It wasn't only about the fact that they were burned, but also about the amount of money that was paid for such poor quality. No one came up to us for about ten minutes until we called someone. They pointed to our table and gave us menus. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come around and take our orders. Came to the BWW because I was near my dads house, & I was hungry. First impression when I walked in was horrible... no one was at the hostess stand. I arrived with my party and waited at least 10 minutes or more to be seated or to even be told what was going on. After we are sat, we are told to scan the bar code in the table and that someone will come to bring our drinks. Long story short, I waited over 30 minutes for my drinks. Another hour for my food and let me not even forget to mention all the mess up with our order and how cold and over cooked everything was! We weren't given utensils either. I ended speaking to the manager who took off some of the items in our order but didn't seem to really care. As a person who has personally worked front of the house and back of the house in restaurants/ catering events/ kitchens etc. I know how it all works and from a managers point of view , the goal should ALWAYS be to make the customer happy. & no , I am not trying to use that whole "the customer is always right " crap. But when you know you are down on staffing and that your kitchen is backed up, it is your job to make sure the customer leaves happy. Make sure you go and speak to your tables and explain the issues that your restaurant is facing at the moment. Not wait for customers to come to you and complain about everything that's wrong. Buffalo Wild Wings is always a hit or miss no matter what location you go to. I've come to this location before and I know not to expect the fastest most amazing service. While the staff is definitely friendly it is more of a young crowd of employees who have probably not been fully trained but whom are just having fun together at work. We decided to come here during the super bowl. We were seated quickly, it did take us a while to get a waiter as she had a bunch of other tables and everyone had been super into the game which was expected. We had the pleasure of having Candy as our waiter and she was great she just had a good overall energy. Our food did take a bit long to come out but it was all correctly made and though it wasn't as hot (I think they waited to bring everything out together ) the food was freshly made.
