My daughter had a sampler so she could have leftovers to bring home. She seemed to enjoy it. My wife had a chicken sandwich and said it was disgusting. This is one of the only chains my husband and I eat at (typically takeout but we dined in on Halloween recently). They have great takeout deals. We get the boneless wings and potato wedges with ranch (normally we love blue cheese but didn't like theirs). The honey bbq sauce is my favorite and the mango habanero is my husband's. Recently I tried the thai curry sauce flavor on my boneless wings and it was not great. It was more of a yellow/brown curry, and I was expecting something more like a red curry and the flavors seemed more indian than thai. I wouldn't order that one again. read more

Clearly this location has issues with DoorDash as we submitted an order on a Friday night, well past the peak times, and 3 drivers came to the restaurant only to tell me my food wasn't ready. After two hours we finally cancelled our order, not that I would've expected it to show up warm if we even got it. Don't offer a service if you can't fulfill it, and clearly treat your customers (in this case via a DoorDash driver) better. read more

Went here on a weeknight evening to meet a friend while I was in town. They had some late night specials. I think it started around 9p or something like that. I pulled into the parking lot and by golly, I think everyone who stays up past 10p had the same idea. Car after car after car pulled in. It was refreshing after seeing so many businesses doing poorly! We mostly came for some drinks and I tried their blue Long Island Iced Tea clone and it was ok, but I don't think I'd get it again. I'd probably stick with beer at a place like this. The $4 tall Miller Lite tastes great and it's less filling (RIP Madden). We also got some wings and they were surprisingly good for this late at night. I think it had something to do with it being busy and vibrant. Our waiter was excellent and stopped by numerous times to bring waters, drinks, wings, napkins, etc. With the larger than normal crowds, it was a bit loud but not unbearable. Visited for my son's birthday and the service was very good. Our order came out incorrectly, likely because my kids confused the heck out of the server, and they were kind enough to leave the "mistake" while we waited for what we ordered. They handled it perfectly, and I still mainly blame my kids for messing the server up. Had a really good time here. Will say, the chicken wings are good, but the boneless bites, not worth your time. They are basically chicken tender pieces covered in sauce; you are better off air frying chicken tenders at home and buying BWW sauce at the restaurant or local grocery store. I'm sure a lot of your experience depends on when you visit, but when I come with my chorus friends on Tuesday evenings we've had nothing but good experiences. A lot of restaurants seem to get really cranky about groups. This location (especially our usual server) are genuinely happy to serve us, separate checks and all. The dining room is spacious and generally pretty clean. The walls are adorned with jerseys and pictures of sports legends from the Pittsburgh area. The downside is it's loud and very stimulating because of all of the TVs showing sports programming and trivia. If I ever visit with my kids it's hard to get them to focus on anything else. But it's basically a sports bar, so not a dig on the place itself. They recently updated the menu to add "bird dogs" and flat bread pizzas, both of which have become favorites of mine. The bird dog is one of three sauced and dressed fried chicken pieces in a hot dog roll. I've enjoyed them all, but my favorite is the honey bbq. It offers the crunch and fried goodness of the chicken and French fries with the sweetness of the bbq sauce and tang of the onions. Such a great flavor combination! Good generally comes out pretty quickly and rarely with any issues. The highlight of our visit is our amazing server. He is patient and genuinely loves his job. We went to BWW last night and overall it was OKAY at best. It seems as if the kitchen staff and/or management isn't as thorough as they once were. I ordered a bird dog, which was one of my "go-to" meals and as you'll see in the pic, it didn't come as it was supposed to. There was hardly any honey bbq sauce and it came on a cheap hotdog bun rather than the split brioche bun. Total disappointment! Also, they failed to put the hatch Queso on the dirty dubs tots (again)! Despite dropping the ball on a couple of food items, the sports atmosphere was great and the waitress was as well. This past Saturday my fiancee and I went to BWW to hang out with some friends and watch the UFC fights. Usually when we come, we order some garlic parmesan boneless wings, because they're so good! This time however, we tried some new flavors. We ordered the spicy garlic boneless wings and the asian zing wings. The asian zing ones were fantastic. It had a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty. The spicy garlic, weren't that great. They were definitely overcooked in the fryer, because the chicken was kind of dry and they were hard to take a bite of. The worst part was how salty they were. They had a good bit of spice but they were so unbearably salty. To go we ordered the cheese curd bacon burger and some chicken street tacos. Both entrees came with fries on the side. I'll be honest, when we got home to chow down on our dinner, we were both very disappointed. My fiancee said his burger was not only dry and over cooked but that the beef patties on his burger tasted like a frozen meat patty. The street tacos that I ordered were actually so good, but unfortunately they give you 3 of the world's tiniest tacos ever. I would have been more okay with it if they weren't $12.99 for three tiny tacos. The "entree" to me was more of an appetizer and not an actual meal, because I was definitely still hungry after eating them! The fries that we both received on the side were just not good. I have never really liked the fries here due to them never being crispy and never being salted. The servers and managers here are always friendly and attentive, so I think the service is always stellar here! But the food is lacking quite a bit unfortunately. I'll never be back here again. I don't even know where to start with this review. First, I ordered the chicken ceasar salad with fries and it came out 15-20 minutes after everyone else at my table was served. So everyone else is finishing their meals and I am just being served and the bill is being rushed to me. We used the online scan payment which I completed successfully and someone comes outside after me trying to say I didn't pay. I have the receipt and the charge on my bank which apparently isn't enough for them and they have to take down my information. In general I should have been offered a discount due to the inconvenience of how long my meal took yet they had the audacity to accuse me of dining and dashing. I am so incredibly offended. Additionally, my friend ordered the bourbon bbq sauce which tasted of straight alcohol without any presence of barbecue flavor. Overall, definitely the worst dining experience. read more

My boyfriend and I visited another BWW in the area recently and were really disappointed by the service and overall experience, but decided to give this location a try. We were seated right away and our waiter, Dan, introduced himself and gave us exceptional service. He was super friendly, efficient and brought us things before we could even think to ask. It turns out, traditional wings were buy-one-get-one free, so we had a really cheap date night that we really enjoyed. The Asian zing and Parmesan Garlic sauces are my favorite! We booked the patio for a webinar. The manager blocked the entire patio for us. We were able to connect our laptop to one the big screen TVs. Unfortunately, the Freedom Road traffic (tractor trailer air brakes, revving motorcycles, etc.) wasn't far enough away from the patio not to interfere with our webinar. Many people in my group ordered the wings. They enjoyed their meals. Presentation of the food was not a priority. The small individual paper containers which contained the wings, celery and carrots, & fries would have benefited from a PLATE. I was ordering food this polite young lady took care of me and after I ordered my food, I was waiting for a manager because I was having problems with my app. The manager answered he was a male and he didn't tell me why he was there so I explained to him I was waiting. He then proceeded to be rude and I told him "well you could have told me that you were here for me". After that discussion, I expected him to let me know when my wings were going to be done so I could pick them up but he hung up the phone. Waitress sucked. Worried about an "inspection" rather than our food or drink refills. My son went the entire meal without a drink refill until the very end when we asked for the check. Asked for extra, extra saucy wings, nope. My wife and son got their food, I waited 10 minutes before getting mine. I asked the manager why, he responded that the waitress should've told us that it's hot, ready and delivered when done. Makes sense. On a busy football Saturday or Sunday. There was maybe 2 tables in the joint at that time. No excuse. Maybe time your food accordingly when not busy. During football games, I understand for a sporting establishment but when you're literally dead, you should install the proper tools/POS system that allows food to be dropped at accurate times according to orders so everyone at the table eats together. Not 10 minutes watching my wife and son eat before my order. Also, the wings were not great at all. Cold sauce on hot wings. Not very saucy and had to ask for more sauce when I ordered xxxxx saucy wings. They NEvER sauce them right. Ever. Shame on the waitress and management. Wings, fries, and long wait times. I think that's probably best sums up this particular BWW. This trip was not my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but it was my first trip to this particular BWW. I think it's safe to say that I'm not sure I'll be planning a return trip any time soon. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here for dinner one night. I had a serious hankering for wings. We walked in and we were seated quickly. It took roughly 10 minutes for our waiter to come with menus. Granted, for a non-game day, they were a tad busy. (Generally, when a restaurant is busy, I don't have any problem waiting to be waited on.) Our waiter got our drink order and came back quickly with my water, but it was another 15 minutes before my boyfriend's beer made it's way to our table. 15 minutes is a bit of a long wait for a beer. (Mind you, the bar area was not all that busy.) Our waiter returned with the beer and took our order. For an appetizer, we got the Chili Con Queso. I love this dish. Granted, there's probably not a single ounce of nutritional value to it, but I like to think it's good for the soul. 20 minutes later our dish came out. By this point, I started to realize the waiting was a trend at this place. The dish itself was good. Standard for BWW. No complaints. Granted, I wish it had been a tad warmer, but it was no big deal. For our entrees, I ordered a small order of Parmesan garlic wings and my boyfriend got the fried chicken sandwich. After another (you guessed it!) 25-30 minute wait, our food made its way to our table. My boyfriend raved about his sandwich. The wings were just ok. I've certainly had better... yet again, I've also had worse. I think I'll stick to the original mild wings. After we finished eating I nearly had to go searching for our waiter for the check. I paid our bill and we left. I thought the prices were a tad high, but I think all BWW are a tad overpriced. Several coworkers and I stopped by B-Dubs for a goodbye happy hour on Friday afternoon. The Pros: The restaurant was deserted at 5pm so we were able to camp out at two tables. It quickly became busy a couple hours later though! Our waitress was very kind and checked on us regularly. Going to a restaurant other than a local competitor (ahem, a sports grille) is always a relief to me. My workplace needs to branch out more often! The Cons: One of my coworkers was unhappy with the nachos and the poor distribution of toppings. I'm not sure if others agreed or not. I ordered only Tito's and Soda (due to eating Keto) and received a very sweet soda with my second drink.
