This place is awesome. Flew to PHX from Houston, TX for work in Chandler, AZ. I saw DTC was the closest sports bar to the hotel and DAMN, they get all the MLB games. The manager set me up on the back porch in front of their biggest TV with the Astros vs Rockies game. That dude is a legend Also, the bartenders are really nice and attentive. Overall, I'd certainly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Phoenix/Chandler. They also play great music too. This is an interesting review to write- because my husband and I loved the food, ambiance, and service until we witnessed a blatant and consistent violation of heath code violation. The bartender would put every drink ticket directly into the drinks- the servers would fish out the ticket with their fingers to put it on the receipt spike. Not only does receipt paper have higher levels of carcinogens and the ink possibly seeping into the drink- but the cross contamination of the fingers going into the drink is hard to ignore. If the policy is to do this in front of customers, it begs the question- what do they allow behind closed doors? read more

This was my second time hanging out here. The first time was during the pandemic. I really like this sports bar. Our bartenders was great. We came in during one of the NBA finals and it was a easy going. Beer choices were plenty and served really cold. On this occasion, I ordered patty melt and my husband ordered a taco salad. Easily one of my favorite bars to come to. The staff has always been super nice, food has been spot delicious! Get the carne asada fries! They don't get soggy! Wife was out of town and I decided to try a local place right around the corner for dinner. DTC's Nice atmosphere sat at the bar ordered a beer and the menu beer was cold and turned into a second beer with an order of their wings. The wings were great I had them caused and grilled and sauced again! Something that I have only found here in Arizona. I actually asked for this done while I was in Michigan a few times and multiple times have been told no because it messes up their grill or they flat out are confused. But I love it when the wings have a char on the sauce. DTC's did it perfectly! No if I could only get the wife to eat wings so I can go back! This place is dangerously close to my job--like "across the parking lot" close--so I've accidentally become a regular. I guess you could call it fate... or just poor self-control. They've got every game imaginable on like 47 TVs (I stopped counting after 12), and they always play the UFC fights, which is perfect because now I can pretend I'm Justin Gaethje's corner coach while eating truffle fries like a champ. Speaking of the food--fire. You really can't go wrong, but the sweet heat chicken wrap and truffle fries have a permanent residency in my stomach. If they ever take them off the menu, I'll be starting a formal protest. The real MVP is none other than Bri though. The bartenders here are all legends, but Bri is on another level. She's like the bartender version of a psychic--somehow my drink just appears in front of me without me saying a word. Either she's really good, or I might be just a little too predictable. Possibly both. Either way, I'm not mad at it. Big shoutout to DTC, Bri, Nick, and the rest of the squad. You guys crush it every time. This place is a great spot in downtown Chandler! If you haven't already been there you should. Look for the multicolor lights and night and the black and white building during the day. You'll find your way to a great sports bar with outstanding food! Quaint lively atmospheres, multiple TVs for watching sports, and a variety of great food and drink options. Our server was wonderful and the bartender staffed (Destin) made amazing cocktails, played our favorite tunes & went out of his way to make sure we were being taken care of by the team. Impressive customer service. The menu has a lot of great options. Wings are fried, grilled and re-tossed. The best way to offer them and they were delicious! We were apart of 5 and most all of us got a burger. They were cooked to perfection and accompanied by killer fries! The truffle fries are the best option and come with a fantastic garlic aioli. Another person in our party had gotten the lettuce wraps with diablo shrimp. As well, that was thoroughly enjoyed. Fresh, crispy, light and the flavor bomb of spice was a perfect balance & texture. Numerous beers on tap and a great selection of bottles and cans too! Many mix drink offerings and signature cocktails as well. Get a lemon drop martini made by Destin, he makes it the BEST!! This is a must try spot! Go check them out. We will definitely be back as there is so much more to explore on their menu and we will dive into those amazing wings as they were memorable. Nice atmosphere! We found this place because we didn't know what to do for dinner and knew we wanted to go out and try a new place we haven't been to. We enjoy a good trivia night and to our surprise, there was trivia, and it was Disney trivia! So we went! The staff were nice and welcoming and the food was great! Fries and onion rings were crispy to perfection. I ordered the taco salad which had carne asada, I'm picky about carne asada as sometimes it can be chewy, but it was pretty good! We didn't win the trivia though, haha. The trivia was on the screens and it wasn't live, and you need a phone to play, there's a host walking around making sure you know how to play, but it is so quick and barely any time to converse. For someone who gets easily side tracked with food and answering questions quickly, you might forget you're playing and miss 2-3 questions! But regardless, it was a fun time. read more

It was a Friday night and Cinco de Mayo Weekend. It had open seating we were greeted quickly. We tried several items on the menu Onion Rings- not something we usually get, but because I read the reviews on them we had to try them, and they did not disappoint. They were delicious. The batter was light. They were crispy and not greasy at all. The wings were a hit. They were delicious drenched in sauce. We got the Diablo hot ones which had the perfect amount of heat. They are grilled AND fried, which made them taste amazing! For entrées, we got the BLT and the All-American burger, which were both cooked well. The bathrooms are unique they are down the hall and unisex which means you're going into the bathroom with a urinal and a toilet together and the sink is in a common walkway area. As for service, we had a young girl that was obviously a little overwhelmed. She did tell us it was her second day so service was slow, and we had trouble getting things in a timely manner, but all in all everything else was great. read more

Stopped into DTC Grille on a Sunday afternoon to watch the game with family and friends, and it did not disappoint. The location is great with ample free parking right across the street in the garage, which made getting in and out super easy. The food was fantastic, especially considering it's a sports bar. The sliders, wings, fries, and funnel cake fries were all delicious, definitely above the usual bar-food expectations. There are plenty of TVs so you never miss a play, and we enjoyed hanging out on the outdoor patio. Service was excellent. The waitresses were attentive, kept the drinks flowing, and we never had to flag anyone down. Even the manager stopped by to check on us and was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience. This place is pretty Cool! Came here with someone for the first time on a fight night , last Saturday. We made it pretty early and it's a good thing we did! Place got packed real quick as it should be! Our server was a young lady with blond hair; so pretty and sweet. Checked on us regularly. Can't recall her name because that's just how my memory works but I'll never forget her face. Lol.. I tried the regular cheeseburger sliders with fries and it was delicious. Can't wait to try those again and wash down with some more watermelon walk offs! They also play a good mix of music. We ordered the AZ Burger, Steak Taco Salad, and the Deep Fried Avocado. The staff was as attentive as they could be for how packed it was during happy hour. Inside, it was renovated, clean, and open. Now.. to describe the food. AZ Burger was a smash style burger, full of flavor, a small bit of heat, and delicious fries. The Steak Taco salad was well seasoned, the shell was crunchy, and flavorful. Ok, so when I come to a sports bar they usually have one or two items I decide on and in most cases my wife can tell you what I'm going to order. DTC this was not the case. They had so many options that I wanted I was honestly surprised. They have a fantastic menu. This was our first visit and I know we will be back. What a great find today with an awesome vibe! Plenty of TVs. They have trivia nights on Wednesdays and charge no cover for UFC . We stopped in looking for a few drinks and some dinner. Looks like we arrived at the perfect time (around 4 Friday) because soon after the place was packed. There is a full bar and outside seating with a mix of high tops, bar seating as well as low tops. Our waitress was training someone else and they were both friendly. Our drink orders were taken and we were given some time to look over the menu. We decided to try the fried pickles, but were leery as they usually aren't good anywhere we go. We were pleasantly surprised when watery arrived crispy, batter flavorful and so good! My daughter ordered the avocado BLT, I had the Diablo smash burger and my husband the bacon smash burger. All with fries. Everything came out pretty quick. Burgers were quite large as well as the BLT. Fries were crispy and delicious. I made the mistake of ordering two patties thinking since they were smash burgers I could do it. Well, I could not....i was so full half way through. Ha ha the Diablo burger was spicy and so good. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Service lacked a bit towards the end and took a bit to get the waitresses attention for more drinks, but again they were getting busy and I feel she was trying her best. Prices were fair and happy hour was great! Only bummer was my daughter forgot her take out box with glad her sandwich at the end. We'll just have to come back another time. This is our third time at DTC, even on a busy night we didn't have to wait. Pretty much open seating, there is inside, a front and back patio. We started off on the back patio but people were smoking out there so not the best spot for a meal. We went up front and had a great server, we both had the Bacon Smash and my husband said it was the best burger he has ever had. Was a pretty mediocre burger for me but not bad. Apparently this place is a different vibe on the weekday but football sundays... be prepared for plastic beers.... No ice (I mean c'mon this is ARIZONA your ice machines backup should have a back up!!) So we had warm soda :/ I had the Don't Fxxx it up which ran out... switch to the monsoon which ran out... and honestly at this point I was done. Sundays it seems like it's plastic beers for all except for their select few who were always served an ice cold mug yet everyone else gets a warm plastic cup... when I asked for one I was told the bartender said No! Yet a certain few kept getting nice cold mugs!! Honestly if they were workers there were allowed mugs and no one else this is called discrimination! All in all for a place claiming to be home of the Greenbay Packers perhaps it's too cold for ice in your drinks there but here in Arizona we love ice in our drinks. DTC stands for Downtown Chandler so I don't know where this place gets off opening up a Tempe location. That being said, hard to complain about wall to wall sports on the TV and solid buffalo wings. Was super excited to see the vacant/occupied signs on the bathroom doors, but Jimi always like to see that deadbolt clearly turned to locked position from the inside for peace of mind.
