Came here on a sunday afternoon around 4pm. Place wasnt that busy and there appeared to be plenty of staff but it just didnt seem like they had their act together. Service was extremely slow and i could tell that the people who were waiting for a table were a little upset. I decided to get take out, nothing special just a simple burger. What annoyed me was that i had to ask for everything, silverware, napkins, my salad which they forgot, dressing for my salad since the server neglected to ask, etc. The food was decent but the burger was put together a little sloppy. Sat down for lunch with my brother, server came off pretty professional, offered to comp our meal because our wings came out 2 minutes after we sat down and were burned, dry and had obviously been sitting out. Horrible, horrible service. Wish it were possible to give less than one star. Ordered online an hour ahead of time. Arrived right at the scheduled time for pickup. They hadn't even started the order, and after requesting to speak with a manager, he said, "Look, I have a restaurant full of people. I'm not sure what you expected. From the very beginning, I contemplated calling this place. I should have known not to call back after being rudely hung up on. It's ridiculous how unprofessional these employees are. I called a second time, and finally got a chance to place my order. I was told my order would be ready in 20-30 mins. I arrived 40 mins later, only to find out that my order was never placed. All I got was an, "Oh, I am so sorry about that." Word of advice, please help your employees with their customer service skills. They are doing and AWFUL job at it. read more

This BWW location has far and away the worst service of any restaurant I've been to. Two of the three times I've been to the restaurant, my food has been forgotten. Not only is the service poor within the restaurant but when I tried to order pick up, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on. I called back in once more and was hung up on again. It's unfortunate because I really do enjoy BWW and it's right down the street from my house but I won't be coming back again. read more

Never been fond of BWW until wondering into this location trying to catch my alma maters basketball game one day. After asking the bartender to put my game on, it was up on the big projector screens just in time for tip off. As it turned out, watching my school get their a**** handed to them on the projector screen is actually more painful than if it were on a smaller screen. On that note, they have a pretty good selection of beer on draft to help drown your sorrows. Happy hour specials aren't great but also not too bad. They offer plenty of sauces and variety when it comes to wings. However, I'm old fashioned and keep it simple with traditional hot wings. And hot they were. As for service, sitting at the bar I felt I received excellent service. The bartenders (always smiling) take care of you, even at peak and busy times when they're filling drinks for the whole restaurant. I never felt forgotten. read more

Not only was there no one to greet us it took the manager to notice 15min later that we had not been seated and clear a table. THEN my order was SENT BACK TWICE! Because it was wrong! By the 3rd time I called for the manager Zina who wasn't helpful at all and was rude the whole time idk who the fuck gave her a position but this was very unacceptable manner of handling a customer. read more

You know what you'll get at BWW - decent sports bar food, a million TVs, reasonable prices (except for beer), but nothing gourmet. So it's exactly what you'd expect, and that's fine if that's what you want. This location is a little weird to get to, since the streets around the place aren't quite set up like they should be, but once you're there you're good. The menu is obviously wing-centric, but they have burgers and a few sandwiches and wraps as well. I haven't been too thrilled with the beer list or prices, so I usually skip it, even though everyone on the planet loves wings and beer. It's great for groups, though it can be a little slow. So just plan on watching sports for a while without worrying about what the clock says, which is the whole point of the place anyway. read more

They have phone number, but apparently nobody has been trained on what to do when it rings. I used to like BWW, but the service and the management at this establishment suck. Good thing they have TV's an alcohol because after you place your order they will distract from how long takes before you see your food and you will be too buzzed to notice they got order wrong. read more

Most frustrating experience. We drove 30 minutes from the city to grab an order of large traditional wings. We pick up the wings (without checking them... our mistake) and get home to realize the wings have almost NO sauce on them whatsoever. We frequently eat at Buffalo Wild Wings (first.. and last.. time at this location) so we know what the wings are supposed to look like. I call to tell them the problem and they say they'll remake them. We drive back, pick up our order, we check them and find the picture below. Again, barely any sauce on any of the flavors... one wing was even completely bare. We tried to tell them, they handed us a mini cup of loose sauce and sent us on our way. No apology. No thanks for being patient... nothing. Waste of food, time and money.. Will never stop eating bdubs, but will never return to this location. read more

This is one of the worst BWW locations I have ever been to. Half of our food came out ice cold. Our server has been MIA for most of the night. Please hire better management in order to correct this! Not a bad place, staff could be a little more attentive though, they seem to disappear for a long time and come back with nothing, I'm assuming smoke breaks or something but it happens often. I have had a lot of issues with receiving the wrong sauce on my wings, not a huge deal but it is annoying. They have also forgotten appetizers completely, I think they get complacent and are used to just wing orders so they skip over it. read more

First of all, Serena was the worst waitress I've ever had. She rolled her eyes because we had the audacity to remind her to bring ranch that SHE forgot to bring. She also charged me for adult drinks with our children's kids meal when SHE was the one who brought the large sized cups. Her attitude was poor and she needs another job. Secondly, our wings were not "hand spun" as the menu proclaims. I had a basket of wings with seasoning sprinkled all over the top, which only covered the wings on one side. So this has to be the worst location I've ever been to. We did a phone order and came to pick up. Our wings were so dry and not hot. They didn't give us any utensils or napkins and we also ordered a cake with ice cream...were we suppose to eat with our fingers to scoop up the ice cream and cake? First time to a BWW. I thought it was pretty good. Apparently it was day one for the opening. I guess the girl sign twirler caught my attention so I ventured in. I probably should have gotten wings, but did not feel like being messy. I got the chicken sandwich with wing sauce and ranch. It was actually very good. The chicken was crispy however, I wish it had more sauce and I would get it with a hotter sauce. I was disappointed with the french fries--they felt a little stale as in not fresh out of the fryer. I would like to try the wings next time and it definitely looks like a great place to watch a game. read more

I really, really like the food here. Parmesan garlic wings make me go into a massive food coma. And all the appetizers? We usually just get a round of them and pick off of everything. I know, disgustingly hedonistic--but so, so good. In fact, I've never ever had bad food from a Buffalo Wild Wings. That being said, I'm REALLY glad they opened up in Northfield. The previous location I used to visit always, ALWAYS had bad service. Snarky waitresses are not my favorite people, especially when they're not bright enough to be snarky to begin with! The last time I went to this location, my friend got sick before we even sat down. We're still not sure what happened, but I needed to order everything to-go. The waitress was AMAZINGLY nice and responded to my strange requests without a hitch. Trust me, she got a good tip. We go to this BWW only because it's the closest. Their service is hit or miss. They've messed up twice in to go orders so we tend to eat there, but only go on weekdays because it's packed on weekends. I will say that the several times they've made mistakes on our order, the manager takes care of the bill- so I guess a pass in customer service. read more

This is only my second time to a BWW and had an awful experience. Our server left midway through taking our party's orders, took a long time to return to finish taking orders, and was very inattentive. Most of us received cold wings and some even received the wrong order. I'm disappointed because I was hoping to return here , being a sports fan, to enjoy drinks and wings for the games. Terrible all around from beginning to end! The service was non-existent. We had to ask several times for refills on our water, tea, and soft drinks. I had to walk to the bar for forks and napkins. When the food finally came out, it was cold. We asked for carrots twice. We never got them. I would recommend sitting at the bar or bar area because it just seems like you get better service. Don't know how many times I've sat at the dining area and instantaneously regret it because they seemingly take all eternity to take your order or get your drinks.
