Disappointed. I ordered food to go. While I was waiting, I noticed almost all the employees were incorrectly wearing their masks, Including those I could see in the kitchen handling food. Some had mask on chin, not covering mouth or nose, some just covering their mouth. Now foe the food, I ordered a chicken wrap. They used to be loaded with chicken, this one was all lettuce. Seems to have mixed reviews but every time I've been here the food and service has been great. Though I usually go for lunch and not dinner so maybe that is the reason. When we arrived we were quickly seated, the host did not provide napkins or silverware to the table. The waitress came to the table to get our drink and food orders. I ordered from the lunch menu and my husband ordered the buy 10 boneless and the next 10 half price, along with a beer. No more buy one get one on Thursdays?? I received my drink, but my husband waited 10 minutes for his beer. The food was delivered, but mine was the only one that was brought to us. I ordered the 10 boneless wings on the lunch menu, the wings were hard (overcooked) with barely any sauce on them and the fries were hard and seemed old. My husband waited another 10 minutes for his food, and was brought the wrong menu item. At this point we had enough and he just ate the wrong menu item. His wings just like mine were hard with barely any sauce on them and tiny. We asked for extra sauce for both of our boneless wings due to the lack of sauce and waited another 10 minutes to receive them. We had to also ask for napkins and silverware, because we were not given any when seated. As we finished eating, our finished dishes sat in front of us for 15 minutes before anyone came to get them or to bring us a ticket. If you want slow service and cold food this location is for you. Restaurant less than half full and almost an hour for 3 chicken Tenders with potato wedges and a small traditional order of wings. This location used to have good service and food but that seems to have changed considerably over the years. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday to watch the game and eat some wings! The wait staff was remarkably friendly! The waitress did mess up on our order but the manager quickly rectified it. The food was really good, we ordered the large 24 piece buffalo wing, mini corndogs, and fries! Plenty to eat and drink! My only complaint was that the flooring most likely needs to be replaced!! They take so long to get the food that has been ordered atleast 20-30 minutes prior and never is my food ready on time. Even when I go to eat for myself, service is always terrible. Buffalo Wild Wings, I am extremely disappointed. Here's how it all went down. I had a tournament all day, back to back to back games. I finished all of my games and i was hungry...obviously. I hadn't eaten all day so I was excited to get some good nutritious substance in my stomach. My other teammates decided to tag along and come. We show up at the spot and we walk inside. It's crowded and smells terrible. We find our group and count up how many people need to eat. They tell us that they're gonna get a table ready. We tell them that that's fine. As we go sit down and wait to get our promised table, we all notice a perfectly good table in the main area. We notice that no one is going and sitting there. We all start to question why we aren't sitting down and we're wondering why it's taken so long. Finally an hour later we sit down. When they guide us to our table, we sit down at a dirty table. They say that they're gonna clean it so we deal with it. 30 minutes later they come and clean the table. When we all decide what we want we call the waiter to our table. He never comes and repeatedly ignores us. When he comes we order our food. He doesn't understand my order(which was very basic) and gets angry, rages, and walks away. 30 minutes later he comes with our drinks. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and he comes back with some nasty tasting fruit punch orange juice lemonade mix. It was honestly disgusting. We finally got our food 1 and a half hours later and it's nasty. Undercooked and just plain unhealthy. We ended up eating it because we weren't gonna wait another 2 hours for more food. The day after, one of my teammates got food poisoning and was throwing up and having diarrhea all day and night. The waiter wouldn't come and ask us if we needed more drinks. We waited about an hour to get more drinks in between getting our food. Overall everything was overpriced and it sucked. Service, bathrooms and all. We will never be going back to another Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been my favorite place to eat. I just moved to Conroe and have eaten at this one a few times.. The boneless wings are good, just like any other boneless wings. I have also always enjoyed the Build-Your-Own Burger at the BWW where I'm from. I ordered one for take-out last night from the one in Conroe and it was DISGUSTING. The patty tasted like a $1 burger from McDonald's, dry & bland, the veggies were not fresh at all, & the fries were old. I guess that's what I get for ordering something other than wings at a wing place haha. read more
