I should have known the level of service a coworker and I would receive within the first 5 minutes of entering this restaurant. With about 10-15 patrons we stood at the front podium over hearing three workers bicker back and forth on who was going to seat us. After being seated we waited three minutes for menus and boom the waiter was gone. After 5-8 minutes the waiter seats a large family and promptly takes their drink order. He turns around and addressed us and realized he forgot our drink order. At this time we took advantage and ordered drinks and food. 23 minutes later they now inform us they didn't have Mac N cheese. My boyfriend and I, along with our friends, come here at least every other week. Today, we came in as normal and were told that they are not seating anyone else. We figure they're just busy and put our names on the waitlist. Meanwhile, while we're waiting, we see multiple waitresses crying, the manager yelling at all the employees, and one waiter, who we overheard, said that while he tried to go speak to the manager, the manager would not listen to him and instead simply yelled. As my boyfriend and I started paying more attention, we could see the manager acting horribly to several employees. I would not be surprised if they quit. Most of these are covered at bdubs, but the one that isn't completely overshadow the rest for me. To keep this brief, cleanliness is the biggest problem. Since it opened this place has slowly become disgusting. The men's restroom is like the ones you have to endure at a gas station driving through the the delta. They haven't been cleaned in years and you know if you touch anything you'll probably need a penicillin shot. On top of that, the menus, floor, and tables seem to have a permanent layer of grease on them. Sounds trivial to some I'm sure, but to me if they can't keep the most visible areas semi-decent, what do the places we can't see look like? After several visits I decided to leave a review. The food is good as BWW go but the service is lacking. I have yet to see an actual hostess working the front. You have to be seated by servers who are trying their best but are clearly understaffed. Not a bad place at all, but I really don't get it. I mean, the wings are expensive but are the boneless ones really that much better for the ones I can totally get for a third of the price down at Sonic? Not really. On the other hand, the sauces are what really makes the place noteworthy. You can get everything from laughingly mild to knock-your-fool-head-off hot. With something like 20 sauces to choose from you'll find something you'll like. There are times when you just need to watch some football, eat a few wings and have a beer or two. I have never written a review in my entire life. That being said, I have never repeatedly had the worst service of my entire life every single time I visit a specific establishment. That being BWW in Bryant. I have been about 5-7 times since they opened, praying every time that maybe they'll have fixed their horrible setup and staff. I always end up being more disappointed than the last visit. When you first walk in, they have a counter for a host/hostess to stand, I've just never seen it used. I'm not sure if they never wanted to hire a host, or if they're so understaffed that whoever is one, has to help elsewhere in the restaurant. My last visit I had 3-4 separate waiters/waitresses, One of which was at least somewhat polite, who I believe may have been a manager. Took just a little under 20 minutes to place an order. I was with a party of four other friends. About an hour wait for the food, and half of the tables orders were wrong, so another 20-30 mins to fix that. We then ate pretty fast, just ready to get out at that point. We could not escape it seemed as we could not get anyone to print out our checks for 30 mins after the entire table had finished their meal. Best damn restaurant I have EVER had a meal at. And I kid you not when I say I have been alive and eating at restaurants for quite some time now! My entire family absolutely LOVED the staff and the food and the atmosphere. They must have really whipped this place into shape in the last year or so since the last time we have been. This "I don't care" attitude is hurting the food industry in the Bryant and Benton area. I've been to three locations. Spa city, little rock and the new Benton location. Not sure what's wrong with this franchise as all the locations are equally garbage. My wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Bryant, AR on Tuesday night (November 6, 2018). There were several issues during our first visit at this location. The most important ones were: 1) it took more than one and a half hours to have our check corrected. 2) The attitude we received from both server (Ms. LaJena) and kitchen manager (Mr. Cory Davis). Due to the horrible experience, we decided to never come back to or suggest anyone with this location. We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings around 7pm. It was not busy at the store. After standing at the host stand and realizing that nobody would ever come to greet and sit us, we decided to sit ourselves. Ms. LaJena greeted us after we sat down in one to two minutes. While giving the drink (alcohol beverage) orders, we asked her "what is the special tonight?". She replied that it was BOGO for boneless wings. I asked for what BOGO means. "Buy one get one" was her answer. Then I double checked with her with "So, it's like half price for the boneless, right?" She confirmed with yes. It took more than 10 minutes until our drink finally arrived to our table, while the bar tender was barely at the bar. We never received a glass of water until we asked for it after the drinks (alcohol beverage) arrived. We started to order the food after water arrived to the table. While deciding on what to order, I asked Ms. LaJena "How many pieces come with large size". I was told 24. Then, I turned to my wife and said "I think 24 pieces of wings are enough for both of us, right?" My wife agreed with me when Ms. LaJena was by our table. We gave her the order with both appetizers and how many pieces of wings we wanted on what flavors. After another at least 30 minutes, we started wondering how much longer it would take. Because we were the only table left in this section and not even the appetizers we ordered were here. Ms. LaJena finally stopped by again and told us that our food was almost done. My wife mentioned to her "what about our street tacos?". Ms. LaJena looked like she forgot something, and quickly went back to the kitchen. Finally, both appetizers and entrees were brought to us after 8pm. But some of the wings on the plate were not what we ordered. Ms. LaJena had to go back to the kitchen and bring us with two big plates back. We looked at the food and questioned about how could 24 pieces of wings look so much in the plates. Before we could ask anything, Ms. LaJena was gone. We were only able to finish 14 pieces of wings at the end. The check was printed out at 8:22pm. We pointed out the mistake on the check after Ms. LaJena brought it to us. We explained that we only wanted 24 pieces of wing in total, which should be ringed up as 12 pieces with BOGO; however, we were brought with 48 pieces and charged with 24 pieces with BOGO. Ms. LaJena replied that was why it was BOGO. After realizing that the conversation was not going anywhere. We asked for the manager to speak to. Mr. Cory Davis, who claimed that he was just a kitchen manager later, was handling with a different table. So we had to explain the situation to another lady with red shirt. Finally, Mr. Davis arrived at our table. After listening to us, he went to Ms. LaJena and asked her what happened. Mr. Davis insisted that we had to pay for whatever was shown on the ticket after he came back. We pointed out that we would not pay for something we did not order, and the servers job was to listen to the guests on what they wanted and give them the best suggestion. In this case, we clearly said "24 pieces is enough for both us". Why would the server suggest us 24 piece with BOGO, instead of 12 piece with BOGO. Mr. Davis said the store has to make profit. After a few rounds of unpleasant talking, he left and made phone calls to general manager a few times. He offered to give us 20% off at first. We clearly told him that "We are not here to start with something in order to get discount, or free food. What we want is to have things be done correctly. And we will pay for the full price on whatever we have ordered." His reply with "Most time, when someone says they are not here for discount, that's what they are really here for" surprised us a lot. We suggested him to either void the 24 piece with BOGO and put on 12 piece with BOGO, or void the entire check and ring up correctly. We refused his another offer for 25% off. This location was bad before covid. Today I walked in the door at about 12:15. After waiting a couple minutes I sat myself at the bar at a chair socially distanced from other customers. I received my first greeting at almost 12:30. I got my first drink at about 12:45. 30 minutes after coming through the door with hardly anyone in the building. My order was finally taken at 12:55, a full 45 minutes after walking in the door (it wasn't busy). honestly after working in the food industry, 3 people are more than capable of managing the customer load that was in here at the time. It's now 1:26 and I still have not received my very simple and basic order. (Now 1:36). Heard a server griping about a new gm, well in my opinion, the gm is terrible and none of the staff have any knowledge of how to operate a restaurant. Myself I've spent several years working and managing in the food industry. This place is about the worst I've came across. WhT should have been a 30 minute stop for me on Veterans Day turned into a two hour ordeal when business was slow. As of now, counting myself, there is a total of about 9 customers in the restaurant. It is now 1:38. The timeline for this visit should absolutely embarrass this restaurant. If you don't believe me look at the cameras. That should be nothing to a decent wait staff even if they are both serving and cooking. Does a boneless 10 pc really take an hour and a half to make?? Don't think so. When I cooked for wingstop the time limit for this order would have been about 12 minutes. I get this is a resteraunt not fast food, but holy crap an hour and a half and a basic 10 pc boneless wing has still not been served. This place will not be open this time next year, and good riddance. Also now that I'm looking at the camera by me at the bar, I notice how absolutely disgusting the air vent above the camera is. Lord knows what the kitchen looks like. Now 1:47 and phone ringing with no one to answer, still haven't received my order, complete waste of my day because I'm about to have to leave without even getting my food. I'm going to laugh when this place finally goes under, just sorry for any employees depending on this place as their source of income. Also bar has been uncleaned for at least 15-20 minutes. Let me just say, I only gave this place 2 stars because it's a little bit newer and they had my Lagunitas IPA. But....this experience was the worst I've ever had at BWW & I really like BWW!! Our waitress had maybe 4 tables and checked on us once after our food came. Never got a chance to order my second beer and didn't see our waitress for 20 minutes!
