I wish I had read the reviews before ordering takeout. We ordered 30 wings and 2 sides (potato wedges and onion rings). The sides weren't even enough for a single person. It's as if someone ate them until we arrived to pickup the food. Disappointed!!! Five Guys gives you more fries than 2 people can eat and BJ's Brew House has better wings. read more

Went here for supper. It was so good. The service was good and food was excellent. The ambiance is a sports bar atmosphere. They have tvs so you can watch your favorite teams play. The prices are reasonable for what you get. I had Buffalo chicken wings and onion rings. My husband got a sandwich and tarot tots. This is a great place for a meal! read more

This is a clear example of expectations. If you expect high quality food, great friendly service, and a nice dining atmosphere, you're going to be disappointed. Come and expect medium quality food, a waitress who could care less, and maybe you wipe off your seat before you sit, and you'll be pleasantly surprised. This place has a great outdoor patio with tvs and a dock door. Unfortunately they never let you sit there. Always claim they don't have a server. Like it's so hard to open the door to serve your patrons. On a beautiful day we always go somewhere else just to sit in fresh air. Every time that I order a small boneless with two different wing sauces, they package them in two separate boxes. This time they put them all in one box. Came here with a few friends of mine for a late dinner. Honestly the food was great and I haven't had Bdubs that good in a while. Literally cannot get a delivery order right at all, especially burgers. Order very clearly showed, burger, cheese, bun add bacon, everytime it comes with everything on it. I contacted this Buffalo Wild wings today at 4:47 PM after placing an order through DoorDash at 4:20 PM and when I got my wings they look like this picture pathetic they were soggy and a few didn't even have breading. I called and spoke to the manager and of course she blamed door dash And said that I needed to go through DoorDash with my complaint what she does not know is that I have ordered from them several times and never had an issue I even waited longer that 50 min for my order and my wings still looks great but 20 minutes and his door dashes fault ! I used to come here all the time and I don't know what has changed but I just can't come back anymore. I was on the phone for 30 minutes on hold because the managers told the register girl that I had to wait for them to free up to do a 2 minutes partial refund for giving my 17/20 wings and 19/20 wings on my order. I was missing 4 wings and I just needed a partial refund which took less than 5 minutes to resolve over the phone. I understand it's Friday night and it's busy but when you've got a customer on the phone who is asking for either a credit, partial refund, or to make the missing parts of the order, you know it doesn't take that long. Customer service is definitely lacking. I used to work in the restaurant business, I also worked in retail, and I now work in health care, being attentive is important in all fields. Managers should be readily available to resolve issues, not do the cooking and packing of food. It's busy, I was polite on the phone and didn't lash out, they remained friendly over the phone, but I'm hangry and unfortunately this was a poor first and last experience I had. read more

Service is not good. Had several issues. Then 1 person asks to have a game on the big screen and they change it without regard for everyone else watching the game. Food is growing down hill as well. This is a great local dubs. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold and the other patrons are nice. The staff remembers your name and goes out of their way to take care of you. They even remember what you like to drink and eat. I enjoy coming here to watch a game, grab a bite to eat or just to have some drinks. Every time we order delivery from this store out burger is wrong. We specifically get it with out lettuce tomato and just anything else that isn't the bacon, Cheese, burger, cheese curds, and bun. But every time it comes with everything on it. Can see the bag with my name on it but she's on the phone. Male waiter next to me is watching a video on his phone and responding to text messages. Doesn't notice my bag sitting there. Food ready. The enjoyment of my food was ruined by an employee named Trevor. Because the computer system had to be rebooted, I had to wait to cash out on my order that was sitting there waiting. When I asked for ranch dressing, I was told I would be charged for it. This was displeasing as I couldn't cash out, my food was getting cold, and now I was going to be charged for a few ranch dressings? Trevor proceeded to argue with me about company policy and losing money if he just gave me the ranch dressing. He displayed a very unpleasant attitude with both me and another customer who was also waiting to cash out on her order and needed ranch dressing. Even when Wes the manager intervened, Trevor still wanted to argue about "company policy." Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location...one because I no longer enjoyed my meal that Wes provided for me free due to the inconvenience, and two, I don't want there to be any retaliation on Trevor's part as I did leave my name and address when I placed my order online. read more
