go to Smash Burger or Chipotle - avoid this place at all costs. The worst customer service in the food industry that I've experienced in quite a long time. I went here on a Sunday afternoon just to order take-out, just 3 food items and 2 drinks. They seemed moderately busy, at best. Simple enough, right? Wrong. The first cashier did not know how to put the entire order through to the kitchen, so she abruptly directed us over to another cashier where we had to start from scratch and give the order again. I was totally understanding of that because I figured there was a glitch, or she made an error of some sort. Ok, cool. The next cashier however seemed like she never heard of a po' boy. Based on her "what?" and confused expression when that was added to the order, then it had to be physically pointed out to her on the menu so she could find it on her display. She had this confused "processing" look on her face several times during the order, which is why I knew to check the order thoroughly before I left. They brought out an appetizer of popcorn shrimp, which is supposed to come with sauce not with sides, with 1/2-3/4 fries and 1/2-1/4 shrimp. Since when does a starter come with a side of fries that takes up half of the portion size! The waitress then claimed that I added that to my order. I explained no I didn't, I added the side of fries to the shrimp po' boy because that was the one they explained came with a side. She then proceeds to roll her eyes and say alright he's ( the kitchen guy) fixing it. Clueless and rude. Even the kitchen guy was confused about why fries were added to the popcorn shrimp. If you're going to be clueless, at least be nice about it... smile and be humble. Then they forgot to bring the drinks out. When alerted, another worker was just like, "oh, yeah." I never ask to speak to the manager of an establishment, but in this case I did because there were multiple staff members with such nonchalant, apathetic responses to their mistakes, and of course the eye rolling. Then, even the manager was making excuses for his poorly-trained and poorly-mannered staff! In response to the drinks being left out, he said "oh, because they have to get it from the bar." Really? If you can't remember to get drinks then maybe you should direct customers to the bar to order or pickup their drinks. Just got take out from BWW and the service was atrocious. While she was pleasant enough, the waitress was clearly overwhelmed and all I ordered were 10 wings to go! No drinks, no sides, that was all yet I had to wait almost 30 minutes for that. To top it off, the place was practically empty! To be honest, she is not at fault seeing as she was obviously new. If I could rate this restaurant no stars I would. I went to eat here last night and my poor boyfriend was throwing up all night and day. He had a small order of wings, which he didn't even finish and he unfortunately got food poisoning from his meal. The hostess and server were unfriendly and did not give good service at all. As we entered the hostess didn't even greet us and we were left standing awkwardly for at least two minutes until she finally asked us if we were going to eat in or take out. She was standing looking at us the entire time! I had to ask her if she was the hostess! I have eaten BBW a few time and two of them times were at the Bronx location . The food is amazing! As for the employees , they are ghetto and seem to ha e no respect for their job . Been here twice and I've experienced both great and bad service. On both occasions the place was not busy. Seems like they're still going through training of waiters because you can tell the experienced ones apart. The food was good both occasions even though one took 15 minutes to come out and the other time it took almost an hour. I can't remember our waiters but they were both friendly. Listen, this right here is the inside truth to this location. All the bad reviews you read, everything about severs being rude and food being late is in fact the truth. The staff is poorly trained, the managers hate their jobs, and the kitchen are slaved day in, day out to cook food for close to 300 people every hour. Busy days likes Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends are the absolute worst. The understaffing is a serious issue here. They are forcing the work of a full blown restaurant on a handful of employees. There can be 20 servers on the clock, but only 3 kitchen workers, straining the entire facility. If urgency is essential, you would think that the locations managers care, but on average, when being told about something going wrong or being done incorrectly, they result to " do what you have to do" as their go to advice. The cleanliness of the building is being left in charge of young adults who have to be in school the next day, rushing to get home to get rest. No one has previous work experience in this facility. Everything is ran on a renegade rule system, like the old western cowboy movies. It's a terrible place to eat if you came with the intentions of enjoying your meal. Your ideal days to choose would be slower days when everything is full priced and things are ran smoothly, like Monday and Wednesday, but no restaurant should be restricted only to two days to be operating substantially. It's a shock that someone hasn't wound up sick from this place due to the pure lack of care from everyone. My boyfriend and I went there about two weeks ago in the beginning of march. TERRIBLE experience, the waitress (Adriana or Ariana... something like that) was rude to my boyfriend. The only thing she gave us was our appetizer and we waited 40 MINUTES just to get our food. It wasn't busy there was barely any people but we did our waitress sitting down at another table with some random guy that came in and she was eating food and laughing with him. Horrible experience. I have been to this location several times, and the service was always extremely slow, but this experience was just a nightmare. After waiting 20 minutes because of the "game time waitlist" which i did not appreciate, I got seated along with the 4 others in my party to a clean booth. The server, Melanie took about 10 minutes to approach us. She said, "Hi guys, I'll be with you in a moment," and then returned to us 10 minutes later. Already sitting at the table for 20 minutes without ordering drinks and food. Eventually we ordered drinks and food. I ordered a small boneless honey bbq wings. An HOUR later (no, I am not over exaggerating) we received our food. Melanie gave out 4 out of the 5 orders of food. Of course mine was not part of that 4. Another guest that I was with ordered a medium boneless honey bbq and that was served to her. However, those 4 dishes had no celery or ranch or blue cheese on them. And Melanie said, "I'll be right back with the rest." 10 minutes later, she returns with all of the celery and sauces and my food. I look at my food: medium boneless chipotle bbq and honey bbq. Not what I ordered. I looked at it immediately and told Melanie that this was wrong. She INSISTED that this was my order. And rudely, she told me, "You ordered honey bbq right? How many?" I then said, "small." She abruptly then said," You could eat those." HOW RUDE! I was not eating food that I didn't order and told her that. I also mentioned that the food took an hour to come and I said to take it off of the bill since I did not want my friends waiting for me to get my food. She walks away. 5 minutes later, the manager comes to our table and discusses the situation. He was able to get me my correct order in less than 5 minutes. Shoutout to him. Because of a situation that was not my fault, I did expect to not pay for my wings, or at least had been given a free dessert. But nope. I ended up having to pay for my wings, and the dessert that the table had ordered. This was unacceptable. How do you make a customer pay for food that got messed up? And to top it all off, Melanie asked me if I would like a box for my 3 wings in a dish that had A DIRTY USED NAPKIN IN IT and A FORK INTO A BITTEN WING. Came to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday afternoon expecting to just grab a quick beer and some wings but instead ended up staying close to two hours due to poor customer service. From the moment we arrived it took about 15 minutes for us just to be seated which is shocking because the place was less than half way filled. After placing our order with the waitress which was the most attentive and nicest employee in the whole establishment we waited about 25 minutes for that order to arrive at the table which was just two orders of wings. Our drinks came out 10 minutes after that. Don't know why but decided to place another order of wings which then took an additional 40 minutes. I'm a very patient person but this was ridiculous. Don't know if the kitchen was short staffed but the employees that were visible were to busy talking and goofing around amongst themselves with the exception of a few.
