I thought the food was good. I had the spicy garlic wings and there was a great amount of sauce on them that wasn't watery it was nice and thick, the sweet tea was wonderful. Not too sweet like most places have where you have to get half and half to be able to drink it. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. No stranger to BW3 we stopped on for some wings, beer and ntn trivia. Very new location clean and friendly. Fell short on food though. We tried the chips with buffalo chicken and half were undercooked and raw. Our server was good but not great it was a little slow following up with the drinks. The wings were good. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I came in for lunch today and was greeted then taken to a table that was still dirty. Typically I wouldn't make a huge deal about these things but I work in a restaurant and I don't think it's okay to seat someone at a dirty table especially with Covid right now. When this happened I asked the server to wipe off the table and she did. She was very nice but that's the only thing I can say that was good about my experience. As I was taking a look at the menu I saw a roach run across the wall next to me so I got a managers attention and he moved me to another table and didn't say much about it and didn't care. I ordered and my food finally came out after waiting 20+ minutes mind you the restaurant was not busy at all at this time. When my food arrived I took my first bite and it was cold I even asked my boyfriend to try them to see if I was going crazy. He agreed cold wings are not good!! I had to track down the waiter which took a few minutes and I let her know that my wings were cold. She apologized and brought new ones out and they were fine. She said that she would let a manager know what happened and not one time did a manager touch the table. I was furious I could see THREE managers standing around and not one came over. Nobody cared about our experience which was sad. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings! read more

A bit higher priced but the food is good and I had a nice waitress. I ordered a grilled cheese with pepper jack and for an appetizer I ordered the pretzels. My husband got the black bean burger and fried pickles which he loves. Cute place for sports fans but even if you're not into sports they have trivia on some of the T.V.s, which is nice. read more

I was here Thursday October 19. Everything about my experience was awful. No one wanted to be our waitress. We clearly heard one waitress say they not waiting on us. The restaurant was not busy at all. When we finally got someone to wait on us, it took for ever for our food to come. Two people in my party food came out cold and disgusting. My order seem to not get right along with others in my party. I had ordered small traditional wings (half honey bbq and half hot bbq) all flats and onion rings. Well my food never came out. The waitress gave me someone else wings from my party cause we both had honey bbq. Then when I told her she forgot my other wings and onion rings she was clueless. She goes in the back and bring out hot bbq drums and Still no onion rings. She went back and finally got it correct and brought flats. The Manager had to bring out the onion rings. When one person on my party went to go find the manager to discussed the bill, manager proceed to ask him was he coming to complain too and made a comment about us complaining because we were women. Horrible service. There was a recent incident where a group of young men were having a great time and kicked out for "cursing". To me it appeared that they were doing what everyone else in the bar was doing talking, buying drinks and food, and enjoying the game with some good trash talking. The manager asked the young men to leave and even called the police. It was just another nasty incident from this establishment. Boycott this place, they don't care about the African American patronage. read more

Good service. We went during a busy game and fight night and server was still very attentive. They had the BTN, which impressed me and I was able to see my game! Everyone thought it was strange that I was drinking red beer and several servers said something to me about it, besides them being sheltered I thought it was a good experience. However they don't have pitchers or drink specials so that takes away from the rating. read more

Great service from the bartenders and waitresses! However, they allow smoking on the "outdoor" patio, which is enclosed and they leave the double doors open. The secondhand smoke easily travels inside and whether you're eating or drinking, you smell it. read more

I would put ZERO stars if possible... WORST restaurant experience I think I've ever had. Table of 10, ordered food and it took 35 min for the waitress to simply put our order in the system (I know this because we sat next to the computer while she did it)... Drinks came out 10 min after that... Three tables that were seated after us got their food AND left before our food came out... and once food arrived, 7/10 orders came out wrong! 4 of those people didn't even get any food!!! Manager came out and re-took our orders... twice; he turned and walked away from me as I was discussing my wrong order... Still 2 orders came back wrong. One guy with us simply turned down the food, and didn't eat because he had to repeat his order 3 times... One guy got two orders of the same... Drinks were never refilled, we got up and refilled our own drinks at the soda fountain... Worst of all, the waitress blamed the busy kitchen, but when the check came out, she clearly entered the wrong order in (on mine at least... so I can assume everyone's order was the same) and to top it off, I didn't even get discounted on my check. One of the other guys asked about a discount and was told, only the people that didn't get food initially... Any real service manager would've ate that loss, and apologized profusely... Now, not only did he lose 10 customers, but he gets this review and the negative word of mouth from all 10 of us from now on! BWW #neveragain... to any BWW after this experience. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service! No sense of customer satisfaction. Waitress only seemed stuck in a rut instead of ensuring we had what we needed and were satisfied. Employees were arguing a few tables down from us and the entire atmosphere felt gloomy for a sports bar and grill environment. Will never revisit this establishment when I make trips to Brunswick. The manager came out with the pizza and said it was over cooked for his liking and already had another one in the oven for her.
