We ordered boneless wings from here 3 flavors. Lemon pepper, mild and Parm garlic. Except for instead of all 18 being boneless like they were suppose to be We got half that were bone in. Im sure they were lazy and decided to use the rest of whatever they had at 11pm. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this place. 5$ is someone's 5$ they earned and worked for. Terrible. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese. They gave me a cheeseburger. I stated that I specifically ordered no cheese. They took it back and returned in 10 seconds, which was surprising. My suspicions were correct - they just scraped the cheese off the burger and flipped it over, hoping that I wouldn't notice it. Worse yet, the burger tasted like it had been dropped on the floor. I'm thinking management for this location and quite a few of the others never look at the reviews on here. I used to frequent this place at least once a week-most of the time by myself but also when I could get my roomies to come along. I started going to the one in Leesburg and really liked Cara, so much that when she moved to the Sterling location, I started going there and everything was always great and she always made me feel at home there. Cyra would wait on me when Cara was not there and she is great also and very attentive as was Cara. My last visit, I asked for Cara and was told she no longer worked there. I was sooo sad. I then asked if Cyra was there and she was off that night, but I stayed and got a waitress that greeted me with a smile and as I was about to leave, was very nice personality wise, but her waitressing leaves a lot to be desired. If she gave her name ( which I don't remember if she did) I don't remember it, but all she did was bring my wings which were poorly coated with a very little sauce and were very dry. I got no napkins, no extra boats for the chicken bones and no refill. She was basically MIA the entire time. When she finally returned, it was to give me my check and ask if I wanted dessert. What I wanted was service!! I told her no thank you for the dessert, paid my check and left. It was the worse experience ever and I'm a regular at this place! This is why I'm loyal to my waitresses wherever I go, because you get it back in return with a loyal waitress who takes good care of you. I won't stop going to BDubs, but I will surely call first before I go and if my waitress is not working that night, I will wait until she returns. One thing management needs to do is work on training their staff who don't have people skills and stop the congregating of employees in the front of the restaurant. So often I walk in and 3-4 staff members congregated at the entrance and ignoring the customers who are waiting to be seated. That is so bad for business. Management needs to really step it up a few notches. It will only take one more night of what I had at my last visit and I will be going to Wegmans to get wings. This was the worst dining experience Of 2015! From the time we walked in there was no one to show us to our table. I had to go find someone to seat us. The food took 30 min to be served because there were only 2 cooks on staff. The food was HORRIBLE. When I went to the bathroom, there was water all over the floor. But that's not all, when I went to complain to the manager, I had to wait 15 min for him. Again, I had to physically go find him too! I never eat here again! read more

Poor service. Dirty restaurant. Below average food. Went here and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, wings and a chicken wrap sandwich. The buffalo chicken sandwich came out plain, with sauce on the side. I asked why a buffalo chicken sandwich would have no sauce on it, the manager says "she rang it up with sauce on the side, it saves you money that way"?!?! Then when I asked for them to "do it right", she took my entire plate to the back and dumped cold sauce on it. I don't know what's going on here but it seems the management is shaky. They wouldn't give my 11-year-old son, whose idea it was to come in the first place, a menu because he's not "of menu age." I have no clue where to start with this review. This has by far been one of the WORST dinner experiences I have had in a long time. I went here the other night with my stepdad, brother, his friend, and my husband. My brother and his friend had arrived about 15 minutes before the rest of us and went ahead and ordered an appetizer. Once my husband and myself arrived, we noticed they had given us a small 4 person table in the middle of the restaurant. I mean really? 4 grown men and myself?! Anyway, we sat down and waited about 10 min for a server to come over to our table. Once someone finally came, they didn't even ask my husband or myself if we wanted anything to drink. I had to flag him down as he was walking away to even order a beer. And even then, he got away before my husband could order anything. So now, we are drinkless and my brother still has not received his appetizer that he ordered about 20-30 min ago. My beer came out about 20-25 min after I had ordered it, which I didn't even end up drinking since it was warm and flat and had clearly been sitting at the bar a while. The appetizer arrived shortly after. Fast forward another 15-20 min, our server finally came back so we could order our food. Everyone shared food except for myself (I just got a wrap). The server took everyone's order, but skipped me, so I once again had to flag him down to order my food. I mean, REALLY??! Not once did he come and check for refills on anyone's drinks and once the food arrived, everything was wrong. The wings were wrong, all of the food hadn't been brought out, my food was cold, etc. Finally we decided to get a manager who ended up being just as bad as the server. He was just as slow and not very apologetic at all. There were three different times we got up to get our own water refill, got our own to go boxes and straws. We were neglected the ENTIRE meal and will NEVER go back. Oh and as a little side note, we saw MULTIPLE servers take MULTIPLE smoke breaks and didn't even come in and wash their hands before handling peoples food, which totally just grossed us all out. Beware, yelp reviews are true! Before coming here, I thought I give it a chance and ignore all the negative comments. I came on a weekday night, and the restaurant was not busy at all. There were only 4 tables with about 4 servers. It took the server 15 mintues to actually get a notice of us and take our drinks and orders. When she was giving one of us our water, she threw napkins on the table for us, isnt that nice? Not to mention it took another 30 mintues to bring our food! And not only was the food came late, the food was cold and tasted like crap. When we got our check, we got one sode, but she listed as three soda. Ripping customers off? Yes. How is management? Wow this place is just plain horrible. Visited on Feb 28th. Ordered two beers and water, 10 minutes later the waitress blamed the bar for the delay. It's 11:25 at night with the place mostly empty. We order and the food is delivered 30 minutes later, and of course the food is room temperature. I spoke to the manager who said nope the food is hot he just "watched them make it in the kitchen". Followed by the statement "what would you like me to do?" Well obviously I can't tell the difference between hot food and room temp. What we did was leave! Any restaurant willing to serve room temperature chicken is not a place you want to eat. For the management of this location, you might want to recommend to your managers that if you deliver cold food how about just saying sorry about that make it right. read more

Tuesday Nights = Wing Night! Every Tuesday night they offer $0.45 wings. My wife and I head up here every Tuesday that we're able to and enjoy the wings and enjoy playing trivia on the flat screens that surround the dining area. I always ask to have them "crispy" (just cooked a few extra minutes) as I prefer to have them with a bit of crunch. The waiters and waitresses have been consistently great! If there's a sauce that I ever have a question about, they're always happy to bring a sample or samples to give you a taste! (Order the Desert Heat dry rub or the Thai Curry - both are outstanding!) The only negative that I can think of food wise is the burger. My wife ordered a burger many visits ago and it could not have been worse. Thin, dry, overcooked. Outside of that, it's a great restaurant - good food, good prices, great service! read more

Came in for lunch by myself. I haven't been to a BWW's in a while. I ordered a simple salad with no chicken or cheese. It took 25-30 min. to be delivered to the table! Once there the server said quietly, sorry it took so long and walked away never asking if I needed anything else. The salad was do so with some wilted lettuce. Everytime I have gone in to pick up my wings, there has been an issue and I understand, some waiters arent as good as others but as long as the food is good, ill deal. I would recommend..STAYING AWAY FROM HERE if you're looking for good food, drinks or service and the ability to have any type of conversation. We've given this place two shots to not screw it up. My significant other loved the BWW's back home and as soon as he found out there was one near our new place, he was all about going there. We've been here twice in about 3 weeks, to make sure the first time was just an off day. It wasn't. When you first walk in it's not overly loud, until you get further into the bar and seating area. The last time we went, we sat in the bar area. The waitress took our orders in a fairly decent amount of time and seemed polite enough. We did notice that other people were looking around and having to call waitstaff over to them ( 2 other tables near us did this), asking about their drinks. We had ordered a couple beers, water and a mixed drink. I tasted my mixed drink and walked it over to the bartender with dark hair and about 30-ish looking. I asked him if he had made it and he said he did, so I asked him to taste it. He balked at first and I advised him that he should know what it should taste like, considering he made it and went to school for it. He tasted it and disagreed there was anything wrong with it. I asked him what he put into it and he gave me this 'who the hell are you to question me' type look. He asked if I was serious and I said yes, so he proceeded to pull out all the ingredients (he couldn't tell me, he only knew by sight) he used in the Blue Motorcycle. I politely advised him that the way he made mine, that he was putting WAY too much tequila in it and asked him to make me another one, excluding the tequila and replacing it with a flavored vodka instead. He seemed really pissy about the whole thing but I waited until he was done before returning to our table. I tasted it again and although it tasted better, he still screwed it up. Our food came out about 15 minutes after we ordered it, which was great. I ordered the chicken strips with popcorn shrimp (very bland), my other half ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich (he had to have them make him a new one because instead of making it basically covered with the sauce, they just put about a teaspoon full on top of it and called it good - not normal, even for BWW's) and the other couple we were with said the sandwiches they ordered were just 'ok'. The mango salsa on one of the meals was so hot (after being told it was medium) that our friend could hardly eat it (good thing he didn't have health problems, huh?) but still really bland. I ordered a simple cranberry and vodka drink afterwards, while we were sitting there trying to have a conversation and the bartender screwed THAT up (HOW does THAT happen?! There's 2 ingredients and it's a VERY simple drink). I was pretty irritated with the entire experience and then more so when the background music got so loud that we had to talk loud in order to hear each other (we had a small round high top table). One of our friends asked the hispanic looking 'manager' if he would turn the music down and the manager said 'it IS loud..' and mumbled something about it being a sports bar and other people enjoying it and he'd see what he could do (he didn't). Before he left us, he was talking with our friend about it sounding like a dance club because of the music being up so high and then pointed towards the bar, making a joke about the drunk woman (it was 730pm at this point) 'dancing' up near the counter and then he walked away. The FIRST time we went in here the food was still bland (mine was) but my other half said his sandwich was decent. It was brought out one plate at a time and I had to wait a few extra minutes for mine. I did have to call the waiter over to let him know the table was sticky but he wiped it off pretty fast. We had to keep calling the waiter over to bring us simple things like oooohhh...silverware, water, napkins, etc. The waitstaff was standing around a lot while the place was pretty packed, so I'm not sure what the problem with basics was. There was also a floor manager standing around, flirting with the young female hostesses and waitstaff, holding up progress. If you pay $14 for chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp, you'd expect it to taste decent. If you're paying towards $8 for basic mixed drinks, you'd expect the same. I see others recommending the Buffalo Wing Factory and we'll give that one a shot but we WONT be going back to BWW's. Twice was more than enough. I really hope BWW's reads their Yelp reviews and fixes all these issues that people have had at this one. They used to be a good place to go to get tasty, well cooked food. read more

All the negative reviews are right. The service here is pretty bad. There was a lot of waiting as soon as we entered, and the place was only half full. We weren't acknowledged for at least 10 minutes after we sat down. The waitress was very slow after that as well - getting the menus, getting the check, etc. The food was pretty good. If the service wasn't so bad, I'd go again. I got the nacho burger with fries, and thought it was pretty good. If I crave another burger though, I'll go to Cheeburger, which is in the same shopping center. Better service and better food. read more

Our TV somehow turned off during the live main event (UFC 196) and when I stood up on my seat to try and look at the other TV's the manager told me to sit down or get kicked out. WORST BUFFALO WILD WINGS EVER, we waited 10mins for our server come to us after we sat down, our appetizer came out before I drinks. I asked for chicken tenders with a salad instead of fries, I get fries and absolutely no salad. My other friend some other things she wanted but didn't get as well. We went to talk to a manager the manager didn't even seem to care and while we were waiting for him our server looked straight at us and continued to LOOK AT HIS PHONE. The place wasn't even busy on a Friday night, there was only 2-3 tables and they couldn't even handle that. Then we asked the check to be split into two and they place the wrong things on the checks 2x and never apologized for the wait let alone the food. So disappointed. This BWW felt more like an upscale McDonald's. They either need better staff or need to retrain them. I still love BWW but will not be coming back to this one. read more

You can sit at a table for 10 to 15 minutes and not be offered a menu. Wait staff walks all around and doesn't even make eye contact. Horrible experience. Went here for my sons birthday dinner because he wanted his name announced. We told the waitress it was his birthday and she said she would see what she could do. We finished dinner and waited awhile for the plates to be cleared and she brought the check at the same time. Never asked if we wanted dessert and never came back to take our credit card. I asked the back up waitress if they could announce our sons birthday and she said they could and would give him dessert. Originally I was going to tell my entire story, but I think it's easier to just bullet point every issue I had. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. 1. We asked for a booth, got a table despite there being booths available. 2. When I ordered buffalo dry seasoning on the side for fries we were getting, the waitress didn't know there was a buffalo flavor because she was new. So what does she do? She leans right over me and looks over my menu to find it herself, with her pen hitting my shirt. Which I know because she left a nice mark on it. It was a limited edition shirt from a now-defunct web site, so thanks for that. I can't believe employees wouldn't be trained to respect customers' space, since it doesn't appear to be common sense like I thought it was. 3. After we ordered the above-referenced fries as an appetizer, she left immediately even though we wanted to order our dinner, too. This was actually a recurring problem of her just silently running off in the middle of ordering stuff, and eventually when I caught on I started having to say "excuse me," which was to no avail because she already decided she wanted to leave and so it just made me look like an idiot. 4. Another issue with the aforementioned fries; after the incident in number 2, she didn't even bring the dry seasoning. When I asked for it, she didn't acknowledge that I had asked earlier, and instead her attitude implied I was asking for the first time. Glad to know my shirt was marked up for literally no reason. 5. I ordered an alcoholic drink and didn't get it for at least twenty minutes. When I finally ask what's up, I get it right away. Somehow I doubt it took twenty minutes to make (and if it did, that's a problem in and of itself). 6. Food took forever to arrive (and forever to order as well thanks to our magically disappearing waitress), but the waitress acknowledged and apologized for it taking a long time, so points for that. 7. When the food arrived, I was missing five wings. And remember, all of these issues were intermingled with long waits all-around and a waitress who kept running off before we were finished ordering (which was really bad considering I had something to get to after dinner, which I barely made it in time for). What makes me really comfortable with the one-star rating, though, is the fact I contacted BWW about this poor experience and got no response at all. Avoid at all costs. read more

The amount of tvs here is ridiculous. The cashier was pretty slow to give me change. Our waiter was great, constantly refilling our drinks and checking in on us. I got the honey bbq and the mango habanero. Holy moly it was spicy!! I usually have a great tolerance for spice, a few sniffles here and there is satisfying, but there I was catching up with a girlfriend and I had tears running down my face. Wear your waterproof mascara ladies... The berry lemonade (super sweet for my taste) wasn't helpful, nor the glasses of water I chugged and the celery I chomped on. The first time service and food was good but wait time was super long for a empty restaurant. Waited at least 30 minutes for food. I was willing to chalk it up to a bad day but here we go again today. Me and a group of about 12 coworkers showed up around 1230 for some lunch. To say our waitress was less then enthused to serve us was an understatement. She was pretty rude to a few friends of mine, messed up drinks, and just super slow. One of my coworkers mentioned she might have been high she was so lethargic. Food was good so Kudo to the cooks but our waitress totally ruined everyone's experience. So instead of making an easy $100 in tips she got $2 from the nice guy of the group who couldn't help but tip. Truly disappointing. read more

If I could give negative stars, this would be the place to earn them.. I have NEVER in my life been to an establishment where I felt like I did something wrong. My family and I came to have lunch and off the jump we were put on a 20 minute wait (the place was empty) because there was only two servers on the floor. Once we were sat, we were greeted fairly quickly, and our drink orders were taken. Our family consisted of 3 adults and 3 children. Our order was very simple, large order of wings (shocker) and 3 kids meals and an appetizer.. we waited for over an HOUR to receive any food other than an order of French fries for my 1 year old. Everything came out cold and the wings looked like they had been sitting for that entire hour and a half that we waited.. the server completely ignored us after dropping off the food with NO consideration or apology or explanation. When we asked very nicely to speak to the manager, he came and took our food back to make it right.. literally, 5 minutes later we were served with our hot food.(what happened the first time?) now the wings were wrong. When he came to my table for the second time because the food was wrong, he leaned over to examine the wings. Here's a kicker, my ONE year old reached for the cup of ranch that was on the tray of wings he was examining after I told him they were wrong. This man rudely grabbed my sons arm and pushed him out of the way.... that was enough for my family and I.. again, from original delivery of the food which took over an hour, we did not see our server again.. the manager had a complete attitude as if we did something wrong and not one time did we get an apology. Even from the manager.. This is only a partial description of our almost 3 hour visit. We left feeling completely insulted and violated. This place will never get my family's money again after this visit. My mother in law paid for it all AND left a tip.. neither of which she should have felt obligated to pay. Decided to order traditional wings to go today since its wings Tuesday. Put it under my mom's name since she was picking up. Ordered 50 wings altogether - She brought it back to my house and 25 of the wings and flavors were bunched up in one box and the other 25 wings were all naked(no sauce) in the other box which I clearly didn't ask for and they put the sauces for that box on the side. Not sure if they're trying to be conservation with individual boxes but I'm very disappointed and they won't be getting my business again. read more
